Dear Amazon,**I hold a Philippine passport and currently residing in Lagos, Nigeria for work.**I have been a member of Amazon since **** and I have been using this for my online shopping, kindle, and amazon prime using my *****@***.com account with an account name ANTONIO BUENA. I open this account back in **** using my US address when I was still a student at University of Illinois with the following additional details:***) Address: **** E. Kerr Avenue, Apt ***, Urbana IL, USA, *******) Phone: ************I no longer use this address and phone. Over the years, I have changed address as I was moving around the world due to work. The registered address I am using now with this Amazon acct is **** English Manor Circle, Stone Mountain Georgia, *****, with PHONE **********. This is also my billing address for my US debit card. I have used several SHIPPING addresses and the last SHIPPING address I used was in Sarasota, FL.**However, just last June ****, my account was suddenly put on hold after I attempted to shop in Amazon Italy. It was tagged as suspicious transactions. I have made several attempts to send requested credit card information (* times amazon requested) but each time I send I ended up with no reply from Amazon. I made several calls also and explain my case. At some point, I spent over * hour on phone with your specialist. I hope you can verify all my contact history with amazon.**I also created several Amazon accounts using different email addresses and using my other debit*credit cards (Philippine, Nigeria and US credit*debit cards) but Amazon is still putting me on hold everytime I attempted to purchase. These are the account that I created and they are currently put on hold - *****@***.com, *****@***.com, *****@***.com, *****@***.com, ************** etc.**The last thing I did was to re-create my *****@***.com but it was also recently put on-hold. I also spend several calls but no one can help me. **My request:*I would like to request to restore my old *****@***.com account and be able to access my kindle purchased books, amazon prime purchase movies and be able to enjoy online shopping whenever I am.
