I received an automated call from mobile number [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted] claiming my Amazon Prime subscription will renew, but I do not have one. The call instructed me to press 1 to speak to customer service; however, the call abruptly ended. When I tried calling back, the number was switched off, confirming it's a scam. I've already secured my debit card, but I remain concerned about how they obtained my phone number and potential access to my bank details. My only recent interaction with Amazon was purchasing a Samsung phone online. I seek advice on addressing this issue.

My Amazon account was unexpectedly frozen, causing significant inconvenience as a disabled individual who relies on it. Following a fraudulent charge on my Amazon-linked credit card, swiftly addressed by the bank, Amazon denied any knowledge of the incident in my account and dismissed it as irrelevant. Interestingly, upon researching, I found fellow customers who had encountered similar credit card fraud linked to Amazon but were alerted by phishing calls from a fake number. Three weeks later, I discovered my account was frozen without warning or assistance from Amazon, leading to the inability to shop, access subscriptions, or schedule food deliveries, which is particularly challenging post-hospitalization. It is frustrating that Amazon takes such drastic measures without clear cause and fails to provide support in resolving these issues.

I have attempted to cancel my Subscribe and Save orders for the past six months. Despite multiple calls to customer service where they claim there are no orders, I continue to receive deliveries around the 18th of each month. These deliveries are left on the porch at my mother's residence. I have also tried to cancel my entire Amazon account without success. I believe I am entitled to a refund since I've clearly requested not to receive these deliveries. Even after removing all my payment methods, Amazon found one and kept charging my checking account for the membership fee. I request a refund to my checking account for these unauthorized charges. Thank you, M.B.

I'm having trouble accessing my account because I forgot my password and the phone number linked to it is no longer valid. After trying to reset my password and entering the email code, it required a second phone text authorization. Despite confirming my identity over the phone with a customer service representative, I couldn't recall an old credit card number and expiration date associated with the account, leading to a failed password reset. The CSR suggested creating a new account, but I've had my original account for over a decade and have a substantial library of music, videos, and books on it. I feel frustrated that I'm now unable to access the content in my account.

I recently requested a return for an item due to a size issue with order ID [redacted]56. During the pickup attempt, the courier mentioned that the package was too large for their 2-wheeler and said another courier would come in a van for the pickup on the same day. However, no one showed up for the van pickup, and my return is now on hold. Unfortunately, I don't have the contact information of the courier. I kindly ask Amazon to reschedule the pickup for my return.

I am looking to purchase the [renewed] iPhone 12 Pro. My mother kindly lent me her American Express Gold Card for the transaction. After making the purchase, I received an email stating that my account has been temporarily placed on hold due to unusual payment activity. The email requested a bank statement with transaction details to verify the card's ownership. I have since been trying to resolve this issue by submitting multiple bank statements and even included a photo of the credit card. Despite my efforts, they continue to deny my submissions, claiming there are no transaction details. Each time I resubmit the requested documents, they reject them stating they are invalid. I urgently need assistance in resolving this matter promptly, as the delay is causing inconvenience. I am concerned that the product may sell out while I try to regain access to my account. Your guidance on expediting this process would be greatly appreciated.

On Oct. 28, I purchased 2 cans of Rustoleum mirror effect paint with an expected delivery date of Nov 4. Upon opening the package on Nov 5, I discovered they had sent me appliance epoxy instead. I filed a complaint on the same day, and a second one on the 8th, only receiving a response on the 9th instructing me to obtain a return slip from Amazon at my expense. Amazon states I cannot return paint products. I paid $31.80, but the price had increased to $69 when I checked on the 5th, and now it's listed as unavailable. I urgently need the correct product for an important project; I just want the item I originally ordered.

Subject: Amazon Order Issue Dear Amazon, I am writing regarding my recent order of comotomo bottles (Order [redacted]-[redacted]) placed on September 8th. Despite not receiving the bottles by October 7th, I requested a refund as per your policy. The refund was processed, acknowledging that the delay was due to your delivery problems. Surprisingly, the bottles arrived on October 7th, though I had no intention of returning them as they were a gift. However, I am now being prompted to return the bottles under the threat of a refund charge on my credit card. Could you please clarify this misunderstanding? Thank you, Mrs. M. A. I recently received an Amazon order, #[redacted]-[redacted], on 11-5-21 with a defective system board. The replacement arrived on 11-8-21, but unfortunately, it has the same issue. Through my research, I've discovered that this is a common problem with the system board. I would like assistance in obtaining a replacement unit with a non-defective board. My suggestion is for Amazon to allow me to keep the second unit at no charge. I can then purchase a reliable system board from another provider for around $89.00 to fix both units. This way, I can avoid the hassle of returning the items and ensure that I have two fully functional units. This solution would cost me $[redacted].55, which is close to the $[redacted].10 I initially spent for two working units. I believe this approach would benefit both parties.

I bought Pharmagaba and Taurine supplements once, but I received another order yesterday. When I checked my orders, I noticed that I was charged the same amount for both sets of supplements. The order placed on 10/29/21 and delivered on 10/30/21 cost $84.53, while the order placed on 10/19/21 and delivered on 11/8/21 was charged at $[redacted].53 for the same items. This price discrepancy is not correct, even if I accidentally ordered it twice. I am confused about why this occurred and would appreciate receiving a refund for the latter order or having the correct price applied to my account.

I recently received a membership renewal charge of $[redacted] for the year. I am not pleased with the inaccurate description of the benefits included in the membership. The two-day shipping I was promised has not been reliable, and I now have to drive 20 miles to collect my packages. Essentially, I am paying $10 a month just to retrieve my supposedly two-day deliveries. The only benefit that seems worthwhile is access to movies, which at $10 a month is unreasonably expensive. I would consider paying half of the current amount, but the full fee is excessive.

I recently received a call from an individual claiming to be from Amazon, informing me about an unauthorized laptop order using my saved credit card information. Despite denying any knowledge of the purchase, the caller insisted I go online immediately and follow his instructions. I requested to receive the instructions without going online at that moment due to being preoccupied, but the caller persisted, prompting me to hang up. No one in our household has placed such an order, and I urge Amazon to halt any transaction if it exists. - G. Brehmer & J. Brehmer

I placed an order for a book on Amazon in September with an expected delivery date in October. Unfortunately, the delivery was late. After reaching out to customer service, we agreed that if the book did not arrive by November 1st, I would receive a refund. As the book didn't arrive in November, I requested my refund and received a form to fill out. However, I was not given a deadline for submitting the form. Upon submitting it two days later, I received an email stating my claim was canceled due to a late response. I was informed that I had 30 days to reopen the case. I submitted all the necessary documents, but I have not received confirmation of their receipt. Despite my attempts to contact agents via email, I have not received any response.

Unfortunately, my recent Lasership order, number [redacted]-[redacted], is incorrectly marked as delivered on Saturday despite not arriving. I have checked thoroughly in the mailroom and consulted the building superintendent. This recurring issue with Lasership has happened twice before in recent months. Additionally, the customer support chat website appears to be down once more, displaying an error message with a dog image, indicating system issues. I have attempted access using various browsers without success. I kindly request for the order to be reshipped, with an alternative shipping provider as I prefer not to use Lasership for this replacement shipment.

As a television news anchor/reporter, my team ordered various products, including an Amazon-sold Blood Sugar Supplement. After a test person followed the recommended dosage for 20 days, their blood sugar levels actually increased significantly on the second test. We returned the product requesting a refund to the Mastercard ending in -[redacted]. Instead of processing the refund, Amazon inexplicably sent us two more bottles of the ineffective supplement. We expect a response within 24 hours by Wednesday, 11/10/21, before 5 pm PST.

I have four items I wish to purchase. The first item is the WY-Food Dehydrator with 12 trays, stainless steel, digital timer, and temperature control, priced at $12,[redacted].71 plus $[redacted].99 for shipping. The books I want to buy are "The Encyclopedia of Country Living" by Carla Emery, "Growing Your Own Vegetables" by Carla Emery and Lorene Edwards Forkner, and "Seed to Seed" by Suzanne Ashworth. All the books are in paperback format. I want to charge everything to my VISA ending in -[redacted]. There were errors in the initial order, so I canceled the dehydrator and need to ensure the correct books will be charged and delivered. If any book is temporarily out of stock, I prefer a used copy instead of waiting. I miss the option to speak to a human for immediate assistance. If my order can't be fulfilled as specified, I'd like it canceled promptly. I'm using Amazon Mexico for shipment to Mexico but couldn't find a customer service number. Please contact me via email or enable chat for a quicker resolution. Thank you.

Hello, I am writing to express my frustration with Amazon's handling of my recent purchase. On 09/11/21, I bought two $[redacted] Amazon gift cards, only to have my account suspended soon after. Despite submitting all requested documentation, I continue to receive error messages claiming I have not provided the necessary details. I was prompted to provide a billing address and purchase receipt, but I used my Amazon account balance, not a MasterCard, for this transaction. I redeemed two $[redacted] gift cards, totaling $[redacted], from my Amazon wallet. Urgent assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. I have attached the purchase receipt and a screenshot of my Amazon wallet. Please look into this matter promptly. Thank you. EMAIL - [redacted] PHONE - [redacted]

Hello, my name is Chris. I had items in my Amazon shopping cart that I forgot to remove before payment was attempted. I canceled the order, but I have not received my refund yet, even though it's been about a week or a week and a half. I am a week late on my rent, and my landlord is at my place right now waiting for payment. Please provide my refund as it has been pending for a week now. It's urgent as my family is at risk of being evicted due to this delay. Thank you.

I recently received my order promptly and was satisfied. When I made the purchase, I utilized a gift card with a remaining balance of around $30 and also provided my credit card details. It seems the charge wasn't applied to my credit card, so I want assurance about the security of the process before sharing more information. Initially, I felt confident speaking with the representatives but was directed to a "secure site" that required a fee of one dollar, which seemed unusual.
