You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.
The issue in GetHuman-mahuesby's own words
September **, **** **:** a.m. MST. *I want to cancel our Amazon Prime account M***D**C*. I want to maintain our regular Amazon accounts under the names of Richard Huesby and Mary Ann Huesby. **I called someone at Amazon to cancel the Prime account over a month ago - I cannot remember the exact date, or to whom I spoke. But, a charge of $**.** continues to appear on our monthly Bank of America credit card statement.* *Today, we have talked to two separate men who claimed to be Amazon representatives, both with an almost identical Indian accent, on separate calls (one supposedly originating from Florida, the other from New York, as noted on our phone's read-out.) Both men talked about a $***.** charge associated with the cancellation. The first man wanted to gain access to my computer so he could help me discontinue our account properly so as not to accrue this $***,** charge. I refused and ended the call. I felt I was being scammed. **I simply want to cancel the Prime account. I would also appreciate validation from Amazon that this has been accomplished - either by phone (***-***-****) or email *****@***.com. Thank you for your help. *Richard and Mary Ann Huesby
