I am requesting the cancellation of charges for an Elephant in my Kitchen and The Elephant Whisperer. I received emails stating they weren't returned, but in fact, one was sent back and wrongly processed as a different purchase. After multiple calls last Christmas, a representative couldn't solve the issue with these similar titles. She advised keeping the extra book, assuring me I wouldn't be charged for it. It was gifted to my brother. My Amazon purchase history shows minimal returns. Please honor the commitment made and resolve this error promptly. I am reaching out for the 12th time regarding an undeliverable order. Despite numerous attempts on live chat, I am now trying gethuman for assistance. Order number [redacted]-[redacted] was marked undeliverable and not refunded due to suspicions without any explanation. Each time I contact support, I am promised a call within 48 hours from an account specialist but never receive one. Frustrated with the lack of response, I am now reposting my concerns. Please rectify this and refund my money promptly. For weeks, I have been trying to address the issue of my stalled shipment and now the unresolved refund. The absence of communication and resolution has left me feeling the funds were taken unfairly. If the order cannot be completed, issue a refund to the original payment method promptly. Alternatively, make arrangements to deliver the order. This ongoing situation is concerning and requires immediate attention. A few years ago, I attempted to sell on Amazon but was informed that my account was closed due to having many products with only one piece of each. Despite observing other sellers doing the same, Amazon advised me to create a new account with different details. However, I am unable to do so and require assistance from customer service to either reactivate my old account or guide me on how to register anew. Despite efforts, I cannot reach the registration page. I have a website via WIX with a selling link provided by Amazon, but I am unable to access the registration page as it repeatedly states my account is closed. As a loyal customer who frequently uses Amazon Prime, I am becoming increasingly frustrated. Please advise me on how to proceed in reinstating my account. Thank you.

I purchased a set of Apple Airpods for my husband's Christmas gift, but Amazon claims they did not receive the return for the extra pair. I returned the item to Kohl's in Burnsville, MN on January 18, [redacted], following the instructions on the return form. Initially, customer service confirmed they had received the return, but now they say they haven't and want to recharge my refund. I expect the full refund of $[redacted].83 to be processed promptly. I recently received an item I ordered from Amazon.ca (Canada) with both the package and contents damaged. Though I opened the item and believe it's okay, I had trouble contacting Amazon Canada for assistance. After facing challenges with their customer service numbers, I ended up speaking with a representative from Amazon.ca who abruptly ended the call and never followed up. Out of the four items I've ordered recently, two were defective and the latest one arrived in a heavily damaged package. My name is Linda Loehr and my husband is Alan. We purchased iLuv earbuds, but both pairs we received wouldn't charge. I spoke to a representative over the phone who mentioned we didn't need to return them. However, after some time, we were unexpectedly notified that we owed money as the return period ended. I tried to contact support for guidance but haven't received a response yet. I still have the earbuds but may have mistakenly disposed of some accompanying items. We would like to return the earbuds as they are defective and we shouldn't be charged for non-functioning products.

I bought a Kindle Fire last fall in [redacted], but it had issues, so I returned it for a replacement. Unfortunately, the replacement also failed shortly after. After several exchanges, I received a fourth Kindle. Amazon advised me not to return the other Kindles until we confirmed the new one worked well. Amazon sent me an email setting the return date for August [redacted]. Recently, I got an email saying my account was charged for not returning the Kindle. The replacement Kindle is showing the same problems, not allowing me to download books or games. Despite having an email from Amazon with the August return date, they claim they didn't set it. I'm willing to return both Kindles, but I need assurance that my account will be fully credited since they set the return date that hasn't arrived yet.

As Amazon Prime members, my spouse and I wish to share our view on the importance of unionizing Amazon employees. Being the second largest private employer in the U.S., Amazon wields considerable influence over thousands of workers, and we believe that without a union, this power dynamic can lead to challenges for employees. Numerous reports have highlighted less than favorable working conditions for some Amazon workers. We echo the sentiments expressed by the New York Times that union representation could provide blue-collar workers with better working conditions and the opportunity for a more sustainable quality of life. Without unions, there is concern that jobs for those without higher education could devolve into low-wage roles with demanding productivity expectations under constant surveillance. It is crucial for Amazon to consider the well-being of all its stakeholders, including its blue-collar and lower socioeconomic employees who are integral to the company's operations. We trust that Amazon, as a leader in the industry, can find a way to support its employees while maintaining its position. I was informed that my order number [redacted]-[redacted] was delivered on March 14, [redacted]. I was at home the entire day and didn't hear any delivery notifications. I have four small dogs that usually alert me to visitors, but they remained quiet. Apparently, the package was left in a supposed secure location, which in this case would have been the carport near my computer room where I spent most of the day. I am requesting replacements for the following items: Releasable Zip Ties, Reusable Multi-Purpose Cable Ties 12 Inch Gear Tie Wraps, Soft Twist Ties ([redacted] PCS, comes with 3 Cable Organizers), and 2 Rolls of Self-Adhesive Caulk Strip for Sealing Bathtub, Bathroom Shower (2.2cm x 3.2m). I have evidence that a product being advertised widely, including on MSN Edge, Amazon, and other websites, is a scam with false claims and advertising. Here's an example to illustrate. Look at this link for the product/car scratch remover: [redacted]. Notice the background shop and door number in the picture of the black BMW with a scratch on the hood. If you Google the shop's name and number, you'll find it's a car paint body shop in the USA, as shown on their website here: [redacted]. Scroll down on their site, and you'll see the same BMW with the same plate and photos under the description. This information clearly demonstrates that the product's advertising is misleading.

Hello, As a non-US resident looking to register as an FBA seller on the US marketplace, I have done extensive research to ensure I comply with all regulations. I plan to establish an LLC and obtain an EIN from the IRS. My concern now is how to register a mailing address. Can I use an agent to provide a real or virtual address? Since my business will be based in an EU country, how should I declare my utility bills? Another challenge I face is setting up a bank account. Amazon requires a valid credit card, but I am unable to visit the US. Can I use a debit card instead of a credit card? Are services like Mercury or Payoneer viable options to set up my billing account? Thank you for your assistance.

I have been locked out of my account for over a week due to a loop in the login security system. Despite changing my phone number and being unable to receive OTP texts, customer service has not been able to resolve the issue in over 20 hours of contact. The option to upload an ID is unavailable as I need to log in with a texted OTP first. Although I managed to access an emailed OTP three times, I am stuck in a continuous loop prompting me to change my password with no way to proceed. I have interacted with various customer service representatives, supervisors, and account services personnel, with two promising solutions that have not worked, resulting in daily follow-up calls over the past week.

Regarding Order# [redacted]-[redacted], I recently got an email about being charged for an item not returned on time. I had ordered Christmas gifts from Amazon for my son and grandsons in Brooklyn, NY. However, upon arrival, two boxes were opened, and kids' hearing protection was missing. UPS and Amazon were contacted, sending replacements. Since the stolen items were replaced before my son got them, there are no items to return. Hence, I don't understand the charge for one set. Kindly refund $25 plus tax to my account ending in [redacted].

I recently received a message from your team regarding my Amazon account possibly being closed due to insufficient payment information provided for an order. I attempted to provide the requested information but was informed that more details were needed. When I tried sending additional information yesterday, I was informed that the email address provided was non-responsive. My grandson, T.W. Maples, placed the order using his counselor's computer at the Foundry Ministries in Bessemer, Alabama, as he doesn't have access to a phone there and his phone with no service is with me. He has been at the facility since November 6, [redacted]. I only have records of a payment made using his debit card from March [redacted] as he usually does his banking on his phone. Despite sending another payment detail I managed to find, I continue to receive the message that the email address is non-responsive. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide.

On Friday, March 19, [redacted], at 2:47 pm, a driver from your company made a delivery to my neighbor's house at [redacted] Taney Place in Gary, Indiana. After the delivery, the driver drove onto my circular driveway at [redacted] Taney Place on the east side of the street. He then circled around the south end of my driveway and exited from the north end before heading back north on the street. Unfortunately, during this maneuver, he hit one of the landscape stones at the south entrance of my driveway, pushing it into the landscape rocks in the front where underground wiring and irrigation are located. I have video footage of the incident captured by my surveillance cameras. If you wish to review the footage, please contact me, and I can arrange to show it to your team. If the damage caused any harm to my wiring or irrigation system, I would appreciate compensation for the repairs. Thank you.

I have changed my password several times and I am unable to log in to my Amazon account. I have tried contacting support multiple times and while they helped me access my account in the past, I am still facing login issues. This problem only started a few months ago and it's frustrating as I have an upcoming delivery and cannot track it. Although I received one package yesterday, I can't access my account to manage my gift card balance. I hope to resolve this issue promptly. Thank you.

I recently bought two Vasagle end tables and a Vasagle Console Table-hallway table (ITEM # ULNT010B01) from the same seller. Only the end tables arrived, not the console table. Despite my order indicating all items were delivered, the console table was missing. I am certain it was not stolen as the end tables were left on my front steps, far from the road. I have reached out to Fed Ex and the seller with no response. The seller's phone line continuously rings busy. I purchased these items as a gift for my son, so I am eager to receive the missing ITEM. If this cannot be resolved promptly, I request a refund for the amount charged to my card. I am frustrated by the situation and find it unacceptable that an undelivered item is marked as delivered. I refuse to bear this cost. I urgently await a resolution and seek clarity on how this will be rectified. This experience raises doubts about the safety of shopping on Amazon if money can be lost so easily without receiving the purchased items.

I am having difficulty receiving assistance and being heard. I am currently experiencing challenges due to my battle with brain cancer, which prevents me from working. I had diligently saved up to purchase a printer from an Amazon seller. To cover the cost, I initially used one card to buy a gift card and another card for the remainder. After realizing that the price on Amazon was $[redacted] higher than in stores, I promptly canceled the order to avoid the unnecessary expense. My intention was to use the refunded gift card money to buy the printer at the lower price. However, I have been informed that the money on the gift card can only be spent on Amazon. Despite understanding this policy, I believe an exception should be made considering the significant price difference. Due to my health condition, I am reliant on this money to purchase the printer I require. I have reached out for assistance, but have been met with apologies and unable to fulfill my request.

I have been trying to recover the balance of approximately [redacted] euros from my closed account ([redacted], tel. [redacted]) for weeks now. The account was closed without a clear explanation. I am requesting the balance be refunded to me as a gift card code so I can access the funds. I had loaded two [redacted] euro top-ups that I need access to.
