My items were damaged during shipping. I received an email stating a refund was being issued, but I still need the doors. I contacted Manisha S. yesterday, and she assisted in placing a new order for the doors and arranged for them to be shipped again. I recently received an email stating that only 3 doors were being sent, but I originally ordered 4 doors - 2 in size 32x80 and 2 in size 36x80. I just want to confirm that the correct order is being processed. Thank you.

I placed an order on Amazon Mx for a USB drive, but instead of the USB drive, I received a used audio cassette. I requested a return, which was automatically approved. Amazon's return policy states that they will not accept a different product than what was sent, so if I return the audio cassette, the return might be rejected. There is no way to prove where the mix-up happened, as I received the audio cassette instead of the USB drive. I'm unsure of what steps to take next.

I am facing an issue with my Amazon account login. Unfortunately, I am unable to use my current cell phone for the double verification process. I am traveling and have a different number, so I cannot receive text messages for verification. I do not want to pay for a new SIM card to be delivered via Fedex. I need to update my phone number for verification. I had a frustrating experience with an Amazon specialist confirming my details. I am aware of Canadian privacy laws. I use my Kindle for reading and buy books on either my phone or laptop. I have numerous books on my Kindle and cannot determine the newest ones by title. I bought 3 Xtra-PC USBs from Amazon, but they sent me the wrong drives. I tried to return them multiple times with no success. When I asked for help due to being a 75-year-old Senior Citizen, Amazon refused to assist me, stating they had invested time and money in their return process. Amazon did not accommodate those who struggle with their return procedures, like Senior Citizens. I suggested they should mention on the order form that they do not support Senior Citizens who are not tech-savvy. As of today, Wednesday, February 10, [redacted], Amazon has not provided any assistance or refunded my money.

URGENT: Delivery Address Issue Hello, I need to address a recurring problem with my recent order made on February 8, [redacted], under order # [redacted]-[redacted]. The package was delivered to [redacted] McQueen Rd instead of our address at [redacted] McGinnis Rd on February 10, [redacted]. This is the second time this error has occurred. Our house is at the corner of McGinnis Rd and McQueen Rd, and it should be easily locatable for delivery personnel familiar with the area and GPS technology. I plan to update my delivery instructions accordingly, but I urge you to ensure your delivery team is informed and attentive to prevent similar incidents in the future. I, along with many other Amazon users, am curious about the purpose of the checkbox on the website login page to remain signed in. It appears to not function properly. Using two-step authentication, it becomes a nuisance to constantly receive OTP text messages due to the automatic sign-in after a short period. On February *, ****, I purchased five "Life Is Better With a Dog" t-shirts from Amazon.com. I provided my PO Box address for shipping via US Mail, but Amazon used UPS instead. UPS attempted delivery and couldn't locate the address. I kindly request Amazon to resend the shirts to my PO Box via US Mail. If not possible, I request a refund of $**.** plus $*.** sales tax, totaling $***.**. Additionally, I would like to remind Amazon that the US Postal Service handles deliveries to PO Boxes. Hello, I need to contact you regarding the lack of an email option to reach Amazon.nl, where I placed orders. Unfortunately, the phone number provided is not viable for me being in Greece with my phone number. There have been discrepancies between the Amazon and DHL notifications concerning my [redacted] Euro package, causing confusion. Despite being home, notifications show missed deliveries without the bell ringing. Attempts to rearrange for delivery were futile, with contradictory emails claiming I was missed at impossible hours. I need to order cat food without using online. I am stuck at home due to bad weather and need the food urgently. I prefer to provide my order details via email as I do not have a smartphone. On February 1, [redacted], I ordered a hybrid star fruit plant. I received the plant on February 6, [redacted], from the delivery company. The plant seemed to be in good condition. To my surprise, upon inspection, I discovered that it was actually a curry leaf plant instead of the hybrid star fruit plant I had ordered. The sender, Kalpna Gupta from [redacted] Gali No 1, Garh Road, Shiv Sarovar Colony, Jail Devi Nagar, Bahraich, Uttar Pradesh, India, ID number [redacted][redacted], appears to have made an error or intentionally sent the wrong plant. I believe this is a case of fraud. I had placed an order for the MPHMI hybrid grafted Karnak star fruit from your company. I request a prompt investigation into this matter. I recently connected my Amazon Firestick to an old non-Smart TV. My wife, S.D., accidentally logged into her Amazon Prime account thinking it was mine. This led to a new Prime membership being created under my name, E.D., and my Discover card was charged. I received a confirmation email and tried to cancel the new account, but it kept showing my wife's information. We want to keep her account and cancel the new one. I placed an order on December 10th on amazon.co.uk with order #[redacted]-[redacted]. The expected arrival date was January 5th, but when I checked, it was marked as delayed. I've attempted to contact Amazon customer service through various devices and websites, like amazon.co.uk, amazon.de, and amazon.com. The online chat indicated an issue, the call feature disconnected my call and blocked my number. I've been trying to reach them for several days, which is very frustrating. Previously, when ordering from amazon.co.uk, I would receive my items in Cyprus within a week via courier. However, now despite paying for postage, items are sent through mail resulting in lost parcels or long delivery times, often necessitating collection from the local post office. Packages from Chinese websites arrive more promptly with superior customer support compared to Amazon.

On January 19th, my account was compromised by a hacker who placed fraudulent orders. Despite canceling these orders with customer support, the hacker attempted to access my account again the following week. This led to Amazon locking my account without notifying me. After struggling to regain access through Amazon support, my account was once again breached, with the hacker changing my username and email address on the same day. Despite being assured that the issue would be resolved within 24-48 hours, I remain unable to access my Prime account, which holds a $[redacted] Amazon gift card balance. Multiple attempts to address the problem with Amazon support have failed, with promised follow-ups never materializing. This situation is frustrating as I am still unable to retrieve my funds after numerous calls and emails to Amazon's customer service.

The package was not left at the delivery address around 8:44 pm last night supposedly due to a signature requirement, according to UPS. A notice was left on the door by UPS. Despite not requesting a signature at Amazon, UPS mentioned that the signature requirement was set by the shipper, Amazon. Amazon Customer Service denies providing any signature instruction to UPS. UPS has not agreed to remove the signature requirement, despite a 3-way call with Amazon Customer Service to confirm no signature was needed. The ordeal has taken up about 3 hours of online and telephone time. Seeking a refund of the purchase price only at this point. UPS urged setting up a profile, which is not desired. Future purchases might be made elsewhere. More details are available, but this captures the main points. Seeking resolution for a package of face shields that were part of a larger order, all of which was previously delivered without issue.

On 02/14/[redacted] at 5:30 pm in Hardeeville, SC, my wife was in a gated community visiting our daughter. When she was leaving, an Amazon delivery van backed into her at the front gate, causing damage to the front license plate bracket, license plate, and grill assembly. The driver of the Amazon van assessed the damage and left the scene without providing any information. We have both the Tag # and vehicle Number documented, and video footage of the incident. We are seeking a resolution within 48 hours, or we will involve the police and our attorney. We prefer to resolve this matter amicably but will pursue legal action if necessary. After creating my Amazon account and purchasing Prime, I made several orders. Unfortunately, Amazon suspended my buyer and Prime accounts, as well as canceled my orders. They requested documentation for verification purposes, which I provided, including my credit card statement, previous shopping bill, and translated documents. I submitted the files in PDF and JPG formats multiple times, but each time, Amazon replied with the same message. I am unsure how to proceed in this frustrating situation and feel lost without clear guidance from Amazon regarding their actions.

I recently made a purchase on Amazon US through their mobile app for a vehicle part with order number [redacted]-[redacted] on 11 Feb. Despite the estimated delivery date showing as 16-Feb to 18-Feb by 8pm with Amazon Global, the tracking information has not indicated that the item has even reached the shipping stage. The charge appears as pending on my credit card statement, affecting my available credit. I urgently need the part and had high expectations for a timely delivery from both the supplier and Amazon. I plan to file a Dispute Resolution with Chase Bank and PayPal regarding an order issue. I ordered Scrubbing Bubbles 32oz Disinfectant CleanerTrigger 3-Pack but received the wrong items, Scrubbing Bubbles Bathroom Grime Fighter Spray, Citrus pack of 3, on 2/4/[redacted]. I contacted Amazon and the seller for a refund, but the seller offered only a 40% credit. I am requesting a full refund with free return shipping as they sent the incorrect items.
