Today, I was told that Dynamex attempted to deliver Order# [redacted]-[redacted] on Saturday and stated that the address was incorrect. The delivery was for a patient at Bridgepoint Hospital in Toronto. The provided postal code M4N2B1 was incorrect, but given the location, the hospital should be easy to find with a quick search. I reached out to Dynamex's call center in India, but they were unable to assist me further. They didn't provide a Toronto telephone number and advised me to contact Amazon. Can you please help expedite the delivery process? Thank you.

On 12/14, an unauthorized Amazon order appeared on my bank account. Despite never placing this order, it showed up at my doorstep yesterday. I intend to return this order and seek a refund for this unauthorized purchase. Interestingly, upon reviewing my Amazon transactions from the last three months, I found no record of this transaction. The package lacked any paperwork except for the UPS shipping label, potentially the only lead in this situation.

A few weeks ago, I updated my account phone number to a Google Voice number because I had poor cell reception where I live. Unfortunately, I didn't realize the VOIP line doesn't accept text messages, leaving me unable to login to my account. It's likely set up as a business account, although I use it for personal purchases too. Contacting seller support is only possible via email, and despite submitting the required ID for recovery, it has been over the stated 2-day period. Upon verification, they are supposed to disable 2SV on my 10+ year old account. Phone support for business accounts is unhelpful. I believe verifying one account should unfreeze both, but I am unsure. With at least one pending order that I can't fulfill due to lack of access, I am in need of assistance.

I have been trying for over an hour this morning to update my email address on my account. When I try to enter my new email, a verification code is sent to my old email. However, accessing the code on my old email leads me to lose the Amazon page where I need to enter that code. I keep receiving alerts to my old email that I want to delete, while the same code is sent to my new email. Unfortunately, I lose the Amazon page each time I try to access the new email. Can someone at Amazon help me change my email address from [redacted] to [redacted] without needing my login password? I've been struggling since 9:00 a.m. to make this update. Do I need to create a brand-new account and Prime account? I'm willing to, but I don't want to lose all my purchase history and shipping addresses. Please advise quickly. Leonard G. I made an order on December 1st, and it was tracked to Lancaster, NY, on December 3rd. However, I haven't received any further information about the delivery date. I was initially disappointed with the customer service due to a bad telephone connection. After calling again, I spoke to an English-speaking representative with a good phone connection, who assisted me in resolving the issue within 2 minutes. The service was fast, polite, and friendly. It shouldn't be necessary to need an interpreter or improve my hearing just to communicate. It's a frustrating time of year for any inconvenience.

I called and spoke with a representative named George. He advised me to call back the following day as I still have not received my delivery. It's been four to five days past the delivery date now. The gold racing chain was a Christmas present for my son. I recently opened a store card with your company, and I am not impressed with the corporate side of customer service. I am hoping you can offer me some sort of incentive due to the delay, as it likely won't arrive before Christmas. I would appreciate a refund along with the chain, or if the [redacted] gold mini bike chain is available, I would like it overnighted. This is an urgent matter as I just received my bill from Amazon with the chain missing. Thank you for your attention to this issue.

I have been receiving calls about a supposed $[redacted] order from Amazon that I did not make. Despite leaving messages, the number provided ([redacted]) is either invalid or goes unanswered. I haven't made any purchases on Amazon in the last three months and have removed all payment methods from my account as a precaution. It would be appreciated if these calls could cease. I made a purchase on Beatsopro.com, which claims to ship all items worldwide through Amazon.com. I ordered expecting delivery within 10 to 15 days, but it's now Christmas Eve (day 16) and I haven't received my items. The payment was deducted from my bank account promptly, but the products are missing. I've tried reaching out to the help center at [redacted], but no one has responded. I purchased three pairs of sandals for my husband, keeping the best-fitting pair and returning the other two with labels and return authorizations. I no longer have the receipt, as it has been a while since I returned them in September, shortly after receiving them. I recently received an email stating that my card was charged for the Nunn-Bush sandals because the seller did not receive them. I purchased a $[redacted] gift card for my husband in the army, but he couldn't redeem it. The store claims there shouldn't be any issues. However, my husband keeps experiencing errors stating it's the store's fault. I just want a refund so I can buy a different card from another store to resolve the problem.

I bought an I KALL K250 mobile phone from Amazon on November 19, [redacted]. I have encountered a couple of issues with the device: 1. The front flash camera was advertised on Amazon, but the phone I received does not have one. 2. Unfortunately, the phone fell from the bed and now the touch screen is not working. I visited a service center, but they quoted around [redacted] for replacing the touch screen, which I find expensive. I bought the phone on EMI and my first installment is due, but the phone is not functional. Can Amazon provide any assistance? Please advise.

I recently noticed that Amazon appears to have removed the Advanced Search tool for books. This tool allowed customers to search by various criteria like Keywords, Author, ISBN, Publisher, and more to find specific books. It also allowed filtering by conditions like New or Used, formats like Hardcover or Paperback, language, and publication date range. Searching for books efficiently depended on these options, and it seems they are now missing. The current search options on the Books page are insufficient. I want to raise an issue about the commercials that played during my viewing of “Midsomer Murders” on Amazon Prime last night. This is not the first time this has occurred, as it also happened a few months ago. I have decided to avoid using Amazon entirely whenever such incidents happen, refraining from making any purchases until these ads cease. I am willing to shift to alternative online retailers until Amazon discontinues these commercials. I am concerned about a package delivery issue I encountered. The tracking information shows that the package was left at a front door, but there is no address provided to confirm if it was delivered to the correct unit. I sent a magnifying tool to a 90-year-old individual who is visually impaired, but the package was not received. After a thorough search, the package could not be located at the intended address. I suspect that the driver may have placed it at the wrong unit within the condo complex. As of today, the 24th, the package remains unaccounted for. I would like to resolve this matter and ensure that the recipient receives the item I ordered.

I'm attempting to send a gift to California, but upon entering the shipping address, I'm being asked to verify my Amazon account number. I don't have my card at hand for this. Hello, I need to urgently issue a cease and desist order for the removal of a storefront that is infringing on my trademark. This person is selling a product on Amazon that infringes on my trademark and has a store page on your website that also violates my trademark. I bought myQ for my garage, and it has worked well for almost a year. Recently, I set up the Amazon Key app as instructed, and received an email confirming in-garage delivery was enabled. However, when I tried to choose in-garage delivery during Amazon checkout, the option was not available. I double-checked my app settings, ensured the address and garage were correctly set up, and followed Amazon troubleshooting advice to open the kit name in settings. Unfortunately, I couldn't find the kit name in my app. I'm unsure how to proceed next and would appreciate any assistance.
