Dear Customer Service, I unintentionally placed an order on Amazon.it for Euro [redacted] on December 7, [redacted], which I promptly contacted Amazon about to initiate a return and obtain a full refund. After sending back the item with the SDA form on December 15, [redacted], and Amazon confirming receipt on December 21, I was assured a refund within seven days. However, I have yet to receive the refund. Despite reaching out to Amazon through various channels and providing requested information, they have been unhelpful and ceased communication for the past two weeks. I am perplexed by their requests for additional documentation regarding "the incident," as there was none. At this point, I am unsure of what steps to take next as I feel stuck in this unresolved situation. Your guidance on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your assistance. I recently received a phone call from an automated recording alerting me about a potential fraudulent purchase in New York City. After speaking to a live person with a foreign accent, they claimed it was a $[redacted] gift certificate. They asked me to connect directly to Amazon's secure system by pressing CTRL and Windows keys and then pressing R. Despite my doubts, they insisted this was necessary to stop the purchase. When I questioned further, they dodged my inquiries until hanging up. I am now concerned about any open accounts in my name and would like to close them for safety.

I signed up for Amazon Prime Video on a friend's device and entered my bank details with my card number. Due to suspicious activity detected, likely because I used my friend's device, I was unable to proceed. I never could access Prime Video due to this issue. Faced with difficulty, I decided to cancel my subscription. They are requesting 12 Euros for a certified letter to cancel. I am currently unemployed, making it impossible for me to pay this amount, especially for a service I haven't been able to enjoy. I receive regular emails from Mila at Xpendy but cannot respond, and I can't log into Amazon as my account has been suspended. Thank you for addressing this problem.

I need help! Unauthorized charges totaling $9,[redacted] were made on my checking account through Amazon. Despite contacting my bank and reaching out to Amazon twice, the issue remains unresolved. The fraudulent charges were not made from my Amazon Store card or account. Amazon seems to have an internal fraud problem that they are overlooking. I intend to report this to the police today. The charges have drained my checking account from $10,[redacted] to -$[redacted]. I have a detailed spreadsheet outlining the unauthorized charges. Amazon should take responsibility, investigate these transactions thoroughly, and address the issue promptly.

Regarding Order # [redacted]-[redacted], I was at home on Sunday, the 24th, at 1:30, waiting for the delivery that I was informed had been made. However, I did not receive the package. An email showed a picture of a location that is not my porch. I followed up on Monday using the automated system to report that my package was not received. The system asked me to wait until the end of the day. When I checked in the evening, the system indicated that the process was completed, and my package was delivered, which is not the case. I would like to know where the delivery was made and if it can be retrieved for me. Alternatively, sending a replacement book is an option. If neither is possible, I prefer to cancel the order and receive a refund. I value the book but not enough to pay an additional $45 for a new one. Thank you, Jeff & Carla Horger

On January 10th, I placed an order for a pack of Cottonelle Wipes, but received a bulk pack instead of the indicated four individual packs. Upon realizing the error, I requested a return label for a refund. The parcel was shipped via UPS with a label generated by Amazon on January 16 for an expected delivery on January 22. Amazon sent an email confirming that a credit would be issued once "Tucker Boys United" received the parcel, which differed from my previous refund experiences as I usually received credit while the package was in transit with UPS. On January 22, I noticed a delay in the UPS tracking, revealing that the package had been redirected from its original destination in Texas to Lexington, KY. When I checked the Amazon return label, I found in small print that it stated "A REFUND WILL NOT BE ISSUED WITH THIS ADDRESS," raising concerns about the refund process. This discrepancy has led me to suspect a potential scam by a third-party seller to avoid refunding the incorrect item.

Hello, I am having trouble accessing the Amazon website since this morning, 26/01/[redacted]. It is not recognizing my password even though it is saved on the Opera site under the security section. When I try to receive a code for a new activation, it does not show up in my email. I attempted to use the phone number provided initially, but it did not work. Could this be related to Amazon charging me three times on 25/01/[redacted], €8.19 each time and four times €8.22 each time plus €1 commission, totaling €61.45 with no explanation? Please update me so I can check my account and safely continue shopping on your site.

I purchased a barbell scheduled for delivery on December 23rd, but it never arrived, and without a tracking number, it was labeled as lost. After waiting until January 5th with no delivery, I contacted customer service and was issued a refund and an apology for the missing item. Unexpectedly, the barbell arrived two days later, and now they are requesting a return. This 45 lbs., 7-foot-long item is not easy to handle. Amazon requires it to be taken to a UPS store to avoid charges by February 1st. The nearest UPS store is a 45-minute drive from my mountain home in Lake Arrowhead, CA, which is challenging with recent heavy snow and having to transport the barbell with my toddler in the car on curvy roads. This situation poses significant inconvenience and safety concerns for me and my child. I hope for assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

Living in a remote area without a nearby UPS store makes it essential for us to have a physical return label instead of a code. Your help in solving this issue promptly would be greatly appreciated.

When trying to contact Amazon customer service through various methods provided on their website, I encounter an error message redirecting me back to the Amazon homepage. The issue I need help with involves adding additional items to an existing Subscribe & Save order. While the process seems straightforward at first when viewing the current items and suggestions for additions, it becomes complicated when I want to add a specific item not listed. Upon searching for and locating the desired item, selecting the Subscribe & Save option prompts me to set up a new account instead of adding it to my existing one. This repetitive cycle of creating new accounts for each item I want to add is inconvenient and not user-friendly. I am open to advice on how to resolve this issue and streamline the process of adding items to my Subscribe & Save orders efficiently.

I returned the ShungFun hair clips immediately upon receiving them because one of the clips I tried ripped out my hair. On October 25, I bought two sets and returned both. Amazon refunded me then, confirming the return was successful. However, I received an email today stating a recharge due to non-returns. Strangely, only one of the packages seems to be charged at $11.03. It's puzzling how only one set wasn't returned when I sent them back together. I ordered the SHREVI IMPEX Foldable Double Sided Multi-Purpose Nonstick Pressure Fryer Pan, which was delivered on January 8, [redacted]. However, I requested a replacement on January 13, and the delivery agent collected the item on January 14. Despite this, the status still shows as "Item Picked Up" and not dispatched. I am Rosa Vera, a long-time Amazon Prime subscriber with order number 81-[redacted]34. I added HBO on January 11th without any issues until yesterday when I wanted to watch the series "PATRIA" with English audio and subtitles. I usually watch with Spanish subtitles in big letters. As an Amazon customer, I recently updated my email address to [redacted] I bought two products, the Shorter Oxford Dictionary and the Shorter Oxford English Dictionary, each in two volumes. Only the first volumes were delivered, and I have contacted customer service, but have not received a resolution yet. Jose's unhelpful demeanor and unnecessary questions made me uncomfortable, and ultimately, he refused to assist me. Feeling uneasy about his involvement with my account, I am eager for a support representative who is willing to help. I am considering closing my account due to unresolved issues and security concerns. I am hopeful for a satisfactory resolution and assistance in setting up a stable username, updated email address, and password without the need for frequent changes within a single login session.
