i've contacted amazon about the same issue and we were disputing for * weeks or so and then the sellers employee agreed on giving me $** for my next purchase but it has to be with them.And that's when i reached out to amazon, they said that the seller has the power to put a $** balance in my account towards any amazon purchase. The i told that to the seller and he said that he is just an employee and can't refund me from other channels. I don't know what to do next
