Subject: Issue with Order No. [redacted]-[redacted] Dear Team, I would like to bring to your attention that I placed an order for a household oxygen concentrator with the expectation of receiving it between the 17th and 20th of May, as per the information provided during the purchase on 11th May. However, the concentrator was only delivered via Gati courier on the 24th of May. This delayed arrival caused me to incur additional expenses in making alternative arrangements due to the essential nature of the medical device. Given the untimely delivery and subsequent costs, I kindly request a refund for the oxygen concentrator, as it remains unopened in its original packaging. Unfortunately, I have been unable to reach your customer service team by phone to address this matter promptly. Hello, it has been months since I've been unable to access my account due to a change in my phone number for receiving the verification code. Living in Argentina, I cannot afford to continue calling as it has cost me around 700USD in phone credit. I received the air conditioner with damage. The top corner of the shroud is cracked. This was noticed when I opened the box for installation. Though there are other documented damages, the AC is functioning well. Due to the hot weather in Florida, I have installed it. I am concerned the damaged shroud will deteriorate faster in the Florida sun. I am requesting a new shroud without having to uninstall the AC from the roof. I simply want a replacement for the damaged shroud.

I apologize for the mix-up at UPS. I visited the UPS store with both the item and the packaging separately, but due to difficulty scanning the codes on my cellphone, the UPS representative assisted me. She mentioned there was only one code, so she placed the smaller pelvic belt inside the package with the 4" toilet cushion from the link in my email. While the other item was returned, I believe it might not have been handled correctly. Could you investigate whether both items were indeed in one box? I am concerned about losing the $36.99 spent. I visited Amazon's website hoping to use the free two-hour delivery service from Amazon Fresh. Unfortunately, I encountered difficulties placing my grocery order for today or even tomorrow morning. It seems the delivery slots are not available as advertised, and this has been a frustrating experience. Additionally, I have had issues with previous deliveries where boxes arrived damaged and produce was left unattended. Despite speaking with multiple Amazon employees, I have not received a satisfactory explanation for these challenges. I feel like there may be some harassment occurring, although I don't understand why. Clarification and resolution from Amazon's Customer Service have been lacking in addressing these concerns.

Two days ago, I bought an Amazon gift card with $[redacted].00 on it. After sending it to my friend overseas, she couldn't redeem it as it had already been used. The store couldn't assist. Yesterday, I bought another $[redacted].00 Amazon gift card, sent it to my friend, and she received a message that the card was blocked with no value on it. I'm puzzled by this. I have the card and receipt for this activated card. I've spent $[redacted].00 and received nothing in return. Can anyone help with these issues? Thank you, Brad Howington

I need assistance with two card issues. The first claim code number AQ34-S9UPH3-Y8CAM for a $[redacted] card sent overseas has been reported as already used. The second card with claim code number AQBR-XJEG7F-4XVA7 was also blocked with no balance upon receipt. I provided activation proof by sending pictures of the back stickers and receipts, but the cards seem to have issues. I am having trouble accessing my account. I am currently in a different country and I no longer have access to the phone number used for two-factor authentication. Every time I attempt to log in, it prompts me for two-factor authentication. Even when I try to use the account recovery link for failed two-factor authentication, the process requires me to log in, which is impossible for me to do under the current circumstances. I am eager to make a purchase from your company, but I am unable to do so because I cannot access my account. I urgently need assistance to regain access to my account.

Hello, I recently returned two packages to Amazon with Hermes. The first package, a watch, was promptly refunded once Hermes confirmed the collection. However, the second package, a phone, has not been refunded yet. Both items were supposed to be refunded to a gift card for quicker processing. Amazon sent me an email stating that they refunded the watch first because my payment details were on file and that I would be charged if the watch wasn't received. I contacted Amazon to explain the situation. I urgently needed the refunded amount for the phone as it is essential for my job. I assured them that I would make the payment if the phone wasn't received, just like with the watch. Despite my multiple interactions with different agents, who were not very friendly, I didn't make progress. I expressed my dissatisfaction due to the inconsistent treatment, unhelpful service, and some agents being rude. I hope this matter can be elevated to the appropriate department to address these issues effectively.

In April [redacted], I bought an iPhone 5, but it has an activation lock issue. Apple support asked for proof of ownership. I tried to share the invoice, but it was rejected as it didn't display the IMEI or Serial number. To remove the activation lock, a valid proof of purchase is needed. Acceptable documents include a sales receipt, credit card statement (with sensitive information blacked out), wireless carrier contract, or shipment packing list. At least one document must show the purchased Apple product with a product identifier (serial number, IMEI, or MEID) either printed or written on it. It's important that the product identifier is not added to the document using image editing software.

Hello Mr. Bezos, my name is Ashley Goode and I am a driver for the Amazon Flex program. Yesterday, I was unjustly suspended due to a customer incident. I had delivered a package to Okatoma Park in Hattiesburg, MS, and unintentionally exceeded the speed limit by 10 miles per hour. The customer, who I later discovered is the owner, began yelling at me for speeding. Despite apologizing, the situation escalated with the customer making racist remarks and causing me to feel threatened. I immediately reported the incident to my supervisor and now find myself suspended pending investigation. I have faced harassment before, and this experience has a significant impact on my life as a college student working multiple jobs. I placed an order for a PS5 from Amazon (ORDER # [redacted]-[redacted]) with my registered phone number [redacted] in India. I need to report that Amazon internally canceled my order without contacting me, citing an incorrect address, even though I have received deliveries at this address before. After visiting the delivery service center, I found out Amazon canceled the order without my knowledge and issued a refund. I am disappointed as I trusted Amazon for a smooth transaction. If Amazon was out of stock, they should have canceled the order immediately instead of causing customer disappointment. I hope Amazon can deliver the order as soon as possible to resolve this issue.

On Friday, May 21st, I returned the "Affinity Photo Workbook" to you. I ordered the book from Affinity through Amazon's service. Following Affinity's 14-day return policy, I requested a refund which they approved. They provided a return label addressed to Customer Returns at Amazon Way, Dunfermline, Fife, KY118ST. Once Amazon confirms the receipt of the parcel, they should process my refund. After carefully packaging the book, I mailed it from my local post office in West Horndon, Essex. Unfortunately, I have not received any communication from Amazon regarding the refund. I attempted to explain the issue to a customer service representative over the phone, but they seemed unable to assist. Could you please help me locate the book? My name is Tony Rogers, residing at 28 Church Lane, Bulphan, Upminster, Essex RM143TT. I am 84 years old and feeling quite confused. I received this email today, but I don't understand it. I tried to "restore membership" as instructed, but the birthday information cannot be entered, and the website is asking for a social security number. I'm concerned about providing this information to Amazon. Regarding the email stating that my Amazon account is on hold, I am unsure if this is legitimate. Below is the message I received: "We have temporarily placed your Amazon account on hold and canceled any pending orders or subscriptions because we detected suspicious activity. To restore access to your membership, sign in and follow the on-screen instructions. After providing the necessary information, they claim to review it and respond within 24 hours. Thank you for using Amazon Services."

Today, I received an email that appeared to be from Amazon thanking me for a $1,[redacted] purchase of a Hisense 85-Inch 4K TV, which I did not make. The email provided shipping details to an address in Florida, not North Carolina where I live. The email included a Customer Service number, which I called out of concern. The person on the phone claimed to be from Amazon and requested access to my computer to fix the issue, which raised red flags for me. I declined and hung up, realizing it might be a scam. After checking the email sender's address and confirming with Amazon that no unauthorized charges were made, I changed my password for added security. I wanted to report this incident to Amazon's Fraud Department to alert them about the potential scam. Thank you for addressing my concerns.

To whom it may concern, I have attempted several times to create an Amazon account using my current address, but each time it gets flagged due to either my address or card information. I am then required to provide additional documentation, such as a bank statement, which I promptly submit. However, despite my efforts, the account I try to open or use is eventually canceled by Amazon. I receive an email stating that access has been removed, orders canceled, and future accounts will be automatically closed due to a connection with a previously closed account. Unfortunately, once the account is closed, I am unable to contact customer service for assistance as I am locked out. The issue seems to arise specifically when registering this apartment number within the building. I seek a resolution to this problem as I wish to make purchases on Amazon.
