I've been experiencing issues with Amazon trying to enroll me in Amazon Prime Business without my consent. I've noticed multiple unauthorized charges from Amazon Prime, the latest being $13.09 today. I am not a member and do not wish to be forced into it. Please stop these attempts, refund the $13.09 charge, cancel any unauthorized memberships, and close any associated accounts. I do not plan to make any future purchases on Amazon due to this matter.

I find Amazon's current return process inconvenient for me. I live far from the UPS store where I have to go to print labels and drop off return packages. It would be much simpler if I could print the label myself and use a nearby UPS drop box that is only 5 miles away. Unfortunately, this option seems to come with a $8.50 shipping fee, which goes against the idea of free and easy returns that Prime members expect.

This morning, I received a notification about an item scheduled for delivery costing around $[redacted], which I did not order. The situation seemed suspicious, possibly an attempt to obtain information. Upon calling the provided inquiry number, the individual promptly requested my order number, to which I declined and they disconnected the call. Would you like me to send you the message along with my account of the incident?

I am facing an issue with a return of an item I purchased as a gift for my son who lives in a different city. The item in question is the Master airbrush cool runner II dual fan air storage tank compressor system kit. The box arrived in perfect condition on Dec 7, [redacted], but upon opening it, I discovered that the kit inside was damaged and appeared to have been used. I tried to process a return, but it was indicated as not returnable. However, our receipt clearly states that if we are unsatisfied with the airbrush at any time within the first year of purchase, a refund or replacement will be provided. I am seeking a refund for this purchase. Thank you. - S. Griffis

I am feeling frustrated with Amazon's repeated attempts to enroll me in Amazon Prime without my consent. Despite not being a member, I continue to receive emails declaring me as an Amazon Prime customer and have discovered unauthorized charges on my account. Today, I was billed $$13.09 once again. The constant reminders and congratulations for a membership I do not have are troubling. I want to make it clear that I have no intention of becoming an Amazon Prime member and have decided to cease purchasing from Amazon altogether. I request the immediate cancellation of any unauthorized memberships linked to my account and the closure of any associated accounts with Amazon.

I recently reached out to Amazon regarding a damaged copy of the book *Bethlehem: A Christmas Poem* by Carol Ann Duffy. After receiving a message stating a replacement would be sent without needing to return the original, my computer malfunctioned and I lost the details. I am unsure of the current status of my replacement. I am happy to return the damaged book and would like to receive the replacement. Any guidance on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Rosemary S.

I recently received the following email purportedly from Amazon regarding a charge confirmation for a replacement order. They mentioned expecting the return by December 2nd and stated that since they hadn't received the item back yet, my Visa was charged again. The email details the charges for the item, taxes, and the total amount charged. It also references previous communication with Noha from Amazon Customer Service on September 10th, [redacted], at 10:42 am. I believed the issue was resolved before receiving this notice.

Dear Sir/Madam, I bought a Compustar 4900S as a birthday present for my mom from Amazon on September 8, [redacted]. Unfortunately, the item arrived damaged. I contacted Amazon and sent them pictures as requested. Initially, I hoped only the packaging was damaged, but upon inspection by my mechanic, it was discovered that the bypass blade AL was missing, which I had to order separately. Once all the parts were received and installed, it was found that the Compustar 4900S itself was also damaged during shipping. Can you please provide guidance on how to proceed with returning the item to Amazon for a refund? Thank you, H. Luckese

I have just submitted a grocery order for around $[redacted]. I would like to confirm that this order will be delivered to my home instead of a post office. Due to being unable to carry these items home from a market, this delivery option is necessary. Thank you, James E Callahan 13 Maple Leaf Way Wassaic, NY [redacted]

On December 7th, I received a notification from Amazon regarding the reversal of a refund for an Oster cordless electric wine opener return. Despite following the return process correctly on September 9th, handing over the item at the Amazon kiosk at Whole Foods in Redmond, Washington, and being assured by the employee that all was in order, the item seems to have not reached Amazon by December 2nd. This issue raises concerns about the reliability of the return system, impacting my trust in future transactions with Amazon, especially with higher-value items. I hope this error can be rectified promptly to restore my confidence in Amazon's services.

In August, I ordered campaign-related items that never arrived. Despite being told they were delayed until September, they still didn't show up. When I informed Amazon in late October and requested a refund, I was denied since it was supposedly too late for returns. I even received a complaint from the vendor about my negative review impacting their business, which I found frustrating given their failure to deliver. The items eventually arrived yesterday, but I no longer have any use for them. I am seeking Amazon's assistance in getting a refund since they have not been helpful so far. I am willing to return the items if necessary, and I would appreciate guidance on the next steps to ensure I receive a credit.

I recently received an item I want to return. However, when I try to access my order to initiate the return process, I keep getting redirected to a page asking for verification. I confirm the message on my mobile device, but it keeps looping back to the verification page. This is preventing me from viewing my orders or requesting a return. There seems to be an issue with a recurring poached egg symbol obstructing the process even after verifying multiple times. How can I successfully request a return in this situation?

Yesterday, I placed an order for two items, but then added two more items at checkout. The system displayed the previous two orders along with the new ones, so I assumed they were being combined. I proceeded with the purchase. However, it turns out the system duplicated the original order and combined it with the second order, resulting in receiving two of the same item. Upon checking my balance, I found I was charged for two duplicated items. I am requesting a credit to my card for the duplicated items.

I am having difficulty placing an order because the checkout process requires a code sent to my old phone number, which I no longer have access to. Despite contacting customer service and receiving a link via email to update my phone number, clicking on the link still prompts for the code sent to the old number. This cycle has made it challenging for me to complete the order.

I am frustrated as my credit card company claims they have not yet received the return. I encountered problems with both Amazon and Airbnb. Amazon assures me of a refund that has not been processed, while Airbnb has suspended my account, preventing me from using the card I purchased through Amazon. Due to their lack of assistance, I was forced to sleep in my car for three nights in freezing weather. I demand a resolution as it has been more than a week, and the delay in returning the funds to my card is unacceptable.

I recently received a job offer letter as a Supervisor from Amazon. The email provided on the letter is [redacted] There is a contact number given on the joining letter, [redacted], but I am unsure if this is a valid Amazon contact. I am looking to speak with an Amazon Manager to verify the authenticity of this letter. Since Amazon is a huge company, I am concerned about the possibility of fake job offers. I am willing to provide more information to Amazon if needed. Thank you for your assistance.

Hello, I am writing regarding order number [redacted]-[redacted], which is currently showing as delivered since November 28th. However, we have not received the following two items that were supposed to arrive together: 1. Sonic The Hedgehog Shirt Mens Golden Ring Logo Football Tee (Size: Small) 2. Marvel Infinity War Marvel’s Stormbreaker Electronic Axe Could you kindly arrange for a different carrier to resend these items as soon as possible? It appears that there may have been issues with delivery through USPS. Alternatively, we would appreciate a refund so we can purchase the items from an alternative vendor. These items are meant to be Christmas presents for our sons. Thank you for your assistance, M. R. Jr.

I ordered an SSC CGL book in English, but I received a completely different book, which was the SSC CHSL book in Hindi. After returning it, I got a refund for the book, but the delivery charges were deducted from it. I believe it was Amazon's mistake to send the wrong book, so it seems unfair that I have to cover the delivery charges. I am disappointed with the service and feel like they are trying to profit off customers needlessly.
