Recently I have placed one order with order* ***-*******-*******. Due to some issues I have cancelled the order. While placing order I have used gift card credits worth of $**. **However till now I didn’t receive the credit back. If I check in order details it is showing as “shipped” status. I didn’t receive the item neither credit balance. I want to to receive my credit balance back. Do the needful.**Note: I just cancelled the order but not returned.
