Hello, I ordered five BTS merchandise items from Amazon on March 10th, [redacted], for my granddaughters' birthday in November. My bank statement shows the payment to Amazon Mktplc Au in Sydney South. The expected delivery window was between October 27th and November 9th. However, when I check my Amazon account, there are no orders listed. Five payments were processed from my bank account on March 10th, [redacted]. I paid using Mastercard click to pay. I purchased the Sony WI SP [redacted] sports extra bass in-ear headphones from Amazon. However, upon delivery, I received an empty box with only the USB cable and earbud accessories inside. Despite reaching out to their customer service multiple times over the past 23 days, the issue has not been resolved. Every time I contact them, they assure me that they are looking into it and ask for 5-7 more days, but no progress has been made. I am extremely frustrated with their service and would appreciate assistance in getting a refund for my purchase.

Hello Team, I recently purchased a Redmi Note 10 Pro Max but received a Redmi Note Pro 10 instead due to the Pro Max being out of stock at the time of payment. I have been unsuccessful in attempting to process a return through the application. I insist on returning the product and exchanging it for the correct device, the Pro Max. I have not opened the package as the device was bought for a client through a business account that requires reimbursement. Returning the incorrect device is crucial as it does not meet my needs and is essentially wasted if not exchanged promptly. I cannot accept a lower version of the device at the same price. I am solely concerned about the Amazon brand's customer service and expect a smooth return process leading to a refund. I am trying to create an account on Amazon but have been unsuccessful after trying for several months. I currently have a Prime account but am unable to log in due to forgotten password. The support operator asked for information from many years ago which I do not remember, such as past purchases like TVs and Kindles. Are these details not retained by Amazon after five years? I am stuck with repeated messages prompting me to try again.

Account Email: [redacted] To whom it may concern, My Amazon account has been unfairly locked with the reason being that the Amazon gift card or gift card balance I used supposedly violates the terms and conditions, which is not the case. All the Amazon gift cards I have were legitimately received from friends and purchased directly on the Amazon website. I have thoroughly reviewed Amazon's terms and conditions and have not violated them in any way. The instructions provided to resolve this issue are unclear as to which payments documentation is required, whether for recent orders or gift card transactions. After submitting documents related to the transactions, I was informed that the hold on my account cannot be removed at this time. The email I received directed me back to Amazon's sign-in page, leaving me feeling frustrated and misled. Two items were delivered in the same box which is fine; however, the package was left on the doorstep in full view of anyone passing by. The total cost of the items was £52.60. It would have been appreciated if the package was placed out of sight, like behind the car in the driveway or at the end of the drive. Even better, leaving it with a neighbor who was home at the time would have been ideal. This is the second time this has occurred. When trying to file a complaint, the process is quite cumbersome with limited options through the drop-down boxes. It would be more user-friendly if there was a box to type in the specific problem. Additionally, attempts to receive a phone call were unsuccessful as inputting two different phone numbers resulted in connection errors. Other callers seem to reach me without any issues. I have frequently ordered many items from Amazon, even when I lived in San Francisco. Now residing in SERENITY VILLAS senior apartments in Pomona, California, I recently purchased socks for my grandson on 10/7/21, which I have not yet received. This delay is unusual as I have never encountered delivery issues with Amazon before. I did receive other items I ordered over the weekend promptly, so I am puzzled about the whereabouts of my socks. We appreciate your feedback regarding the ELLUME HOME COVID-19 testing kit's inaccurate positive results. On September 23, [redacted], I used the kit and received a positive result. This led to disruptions as my five college friends had travelled long distances to celebrate our 50th reunion. Due to the false positive, a member cancelled a flight from Florida, costing over $[redacted]. Friends from Washington had to stay in a rental as we awaited my second test results on October 2nd. The overall financial impact on our group exceeded $[redacted] due to Ellume's subpar product. We were all left disheartened by the situation. Since Amazon supplied the testing kit, we hope for reimbursement for the inconvenience and financial loss. As loyal Amazon customers, we trust you will consider our request seriously. I am disappointed that my order was not delivered on time despite my requests, but I did receive a refund. Now, I have received an automatic email instructing me to return the items received on September 14, or my credit card will be charged 7.72 euros. I requested this refund as compensation because the promised delivery dates (between September 8 and 11) were not met, causing me inconvenience. These were the first printed copies of my children's story "Onfeckonpeuh and Napoléon," of which I am the author and needed to review with someone assisting me in self-publishing on KDP. It was also a gift I needed to take [redacted] km away on September 11, and I had to ask my host to send them by mail to the children I intended to give them to. This failure to meet the delivery dates resulted in additional expenses for me. I believe Amazon should offer me a goodwill gesture considering the circumstances and let me keep the items without returning them. I accidentally purchased the wrong hand towel on Amazon. I mistakenly bought the Avanti Linen Gilded Bird instead of the Avanti Linens 036692IVR Alana Hand Towel in Ivory. I initiated the return process for the first towel and selected "bought by mistake." I intended to exchange it for the correct towel. However, when choosing the exchange option and selecting the desired towel, the option to return to Kohls was not available. I retried this multiple times but to no avail. I then opted for a straight return without the exchange, and the Kohls return option appeared as expected. I proceeded with the simple return to Kohls. I will now have to separately purchase the correct towel instead of combining it with the return/exchange process. I am puzzled as to why the Kohls return option is not available when trying to perform a return and exchange in a single transaction. It seems counterintuitive for Amazon not to offer this option. A few months back, I contacted Amazon regarding a Prime membership I never signed up for. After a call, some of the charges were reversed. Recently, I noticed additional charges from Amazon Prime and Amazon Digital. This issue has persisted, and I am adamant about receiving a full refund. I have a witness who can support the initial call made to Amazon and the resolution achieved. The conversation was amicable, and I expected a straightforward resolution, yet a new Prime membership was unexpectedly activated.

Hello, I received the JBL earphones I ordered, but unfortunately, upon opening the package in a different country, I discovered that the wrong item was sent. I have been receiving Amazon Business emails by mistake. I accidentally subscribed somehow and I don't own a business. Can anyone guide me on how to unsubscribe from the Amazon Business emails? I also keep receiving order confirmations for items I did not buy, like a $[redacted] ASUS ROG Strix G15 Premium Gaming Laptop ordered on Oct 12, [redacted]. My experience with Amazon has been satisfactory until encountering an issue. The lack of effective customer service led to frustration and extensive wait times, which was disappointing. This has resulted in my decision to refrain from future purchases with Amazon. The potential for Amazon to be an exceptional company is overshadowed by the challenging customer service experience, both online and over the phone.

I ordered a 1 lb closed-loop extraction system that was meant to arrive yesterday. It's frustrating because the tracking information shows it's out for delivery before 8:00 p.m., but it hasn't shown up. This has happened for two days now, with the status saying it's on the delivery truck but not reaching me. Additionally, the price of the item has dropped by $[redacted] since I purchased it. I would like to either cancel the order and get a refund for the $[redacted] or receive a partial refund if I decide to keep the item when it finally arrives. I'm disappointed because I needed it yesterday due to time constraints and now I'm considering other options since it hasn't arrived as promised.

I recently made a purchase from Amazon.de for an iPhone XR (64 GB) and later returned it as it did not meet my needs. Subsequently, I ordered the iPhone XR ([redacted] GB). Upon returning the item through an Amazon authorized DHL agency, I received an email on 10th Oct, [redacted], stating the box was empty. When I tried to investigate through DHL, I was unable to initiate a search for Amazon shipments online. I followed Amazon’s return instructions, and DHL handled the packaging with a tracking number - [redacted]69. Amazon's customer service has been unhelpful in resolving this issue. As a long-time Amazon customer, I am disappointed in the lack of support. The missing product must be resolved between Amazon and DHL, not shifted to the customer. I kindly request prompt resolution and reimbursement of €[redacted], as this situation has been stressful and disappointing.

In June of this year, my second Kindle stopped working. I promptly contacted Amazon, reported the issue, and provided details. The support representative informed me that the Kindle could not be fixed but offered a discount on a new Kindle for Prime Day on June 21. I bought a Kindle 10, which arrived earlier than expected, much to my delight. However, I encountered an issue transferring my favorite game Scrabble from my old Kindle to the new one. Despite contacting Customer Service, I was informed that Scrabble is not available. On a positive note, I managed to extend my subscription to my third Kindle last Christmas, allowing my husband and me to read the same books during the pandemic and play Scrabble together. Although I found a free version of Solitaire for my fourth Kindle, I am disappointed by the frequent ads interrupting the game experience. Our first Kindle, Buffett, still works reliably after many years and remains our go-to device for travel and waiting rooms. We are big fans of Kindles and take good care of them. Could you please advise on how to extend Scrabble to my fourth Kindle?

I have a new gift card worth $25. When I scratched off the claim code, part of the sticker stuck to the card, so I couldn't read the full code. The visible part of the code is AQZ3-GCW, followed by some characters I can't remove, then U2BE3. The card number on the bottom is #6[redacted] 3[redacted]. I tried to use the code for a purchase, but it didn't work. I'm worried that my other $25 card might have the same issue. Can you please provide me with the complete code? Thank you, Peggy.
