I have noticed that the drivers frequently mistake my personal driveway for a through-street, which it is not. I find it frustrating when they drive past my farm and onward to unknown destinations. I do not want to resort to placing signs to clarify this. Please ensure that drivers do not use my driveway for navigation purposes, as this is private property. I will take action to protect my property. My address, [redacted] - [redacted] Zion Hill Road Poolville Tx [redacted], is the only residence on the farm. If a non-resident van appears without notification, I will be forced to act. Amazon, please instruct drivers to only enter the property when delivering packages to residents. Hello everyone, I wanted to share my experience with my first Amazon purchase. Unfortunately, it has been quite frustrating. It feels like Amazon is becoming as uncommunicative as EBAY. I am puzzled by the fact that there seems to be no way to reach out to them in case of an issue. My account and order are suspended without any clear explanation. I haven't received any notifications either through email or phone. As a new Amazon client, I was not aware that even the smallest issue could lead to suspension without a proper explanation, leaving me feeling helpless as it seems impossible to contact anyone at Amazon for clarification.

I recently re-registered my Wife's Kindle under my name, following her approval. However, in doing so, I lost access to my Library which contained over 60 books. Despite purchasing new titles, I have been unable to retrieve the original Library content. The Kindle device was previously named 'Cliodhna's Kindle' and is now registered as 'Martin's Kindle' to me, Martin Joyce. I am reaching out for assistance in restoring my Library. Regarding ORDER # [redacted]-[redacted] for the tobacco shredder, I never received the item and thus cannot return it. The package I received was open and resealed, missing the tobacco shredder. Despite explaining this in detail on the return page, the system still requires me to mention a return. Kindly resolve this issue and ensure I am not charged for another item.

I believe there was an attempt to fraudulently obtain money using your company name. I am worried about unauthorized payment attempts on my account. I have previously requested to end my affiliation with Prime. Now, I want to cancel all my Amazon accounts and ensure my information is not stored. Whenever I visit the Amazon website, I am consistently prompted to log in to view my orders and returns. However, upon attempting to log in, I receive a message saying my password is incorrect. Despite speaking with a representative and changing my password multiple times, the issue persists. While it briefly seemed resolved after one password change, the problem reoccurred upon my next login attempt. It is frustrating to repeatedly reset my password just to access my orders. I rely heavily on Amazon for my online shopping needs and hope this issue can be resolved promptly.

I bought a scarf on the lightning sale for $6.99, but was charged the full price of $13.99. Amazon said I may not have ordered in time, but I believe I did because I ordered other regular priced items simultaneously. Order #[redacted]-[redacted] for the Sak's women's Mini Sanibel Crossbody purse did not reach me. According to Amazon, it was delivered on December 1st and purportedly given directly to a resident, but this is inaccurate. No one was home, and video footage from my Ring security camera reveals the delivery person left multiple packages by the door without attempting to ring the doorbell or hand anything to a resident. As the purse was intended as a Christmas gift, I urgently request a replacement to be sent to me promptly.

I placed an order for United Colors of Benetton men's briefs on November 23rd. When I checked the shipment status on November 26th, it indicated a failed delivery attempt with another try coming up. No one came to deliver the package, and I did not receive any call notifying me of an attempted delivery (DTDC couriers were assigned for the delivery). Despite contacting DTDC multiple times, the parcel remains undelivered. What should be my next course of action?

I spoke with customer service yesterday. They mentioned I needed an account specialist. I just have my Christmas list that I need to pay for, and I don’t understand why I can't just make a payment and proceed. As a Prime Member, I'm facing an issue while trying to place an Amazon Pantry order. The system seems to be splitting the order between Pantry and Amazon.com, even though the items are sold by Amazon Pantry. The problem arises as one item, specifically a 6 pack of Dove Sensitive Skin Bar soap, is being shipped from Amazon.com instead of Pantry. The main concern is that due to this split, the order totals less than $35.00, leading to a $11.98 shipping fee ($5.99 per order) for both shipments. This doesn't align with the expectation that all items are labeled as Sold by Amazon Pantry. It's a confusing situation that needs to be addressed.
