Hello. I purchased a $**.** Mothers Day Amazon gift card. It stated clearly that **.** and up cards qualified for a $**.** promotional credit applied to your account. The balance is not in my account. I have chatted with * different reps, the first said it was already in my account and would show up during checkout, I went to check out and it did not show up. I recontacted chat and the *nd rep did look and said it was not there. They did not offer a solution except for offering to have someone call me. I just want the $** they owe me in my account. Thanks!
