Hello, I am Umesh Kokkula. On October 16, [redacted], I placed an order for the "Oppo A 52" mobile on Amazon with Prime membership for delivery on October 17, [redacted]. However, the product has not arrived. I contacted Customer Care multiple times, and after a 5-day investigation, I was informed on October 27, [redacted], that the order was marked as delivered without actually receiving it. Unfortunately, the response from Amazon's Customer Service has been disappointing. Please address these issues promptly to prevent customer dissatisfaction. I'm having trouble accessing my account on Amazon. My wife and I share an email address, and whenever I try to log in, only her account appears, with mine missing when I attempt to switch accounts. Despite speaking with Amazon's Customer Service, the issue persists. Although one representative acknowledged the problem and supposedly initiated a solution, I am still unable to access my account. This is particularly frustrating as I successfully received an order placed in July for a CD released in October, indicating that my account does exist. All I ask is to regain access to my account, continue making purchases, and utilize my Prime membership benefits. I prefer not to create a new account as suggested by a representative. How can this issue be resolved?

I purchased two Buringer Reusable Insulated Lunch Bags in black and blue feather, both in large size. I attempted to return them via UPS twice, but the return code provided was not accepted. I have been unable to obtain a new number as nobody seems willing to assist me in this matter. The original return code was valid for two weeks, and now I am expected to return the items by Nov 5th. Unfortunately, I have not been able to acquire a new code despite my efforts on Amazon's customer service pages. I am frustrated with the return process with Amazon. As an 86-year-old customer, I struggle with modern technology like printers and scanners. I recently lost over $50 trying to return some bras, as Amazon required a "code" for the return which I couldn't copy without the necessary equipment. This experience has made me consider saying goodbye to Amazon as a customer. This morning, I received an automated call stating my Prime account will renew, but I don't have one. This happened before, two to three months ago. I tried calling, but the line was busy. I want my Amazon account checked for fraud, confirm I didn't sign up for Prime, and understand why this happened twice for security reasons. I am frustrated waiting on the phone and writing emails. After speaking with a representative on 9-21-20, who mentioned contacting the warehouse, I have heard no updates. Today, when attempting to call, I encountered a message indicating the number was incorrect, leaving me concerned about the company's status. I reside in Brazil and am attempting to purchase a gift for my daughter in Italy. I located a shop that sells through Amazon.it. However, my account has been blocked twice, once on June 22nd and then again on October 23rd. The shop approves the purchase, but Amazon blocks my account. I have sent my documents seven times, at least three to Amazon.it, but have not received any responses, contacts, or instructions via email. I only received a response from Amazon Brazil, which unblocked my account, but since it's Italy that is causing the block, it doesn't resolve the issue.

A few weeks ago, I had to replace my Solar Shield sunglasses due to scratches on the lenses. I searched for the Solar Shield brand and ended up buying a Yodo brand, CC [redacted], using my VISA card. The glasses arrived two weeks ago, but then I discovered two other brands online, Freeprint and another Yodo, which arrived yesterday via Amazon, although their packaging lacked Amazon branding. I believe these were also charged to my VISA account ending in [redacted]. I would like to request a return label and have the charges for these two pairs removed from my VISA account. The delivery driver arrived at 6:38 but was unsure how to access the building. He inquired about the entry system, where to leave the package, and if there were any specific instructions to follow. While responding that directions might be needed, the driver was informed of using a phone system and instructed to contact for further assistance or to leave the package in the vestibule. Despite assuring a return, the driver did not come back, causing inconvenience as the urgent order was not received.

I received a suspicious warning and now I can't log in to my account. I was notified that my first order may not be shipped due to this, which is concerning. Even after trying to reset my password, I am stuck in a loop of providing information. I keep receiving OTP passwords via email, but changing my password is not working. This has blocked me from accessing customer support through chat. Do I have to call the USA to resolve this? It seems absurd and costly. Thank you.

I recently made a Prime Video purchase for a movie with ORDER # D01-[redacted]-[redacted]. Unfortunately, I encountered an issue when trying to play it on our Smart TV through Amazon Prime. I received an error message stating that the movie was being played on too many devices, even though I had only watched the trailer on my laptop and was attempting to watch it on the TV. I have decided to retrieve my items from an Amazon hub in my city. I did not receive the vegan mayonnaise I ordered and initially ignored it. However, when a Bath and Body Works discontinued body spray was missing from my order, I contacted support for a refund. To my dismay, upon reviewing my order, it appears another package was supposedly "delivered" yesterday, but I did not receive it. This has been a frustrating experience. Instead of appearing dishonest, I am opting for the hub pickup method. Finding the chat option on your website has proven to be quite challenging.

My son placed the order from Assam. The delivery department has confirmed that the item was omitted by mistake from the Amazon disbursement department.
