The issue in GetHuman-sacmd's own words
Amazon delivered a package to me yesterday and put the package into our mailbox. I did not expect them to use the USPS box and was waiting until today. Well the mail came, I checked my phone and saw that it was delivered yesterday. We caught up with the delivery lady and she said there was not a package in our mailbox. Someone might have taken it out. NOW what am I supposed to do? I was told they are NOT TO USE the mailbox because it is FEDERAL PROPERTY.
GetHuman-sacmd did not yet indicate what Amazon should do to make this right.
