You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.

Hi, I was charged last month for Amazon Prime but I never signed up for it, not intentionally anyway.*I sent several email to have the charge reversed and finally called my bank to have he charge reversed for March.*I just look at my Mastercard and there is another charge for April **th for Prime for $ *.** again. I have already gone in and cancelled Prime.....which I never knew was in place and called customer service, who informed me the best way to contact you is CHAT.*Name.......Roy Farrell *** Salmonier Line , Holyrood Nl Canada.
