I called on the phone * times, and the CS Rep INSISTED THAT SGE HAD TO CALL MY CELL PHONE WITH AN OTP NUMBER.
Discontinuing * step verification on my account.
More than * years. Order several items every month.
Also talked to a supervisor, who also insisted on calling me or sending me an OTP number on my cell phone. Would not call my home phone ***-***-****. Complete waste of my time, almost * hours arguing with these people.
