En primer lugar, perm*teme pedirte disculpas por las molestias ocasionadas a ra*z de esta situaci*n.**De acuerdo a tu consulta, he verificado y efectivamente tu pedido ***-*******-******* se encuentra marcado como entregado. Te pedimos disculpas por la situaci*n y la molestia que esto te haya podido generar, entiendo que a*n no has recibido el producto. Para resolver este inconveniente he solicitado un reembolso de **.** euros al mismo medio de pago de la compra, ya que el transportista no nos ha otorgado la informaci*n de quien recibido tu paquete.**Por lo general, los reembolsos pueden tardar hasta * d*as laborables en hacerse efectivos desde la fecha de emisi*n. Sin embargo, ten en cuenta que, dependiendo de tu banco, el plazo de tramitaci*n de tu reembolso puede ser mayor.
