I placed a Prime Video order for a movie. It's ORDER * D**-*******-*******. However, when I went to Amazon Prime on our Smart TV and called the movie up, it wouldn't play. The message said the movie was on too many devices. I wasn't playing the movie on anything. I had watched the trailer for it on my laptop and wanted to watch the movie on our TV. I couldn't get it to work and would like a refund, please.

GetHuman-davoiceo did not yet indicate what Amazon should do to make this right.
