This is the third time we are encountering an issue with our orders. Instead of receiving the product we ordered, we are consistently getting the wrong items. The first time we ordered a book and received a saree, the second time we ordered a book and received a children's book, and now, for the third time, we ordered "Indian Culture and Heritage" book by author Kurre Satyanarayana, but once again, a different book was delivered. I haven't even opened the parcel yet, and I'm disappointed that this mix-up has happened again.

My Firestick 4 keeps changing the display setting to Automatic, causing issues with my LG TV displaying a "video display not supported" message. I am unable to reset to Manual without connecting to a different TV, and the Firestick only works on a [redacted] x 60 display setting, which feels low for my TV. The device switches back to Automatic from Manual when the power goes off or randomly. Would purchasing a new Firestick resolve this problem?

ORDER # [redacted]-[redacted] I bought the order mentioned above from Amazon on August 4th using an ICICI Debit card EMI with a 6-month option. However, the EMI amount has not been debited from my account yet. ICICI's customer care informed me that the EMI is not set up for auto debit from my account. They advised me to contact Amazon to set up the auto debit option for this order. I kindly ask for your assistance in changing the payment option to auto debit to resolve this matter promptly.

I am returning a cat fountain, but I requested a replacement. The return has been authorized, but I misunderstood the instructions. I intended to print a label and take it to a UPS Drop-Off store. Could you please email me a return label for the Veken Cat Water Fountain, 84oz Automatic Pet Water Fountain, including 3 Replacement Filters & 1 Silicone Mat for Cats and Small to Medium Dogs? I recently purchased an electric stove from a seller called Shop Chimney, only to realize I needed a gas one instead. I initiated a return and was provided with an address in New Jersey. To avoid hefty shipping costs, I reached out to customer support a month ago to inquire about personally delivering the item or arranging an exchange. After receiving brief responses over 15 days, they confirmed an exchange was possible if I brought the product to their manufacturing hub in the Bronx. I initially cancelled the return but faced continued unresponsiveness, prompting me to open another return request. This time, I was given a different address in New Hampshire. I was willing to visit the manufacturing hub for an exchange but encountered a week of silence when seeking the address. I now need to revert to the original New Jersey address for the return or explore exchange options.

I've been an Amazon customer since [redacted]. I recently noticed a charge on my bank account for my Prime membership without receiving prior notice of the withdrawal date. This unexpected charge may lead to an overdraft fee as I don't currently have the necessary funds. Due to personal circumstances, I am struggling with adjusting to a single income after my partner, who I shared 16 years with, passed away in April. Despite speaking with a polite representative who tried to assist in processing a refund to avoid the overdraft fee, their supervisor was unhelpful. It's frustrating that the pending charge cannot be refunded immediately by Amazon to prevent further financial strain. Amazon should provide clearer debit dates to loyal customers to avoid such situations. My disappointment lies not with the representative but with Amazon's refund policy that does not cater to urgent needs.

I recently faced a concerning situation where my iPhone 11 was accessed remotely by Apple and deemed compromised, prompting the need for a new device. AT&T recommended the iPhone 12 as a more secure option, and I promptly purchased one for $66. Unfortunately, the new iPhone 12 was also compromised when I transferred the SIM card from the old device and activated it from a compromised iCloud backup. Consequently, I am now billed for two iPhone 12 phone numbers, although I only have one. The confusion has led to a $[redacted] monthly bill and service interruptions. I have tried calling both phone numbers [redacted] and [redacted]. After verifying my account with a text message that prompts me to enter a three-digit number, I faced difficulties. Despite texting the number and entering it on my keypad, the system did not recognize it and disconnected me. My concern is regarding my Prime Video account. I am experiencing constant buffering issues with only Prime Video while other platforms like Netflix, Hulu, and Apple TV work fine. It's frustrating that I cannot speak with a customer service representative to address this problem, unlike other services like Netflix. I have been a loyal Prime member for years.

I am unhappy with the delivery service as they left my packages outside the building instead of bringing them to my apartment. Someone picked them up and eventually delivered them to me. This has happened twice now, and I am disappointed with the service. The first driver was [redacted], and the second one was [redacted]. I expected better service requiring packages to be delivered directly to my unit and for the driver to knock on my apartment door.

My Amazon account has been compromised. Hackers have changed the password, phone number, and enabled 2-step verification. Amazon Customer Service is unable to help as we can't provide the second verification controlled by the hackers. Despite numerous calls to CS, they are unaware of prior contact and haven't assigned a ticket or case number. Emails from Amazon to our account seem blocked, and promises of a call from a security specialist haven't been fulfilled. We even sent identity verification to [redacted] without response. Our only wish is to close this account to sever ties with the hackers.

Despite speaking with multiple Amazon representatives and receiving a refund, there seems to be a discrepancy. While I was initially told I do not have to return the item, my order summary still indicates that I need to return it. I purchased a pair of Reebok walking shoes for my sister at a nursing home in Pittsburgh, PA. Unfortunately, they were too small. While visiting PA briefly, I couldn't return them to the recommended location, Whole Foods in Bethel Park, PA. Instead, I brought them back to New Smyrna Beach, Florida for the return. I am in need of a return label or instructions to take them to the UPS store in New Smyrna Beach, FL. I have a tight timeframe with the return window closing in the next 2 days. I have been trying to contact Ulephone since May regarding a phone I purchased, which was advertised as waterproof. In March, when I tested it in water, it failed and stopped working. Despite numerous messages attempting to return or exchange the phone, I have not received any response. My location in the woods has poor reception, making it challenging to communicate. I bought the phone in March, and it malfunctioned in May. This situation is frustrating as I rely on limited data from a prepaid phone. Due to personal circumstances, including financial struggles and lack of transportation, acquiring a new phone is crucial. I hope for a resolution as Ulephone seems unresponsive. I bought the Ulephone in March because it was advertised as waterproof. However, I was unable to test this feature until May when my son and I tried using it in a pool. Despite following all instructions, the phone shut down when it got wet and has not turned back on since. I have tried contacting Ulephone multiple times with no response. When attempting to reach out to Amazon, they kept redirecting me back to Ulephone, making it impossible to explain the issue. I live in a remote area without reliable reception, and not having a working phone has been a significant inconvenience. I have refrained from using Amazon due to this problem, but now, months later, I am seeking assistance. I am currently without income and borrowed this phone, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have yet to receive the chef knife I ordered. Although my delivery instructions are clear in my profile, the package did not arrive. Despite numerous attempts to fill out a form provided by customer support, I have faced repeated rejections and minimal follow-up. This consistent poor service is unacceptable. I am experiencing ongoing issues with Amazon Prime deliveries since moving to Shelbyville, KY. My packages keep getting sent to Shepherdsville, KY, causing delays. I believe the Hebron facility is responsible. It's crucial that my orders are directed correctly to Shelbyville or through Louisville, KY first. I currently have three pending orders stuck in Shepherdsville when they should be in Shelbyville today. Despite speaking with Amazon's chat agent and calling, this problem remains unresolved. It is essential that Amazon addresses this promptly as I am a valuable customer and expect better service.

I have been an Amazon customer for over 20 years and have always been impressed with the service. However, I recently received a "return reminder" for an item that was delivered to the wrong address and subsequently stolen. Despite delivery photos showing it was left at the wrong location, I received a replacement swiftly. The item in question is a Lenikis Unisex Outdoor hat worth $16.87. I am unable to return the original item, as it was never in my possession due to the delivery error. The email stated that I could be charged for it if not returned by Sept. 28. I teach at CNM and am contacting you from my school email address, while my regular email is [redacted]. The hat was meant to be a birthday gift for my daughter, Bevin, in Bristow, Okla. I have been receiving emails from Amazon regarding canceled items and suspicious transactions. They have even threatened to suspend my account. I shop online due to the pandemic, and I have spent a lot. I have tried calling customer service numerous times without success. The codes I receive don't work, which makes me believe my computer might be compromised.

I placed an order for Asian Men's white running shoes with Order No. [redacted]-[redacted] on 10/9/[redacted] and paid Rs. [redacted] using my credit card. The delivery date was 13/9/[redacted]. On 13/9/[redacted], I received an email from Amazon stating that my package would arrive soon. However, on 14/9/21, I received another email informing me that the items had been returned to Amazon without any attempt at delivery or contact from a delivery person. The local Amazon warehouse returned the items without my consent, which is disappointing. This is not the first time I have faced delivery issues at my current location with the Pincode [redacted].
