Good Morning, I am interested in purchasing the VITAVIA SIRIUS [redacted] greenhouse. MV Marketing, working for Amazon, provides a catalog displaying availability and prices for Amazon products. The site initially showed the greenhouse available by June 15th, [redacted], for €[redacted].50 with a best price of €[redacted].33 in September. Unfortunately, upon clicking the link, Amazon indicated the product was unavailable with an uncertain future availability. I have contacted the company serving as an Amazon provider regarding this issue, but they suggest resolving it directly with Amazon. The greenhouse is available on other European sites from the same manufacturer at competitive prices. As per consumer rights, the seller should honor the displayed price. I prefer not to engage in disputes between Amazon, MV Marketing, and simply wish to proceed with my order. Kindly advise on the steps to purchase this greenhouse. Sincerely,

I have encountered repeated account holds due to alleged unusual activity, leading to multiple submissions of the same documentation within a short period. Despite providing ample verification, including a detailed bank statement, card images, screenshots, and identification, my submissions continue to be rejected. Following their request for a billing statement, I resubmitted the same documents with no changes, facing ongoing account lockouts. I seek a resolution to this frustrating cycle of redundant submissions and rejection.

The USPS tracking number is [redacted][redacted]43. According to USPS, the package was scanned as delivered on 11/22/21 to our porch. Despite being home, we did not receive the package containing 5 Amazon orders. I witnessed the delivery but could not find the package afterwards. USPS confirmed the delivery scan at our address, leading us to believe it might have been either stolen (unlikely due to security measures) or misdelivered to a neighboring address. Unfortunately, no one has admitted receiving it. We are seeking assistance with this issue. Thank you.

An agent named K. offered a "merge" deal for US & CAN Prime members at $[redacted] per year. He assisted us with setting up Prime on our TV in Arizona and assured us he would call back during the cable technician's visit to assist further, but only called once and not again. After signing up, we received a notice stating the purchase needed confirmation from Amazon, which was not done as we had not received Prime TV yet. Subsequently, we noticed a $12.99 charge on our credit card. Are we victims of a scam with the $[redacted] per year offer?

Order #[redacted]-[redacted] was damaged during shipping, leading to the cancellation of the delivery by Amazon. The tracking information provided by Amazon indicates that the package is being returned, and a refund will be issued within 3 - 5 business days after the return process is completed. However, it has been more than five business days since the cancellation and the refund has not been received yet. The delay may be due to the payment being made using reward points from a Chase Bank Visa card, resulting in no actual charge being applied. Despite this, as the payment was made through the reward points and no merchandise was received, a full refund of $25.93 is rightfully expected. I am eager to know when the refund can be expected to be processed.

Order# [redacted]-[redacted] encountered a delivery issue due to an incorrect address. Upon contacting FedEx, redirection was not possible. Amazon's customer service was helpful in initiating a return for a refund to be able to reorder. Despite the order detail displaying a "Refund" line, no funds have been credited back to the payment source, ending in [redacted]. It is assumed that refunds are issued to the original payment account. If not, clarification on the refund destination is needed to proceed with repurchasing the item once the refund is received.

Hello, I've purchased a "refurbished" Apple Watch from Kiss Electronics twice, and both times the battery life quickly deteriorated to the point where the product became unusable, dying within 2-3 hours. Despite their 90-day warranty, they refused to issue a refund this time since I missed the deadline due to personal circumstances. Amazon issued a refund in the form of a gift card without my consent after a delivery delay. The package arrived five days later than expected, contrary to the courier's information. I did not request a refund or intend to return the items. An email informed me to return the items to avoid a credit card charge, even though I want to keep the items I already paid for. I urge Amazon to cancel the gift card refund and not charge me again.

I received an email stating my return was not received and I may be charged again. I contacted customer service on November 17 at 2:38 p.m. and was assured I wouldn't be charged for the Suimiki Vintage Ruffle Plain Floral dress. I returned it along with the Womans Asgard ankle rain boots from a UPS Center in Hampton, VA. Unfortunately, upon arrival at your return center, the dress seemed to have gone missing. I'm unsure if it fell off the conveyor belt, got misplaced during handling, or encountered any other issue. But I did send it back, and I shouldn't be held responsible for its disappearance. I have submitted the necessary information to Amazon multiple times to unlock my account. However, it remains on hold due to a suspicious payment method. I am confused about why this card, which I use for every order, is now flagged. Recently, a few orders were credited due to Amazon's errors. I opened an Amazon account and made two purchases right away. However, my account got suspended shortly after with no explanation. I've tried to provide transaction statements but couldn't since the purchases didn't go through due to the quick suspension. Amazon has been sending me emails with blank content, and I'm unsure of how to proceed. I've submitted various documents including photos of my credit card (with the last 4 digits visible), my passport with a picture, and a selfie with my passport to verify my identity. Unfortunately, I haven't had any success in resolving the issue, and the blank emails are causing delays of up to 6 hours. As my account is suspended, I'm unable to reach customer service directly.

I attempted to purchase and send two $50 e-gift cards on Nov 25, [redacted]. The first was sent in the morning with the wrong email address, and I'm unsure if it was delivered. I have encountered three instances where my Amazon Prime orders were not delivered promptly despite providing detailed directions for my address. I recently applied and got approved for the Amazon Store Card through Sync Bank. I was eager to use this card for the Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals on Amazon. However, I've been facing issues with accessing my account as Amazon is requesting a statement to prove ownership, which is not available since the account is new. Despite providing screenshots from the Sync Bank/Amazon Store Card login page, Amazon is insisting on a statement that won't be available for another month. I am interested in the [redacted] Kindle Paperwhite 32G. I had it saved for a week at $84.99. I hoped for a better deal on Black Friday, but the price skyrocketed to $[redacted].99! Disappointed, I bought it on Cyber Monday. I found it for $[redacted] elsewhere and will return Amazon's. Prices usually fluctuate a bit, but a $75 increase on an older model is surprising. Amazon, known for its great service, let me down this time.

Around 5 or 6 years ago, my son sold a coffee book online using our tax ID number for the account. Unfortunately, there was an issue with his phone, and an order didn't go through as intended. After realizing the mistake, he sent the book and apologized, but the account was still suspended. Despite efforts with a lawyer, the issue persists. We are a dental supply company called Wonderful Dental, and our parent company is Roses and Rubies, LLC DBA Wonderful Dental. We have provided various documents to prove our legitimacy. I requested to return a Black & Decker pressure washer due to broken parts. I received a Return Mailing Label on Saturday, November 27th, the same day I received the parcel. The instructions stated that Hermes would collect it on the next business day, Monday to Friday, between 8 am to 8 pm. I expected the collection today, Monday, November 29th, but Hermes did not show up. Upon checking the Return Shipment in the Returns Support Centre, I found the Return Authorisation Dc6GVWnlRRMA & Tracking Number[redacted][redacted]. The status indicated that the carrier picked up the package on November 27th, with an estimated arrival of December 1st, [redacted]. However, using the Tracking Number, it shows that the package was picked up on November 27th at 06:27 pm without specifying the location. It seems they do not have my package. Order: #[redacted]-[redacted] I bought a canvas with guaranteed delivery by 10pm on November 29th using my Prime account. However, I received an email at 5:37pm stating it wouldn't arrive. I only saw the email at 6:45 pm. When I called customer service, I was told it may come by Thursday or I could get a refund. This isn't acceptable. I have a Prime membership, spent time choosing the item, waited all day for it, and all I'm offered is a refund. The order was placed on the 27th, giving them 2 days to notify me beforehand. Had they informed me earlier, it would have been acceptable. Extending my Prime membership would have been a suitable solution too. I got off the phone feeling dismissed and unresolved. - Y.B.
