I placed an order on March ** ( Order* ***-*******-******* ) with a seller called OM-WIRELESS for a 'Samsung Galaxy S* Active SM-G***U **GB Meteor Gray T-Mobile Smartphone'. Late afternoon yesterday I received the item, but it wasn't as advertised a SM-G***U (T-Mobile version), but a SM-***A (AT&T version. I notified the seller immediately and received this morning an email with the return instructions. *The item was send this morning using the same OEM packing box and USPS packing materials as received. As well I sent a reply message to the seller with a copy of the USPS receipt including tracking number. Unfortunately the seller has not responded via email, the return and replacement process for the correct item is not reflected in my Amazon Prime account, but the email I received from the seller in the first place requests already a rating about the transaction. I have no answer, nor tracking number for the replacement and therefore no way to give a rating to the seller at all and it would be the first time I end up with a partial refund of the purchase price, including shipping*tax and will not be able anymore to give a appropriate rating to a seller who did not comply with prior agreements. I would very much appreciate your help on this matter.*Best,*Peter
