We ordered a product for a family member. Somehow you started sending * of the same item to her per month. Only was supposed to be one item. Then she moved. I changed her address but now Amazon is sending and charging us for * items. Only one at her new address is necessary. It’s so difficult to cancel orders sent to wrong address. I just attempted to cancel * of the orders that are scheduled to ship and debit our account today.
GetHuman-jdrcelti did not yet indicate what Amazon should do to make this right.
