I've been trying to get in touch with customer service via email or chat without success. I can't access my Amazon account since I don't have a cell phone to receive a text for verification. I've been a loyal member for years and switched to a smile account some time back. I was hoping to make a purchase this week, but the current sign-in process is more complicated than before, leaving me frustrated. Since I don't own a phone, I can't call customer service for assistance. I would appreciate any help you can provide. Thank you.

My Amazon Kindle 8/8 frequently loses its internet connection. It often disconnects within a few seconds to ten minutes, affecting typing and clicking links. To reconnect, I must toggle the internet off and on in Settings, which is slow. I have sought help from Amazon Kindle 8/8 forum and customer service but the issue persists. I have owned this Kindle since April [redacted], and the problem began around August, possibly after a software update. Currently, my software is up to date with Fire OS 7.3.1.6. I seek assistance to resolve this issue to maintain a stable internet connection. While I have not yet requested a return from Amazon, I would consider it. Thank you for any help or advice. Amazon has placed our account on hold due to a $[redacted].00 fraudulent charge on September 20, [redacted]. This has affected our Firestick, Alexa, and Kindle, even though they are not linked to the affected Amazon account. We did not make this purchase, did not receive the product, and there is no record of it before the account was put on hold. The credit card has refunded the amount, but Amazon insists we pay for the item to lift the hold. Despite waiting for four days, Account Specialists have not contacted us with a resolution. The representatives are unable to identify the merchant behind the charge, and we cannot reach the billing department directly. We feel unfairly penalized for a charge we did not make, which goes against US law. - E.H.

Good afternoon, I'm Maria. I need help with orders mistakenly sent to my address under the name Donald Dubois. Despite returning some orders, more keep coming. I spoke with a delivery person but still got another package. Amazon couldn't offer a solution, stating I could use the items or discard them. I don't want any of it. I encountered a problem today when someone claiming to be from Amazon called to offer me a promotional gift. To avail of the gift, they instructed me to place a shopping order of [redacted] INR and provided links for payment via PhonePe, Google Pay, or the AnyDesk app. This call seemed like a scam, and I believe many people fall for it because they mention being from Amazon. As a loyal Amazon customer, I am disappointed by this fraudulent activity. I urge Amazon to investigate and stop these scam calls. If feasible, I would appreciate a call so I can provide more details about the incident. Thank you.

I recently tried to shop on Amazon. While setting up an account, I was informed that my email, [redacted], was already in use. I need to verify if this is accurate. I require information on all purchases made with my email, their destinations, and payment methods as some of my money has gone missing from my bank account. Please respond promptly.

I purchased a [redacted] milliliter Milton Thermosteel Flip Lid Flask (Silver | B00MIYM0VS) on 9.6.[redacted] and received it on 20.6.[redacted]. I used it regularly until mid-September [redacted] when I started working from home. Upon returning to the office in mid-November [redacted], I noticed the flask is not working well as my tea gets cold after 4-5 hours. I am unsure what steps to take next. A few days ago, I created an account to check the balance of my gift card, as this step was necessary before being able to view it. After adding $25 to my account, I noticed the balance displayed in the upper right corner. Although I didn't make a purchase that day, upon trying to use the balance today, I faced issues logging in with my email or phone number. Creating a new account with the same information didn't provide me with my original balance, which now shows as 0. On the 21st, I received an email asking about unauthorized access to my account, to which I replied negatively due to lack of information. I purchased an additional gift card yesterday worth $50 to complement the existing $25, but I'm hesitant to add it with these unresolved issues. Any help would be appreciated.

I understand your frustration with the price difference between your Amazon purchase and the local store find for the Gracious Living shelving units. You paid $40.93 for each unit on Amazon, but found them for $20 each at Busy Beaver, which seems like a significant discrepancy. It would be great to receive a credit or obtain extra shelves to make up for the price difference.

I made a purchase during the Black Friday deal. Today was the expected delivery date, but an incident occurred causing the package to remain undelivered. I received a notification stating that the package was returned to Amazon, and a refund will be processed within 5 to 7 days. However, I would prefer to receive the package rather than opting for a refund, especially due to the Black Friday deal. I kindly request to have the package resent to me. I purchased an item which shows as delivered, but I have not received it. After reaching out to Amazon and not receiving a call back, I was instructed to buy a Microsoft gift card for a refund. Despite following the instructions, the code was deemed invalid, resulting in a loss of $25 on the gift card. Now they are requesting a physical prepaid card for the transaction. I have already lost $33.99 on the product and $25 on the gift card. I am looking for an alternative solution to this issue without having to resort to purchasing a prepaid card.

I have made two purchases with your company. After placing an order, I usually call my bank to confirm the transaction. However, they informed me that the purchase required a second authorization. They advised me to retry the purchase in 30 minutes as the authorization would be available. The issue arises when I find my account with you deactivated for unknown reasons, preventing me from making a new purchase. I have already sent proof from my emails, bank statements, and a picture of my card with the last 4 digits. I would appreciate it if you could assist me in resolving the issue promptly. The bank personnel specified that I am not allowed to contact them first for authorization but should proceed with the purchase first. If it fails, then I should inform them. As you can see, this situation is out of my control and lies directly with the bank.

Hello, I placed an order for a Cazibe women's jacket on November 8, [redacted], with order number ([redacted]-[redacted]). I paid Rs-[redacted] in advance via UPI. However, the delivery person took the OTP and did not deliver the item to me. Even though the delivery address was correct in Baikhora Bajar, Bokafa, Tripura [redacted], the person went to a wrong location in West Bengal due to my mistake. The delivery person called the incorrect number, took the OTP, and falsely marked the package as delivered. When I contacted Amazon customer service, they mentioned they couldn't assist. This has left a negative impression on Amazon's reputation. I urge you to address this issue with the delivery agency (Lowgang BC Tripura) promptly to prevent such incidents from happening again. The item received did not match the description. I had some issues with Ebay in the past and learned how to avoid them. Despite this, I've noticed some similarities on your site. Recently, I ordered a 1080p webcam from Amazon but received a 480p one instead. When searching for a kitchen scale on Ebay, none of the titles matched the descriptions, sorry for the capitals. Returning the item would cost me $6 and a trip, which seems unfair. The product may also be damaged based on reviews. The details missing from the description are crucial. I can see potential in your team, but this mistake was disappointing. Please assist me. My phone lacks necessary ports mentioned in the title. I have evidence of the original website to prevent any misunderstandings. Reach out if needed, but I can only offer minimal assistance in resolving this issue. I have had similar experiences with Ebay I can share. Thank you.

Mi hanno avvisato che nell'ultimo mio acquisto non è stata effettuata la transazione con la mia carta. Un hacker ha clonato la mia carta di credito e continua a tentare di accedere al mio account. La carta è stata bloccata e ho sporto denuncia alle autorità competenti. Sarà necessario attendere alcuni giorni per ricevere una nuova carta per questioni burocratiche. Good morning, I am a Prime customer of Amazon, and from November 30th until today, December 2nd, I have noticed 15 unauthorized online purchases totaling approximately €[redacted].38 on my credit card ending in ...[redacted]. These transactions were not made by me, and I do not typically use this type of app. I have already blocked my credit card to prevent further unauthorized charges. I kindly request a refund for the amount charged illegally and ask not to make any future payments without my explicit authorization. I recently purchased a Klimt wall calendar, but according to the tracking information, it was delivered to my front door on November 25th, which I haven't received. The order number is not allowing me to copy it, and there doesn't seem to be an option for reporting a failed delivery. I'm frustrated and feel like I'm spending too much time on this issue. I hope to resolve this as soon as possible, especially since I've had packages successfully delivered to neighbors in the past. I received a suspicious email purportedly from DPD regarding an undelivered parcel supposedly from Amazon. They requested payment for redelivery, which I found suspicious. Concerned, I shared my Amazon password with my son for assistance, triggering a Security Alert from Amazon. Despite changing my password successfully, I'm still unable to access my account. I recently purchased a Prime video (Amazon Order #D01-[redacted]-[redacted]) but accidentally used the wrong credit card for the payment. The charge, which was $1.08, was made on our company credit card. I kindly request for the amount to be refunded to the original card used and then re-charged to a different card saved in my profile to correct the error.
