I wanted to inform you that the gift I ordered from Amazon.com for my friend in Glen Burnie, which was scheduled to be delivered on October 15th, has not been received by her. Despite tracking the package from my end and it showing as delivered, she claims she did not get it. I even instructed the delivery person to ring the doorbell, but she insists she never got any delivery. Interestingly, items I ordered for myself on the same day were delivered without any issues. I find it odd that there was no photo of the delivery at my friend's address, unlike my own delivery. I am puzzled by this situation and would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter promptly. Looking forward to your response. Thank you.

Hola a todos, necesito ayuda con mi cuenta. Después de hacer algunas compras en Amazon en meses anteriores, intenté adquirir un teléfono la semana pasada y recargué una cantidad considerable a mi cuenta. Me aseguré previamente con el chat en vivo de que no hubiese restricciones con las tarjetas de regalo, pero al día siguiente de hacer las compras, recibí un correo diciendo que mis pedidos habían sido cancelados debido a un intento de acceso desde otra ubicación. I reached out to you yesterday (October 21, [redacted]) regarding an issue and would like to provide more details. Upon attempting to log into Amazon, I encountered a notification stating a suspicious order was made from my account, resulting in my account being blocked for security reasons. The message instructed me to call 1-[redacted]. Feeling worried, I called the number and spoke with a friendly female representative (with a foreign accent) who guided me through steps and even accessed my computer. After unsuccessful attempts to resolve the issue, she said a technician would call me. I later received a call from [redacted], where a person identifying as Wilson, claiming job number ws dw@[redacted], behaved rudely. Sensing a scam, I disconnected. I then contacted Amazon, who confirmed no unauthorized orders on my account and assisted in unblocking it. I've received numerous subsequent calls from the aggressive individual. I am from India and usually use Amazon.in, but I had to order from Amazon.com this time using gift cards from my friend and dad in the US. I am writing from India and usually shop on amazon.in. Recently, I had to order from Amazon.com using gift cards from my friend and father in the US. Despite having $[redacted] in my amazon account from gift cards bought from Amazon.com or Walmart, I placed an order for $98. I provided my dad's US address for delivery. Shortly after, my account was blocked. I complied with all the requested evidence, but unfortunately, my account remains blocked. I placed an order for 3 items on Amazon Spain today. After clicking on the amount, it immediately confirmed the order and charged me without allowing me to provide a delivery address. I have recently moved, so the address they used is incorrect. I tried to change it right away, but was informed it was too late as the order was already processed, which I find hard to believe happened in just 5 minutes. I have been attempting to contact the delivery companies multiple times today to update the address, but no one is answering the phones or accommodating deliveries to a different province. I have relocated from Viscaya to Guipúzcoa in northern Spain and have received deliveries at my new address before. I urgently need assistance with changing the delivery address for my order.

I have been trying to stop the automatic deduction for my Prime membership for over three months now through chat. The first attempt was on *********, the second on *********, and the most recent was on *********. Despite being assured each time that the $**.** would no longer be deducted from my bank account, it still continues to be withdrawn monthly. This situation has led me to switch my bank account, causing significant frustration. Additionally, I was promised a refund/reimbursement of $**.** for the past three months, which I have yet to receive. As a result of this ongoing problem, I have decided not to sign up for any services through Amazon in the future.

In my tight-knit neighborhood, we've been having ongoing issues with Amazon deliveries going to the wrong addresses. Just today, several packages meant for my neighbors on Leatherwood Lane were left on an old bus at my address on Zion Hill Road. This recurring problem has me concerned about the reliability of Amazon deliveries. I hope this issue can be resolved soon as it's frustrating for everyone involved. If the delivery drivers are not paying attention to the correct addresses, it's really a cause for worry. I'm even willing to work for Amazon myself given my qualifications, but it's disheartening to face job search challenges with a master's degree in law.

I am writing in reference to the Fossil Chronograph watch I ordered from Amazon. Unfortunately, when I received the product, the seal was broken, and the watch was missing from the carton. The packaging appeared intact on the outside but upon opening, the seal inside was already broken. I have reached out to Amazon customer service multiple times regarding this issue. Initially, I was given incorrect information about a replacement date. Subsequent calls led to confusion as different representatives provided conflicting details about the investigation process. Despite being a loyal customer for many years, I feel frustrated as no resolution has been offered concerning the missing product which cost me [redacted] INR. I am disappointed that the investigation was concluded without any attempt to contact me or address the matter. I purchased a snoky fitness tracker from Amazon, but I'm having trouble separating it to charge and it's not working at all despite following all instructions. I believe this is a lemon product and would like to request a replacement. Due to family illness, I couldn't reach out sooner. The order number for the tracker is #[redacted]. Also, accidentally pressed the starz button, struggled to cancel, and got charged for two months. I was assured during a previous chat that I'd be refunded the $30.00 charged to my credit card, but haven't seen the refund yet. I canceled my order with Emporium Online with an original delivery date of 9/30/[redacted], pushed to 10/13/[redacted]. After waiting until 10/17/[redacted], I canceled the order and asked for a refund. Emporium Online confirmed the refund on the same day and advised contacting Amazon for any delays in crediting the account. Amazon needs to expedite the refund process as the amount is significant and urgent.

Hello, I recently purchased a golf rangefinder for my father, however, he found it difficult to stabilize while using it so we decided to return it. The item was Prime, so it falls under Amazon's return policy. Despite this, when we returned the item, the seller only refunded a portion of the original price, not the full amount. They refunded [redacted].39 of [redacted].95, which is only about 55% of the original cost. The seller's partial refund policy was only mentioned after we requested the refund, making it difficult for customers to be aware of it beforehand. I recently purchased the One Plus Ear Buds priced at Rs. [redacted], but unfortunately, I find them uncomfortable to wear. The product remains unopened and unused. Subject: Concern Regarding Prime Savings Refund for Cancelled Orders Hello, I want to bring to your attention an issue I have with a $5 prime savings promotional credit that was not refunded to my Amazon account. Amazon canceled my order, which was scheduled to be delivered the next day, resulting in the expiration of the prime savings. Despite ordering within the promotional timeline, I was not aware that I needed to reach out for a refund after they canceled my orders. After reordering my items, Amazon once again canceled the order right before delivery. This caused the prime savings to expire, not due to any fault of mine. While I understand order cancellations can happen, it is unfair that I have lost my $5 promotional credit as a result of their actions. I appreciate your attention to this matter. I recently had my Amazon account cancelled on 12/29/[redacted], which ended in [redacted]. Even though I no longer have an active account, I keep receiving emails about orders being shipped to an address on [redacted] Milltown Rd in Wilmington, DE. The latest email said I ordered an LG Nano 9 Series 4K HDR Smart LED NanoCell TV costing over $[redacted]. I have never been to Delaware, and these orders are not made by me. I already called 1-[redacted] before about a different high-priced order, and I was told it was resolved, but now I am still getting these emails. I want to prevent this from happening again in the future. Could you help address this issue promptly? I have not lost any money because the account is inactive. I just wanted to alert you so that no items are sent to the unauthorized address. I will continue to disregard any future emails regarding these fake orders.

I'm experiencing difficulty accessing my account and suspect unauthorized access due to unfamiliar addresses listed. Having dealt with domestic violence, I have resided in shelters which may be complicating my login. Ideally, Amazon should provide a direct link to reset my password via email. I have purchased ebooks that I value and wish to regain access to them. It's not feasible to create a new account as it would result in loss of my purchased books. I am extremely disappointed with the service received over the phone call and the feedback provided on the app. The address given was either incorrect or incomplete. I am a regular customer of the multinational company Amazon and face delivery issues weekly. However, this time the excuse for the incorrect delivery was not acceptable, especially because it was for a birthday gift that was very special to me. I have attached photos as proof of the incomplete or incorrect delivery on the 23rd of October. I feel let down by the lack of care shown in this matter. I am considering escalating this complaint to a higher level because it is unacceptable for customers to face these issues regularly due to mistakes made by delivery personnel and customer care representatives. I have been a loyal customer for 10 years, but after this incident, I am unsure about the future of our relationship. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Regarding Order# [redacted]-[redacted]: I placed an order for a controller from SinoCMP. After I sent them a photo of the item with the part number clearly visible, they initially confirmed the shipment. However, they later asked for additional payment, indicating the item wasn't actually sent. I requested the order to be canceled and my account to be refunded. Despite confirming the cancellation on October 23 at 8PM, I received no response, the item, or a refund. I expect to be charged the advertised price as agreed. I would appreciate a credit to my account for the charge.
