Dear Sir or Madam, I recently spoke with two Amazon associates regarding an Amazon gift card inquiry. I was able to leave positive feedback for the second associate but unfortunately missed the opportunity to do so for the first associate. This occurred at approximately 4:30 P.M. Eastern Standard Time in Rockledge, Florida on 9-9-[redacted]. Both associates were helpful, professional, and courteous. The first associate was polite and personable, while the second associate was more businesslike and advised me to leave feedback after the chat. Please extend my gratitude to both of them for their assistance. While I understand they were just doing their jobs, their exceptional service did not go unnoticed. Thank you, Edward M., a loyal Amazon customer for nearly a decade.

After moving from PA to TN, my account started to experience login issues, asking for verification repeatedly. After speaking with Melissa M. from customer service on 9/2 at 9:06 AM, I created a new account as advised. This solved the problem temporarily, but it has resurfaced. As a Prime member, the constant verifications are frustrating, and I'm considering closing my account due to the sign-in difficulties. I need assistance to resolve this issue promptly. Thank you.

Hello, I have been experiencing a serious issue with my Prime account. A few days ago, I purchased a phone from Amazon which was faulty, leading me to request a return. However, during the return process, I encountered trouble receiving the necessary OTP from the courier. In an attempt to rectify this, I changed my phone number in settings but unintentionally closed my current Amazon account with multiple orders, reverting to an old account from four years ago. Despite reaching out to customer service via my husband's phone, no resolution has been provided. I have made various efforts to recover my Prime account to no avail. Customer care representatives have been unhelpful, even suggesting I create a new email ID. I am reaching out for assistance in resolving this issue promptly as my account holds significant importance to me.

I recently changed my account from Joseph James Sewell to Jim Sewell, which I am satisfied with. I kindly request for you to remove the outdated telephone number associated with my account due to my broken phone. The messages I receive for activation remain unattended as I can't use the broken phone. Please reach me via email or at [redacted][redacted]. As a dyslexic and hard of hearing individual, I struggle without assistance. I wish to update my primary address to Calle Lucinda 13, Playa De Mojacar [redacted] Almeria Spain instead of the obsolete post box. I prefer my landline number to be the contact for my account messages. For message confirmation, please email me at [redacted] or provide verbal prompts on my landline. Kindly acknowledge if you can assist me as I am feeling stuck in this process.

Dispute 1: Amazon Prime charged me £79 on Tuesday, 1 September [redacted], under the description 'Amazon Prime *RX4AA LUXEMBOURG'. I did not make any purchases or orders with Amazon or Amazon Prime for this amount. As a student, I do not have an Amazon Prime subscription. I am seeking an immediate refund as I have been struggling to resolve this issue with Amazon. Please investigate and process my refund promptly. Thank you. Dispute 2: I placed an order for a pedestal fan on 12 August [redacted]. The delivery driver entered my home at [redacted] Longdown Ave, Bristol to deliver the package, but the contents were missing. I contacted the seller, who requested details of the missing parts for resolution. I informed them that all contents of the fan were missing, but no action has been taken to address the issue. I don't have an Amazon Prime account. I received an email on Sept 10, [redacted], stating that a package totaling $[redacted] is on its way to Bonnie Holland in Lynchburg, SC. The email also provided a contact number (1-[redacted]) for updates. I did not make this purchase or have an Amazon account. I contacted the number provided and spoke to a representative who said Amazon's Security Department would call back, but I never received a call. I want to report this as a fraudulent transaction and seek assistance to prevent recurrence.

I ordered the new MacBook Pro with an upgraded processor, extra storage, and larger display for about $2,[redacted]. Additionally, I added a 1-year Apple Care plan for $[redacted], a charging cable for $50, and a carrying case for $[redacted]. During the checkout process, I selected the option to pay over time in installments over 12-18 months. Unfortunately, I misunderstood the payment terms, believing that I would be charged $[redacted].35 monthly. After receiving the charger and being charged for the Apple Care plan, my card reached its limit, causing an issue with the payment for the rest of the order. I'm now stuck with the Apple Care plan that I can't use for another device and unsure about getting a refund for it.

I am experiencing significant issues with my air conditioning unit. When attempting to update my email address, I encountered obstacles. I have a purchase worth more than £40 pending in my account. Despite numerous attempts, I have been unable to change my email from patricia.alderman@homecall to [redacted] due to Amazon's inability to recognize either address. If any emails have been sent to the homecall address, I have not received them as it appears to be outdated, prompting my need for change. While my primary residence is in Horley, my recent order was sent to my son, G. Benfold, in Croydon as his address is currently defaulted. This order includes facemasks, and although payment was unsuccessful due to email issues, I am keen to proceed with the purchase.

Order No. [redacted]-[redacted] I purchased a kettle priced at 96.99 euros, and it was delivered earlier than expected, which was fantastic. However, I have encountered a few issues with the product: 1. The handle becomes hot, unlike the color displayed. 2. The lid is hard to remove and leaves marks on the kettle's rim. 3. The spout is challenging to raise. Given that this item was quite costly and I have been a loyal customer for several years, I would appreciate a prompt resolution to these concerns.

I received a call from someone claiming to be from Amazon Prime regarding an iPhone purchase made on my account, which I did not make. My niece, Danielle Wilson, purchased a Phone 11 at Cricket using her Navy Federal debit card. She has her own Amazon Prime account. The caller's supervisor was unprofessional, so I disconnected the call. I use my American Express card for Amazon Prime, and they confirmed no unauthorized charges. I'm Adrienne Gayle Jordan at [redacted] College Place, Norfolk, VA [redacted]. Danielle used to live with me but moved out four months ago. Items she ordered from Amazon are still coming to my address. She will update her address with Amazon. Please contact me at [redacted] to discuss. Thank you. Gayle

I am located in the UK and I made a purchase on Amazon.com for a LEGO toy for my grandson in Arizona to avoid shipping costs from the UK site. I've received a security notification on my phone to connect, but my phone is not capable of receiving such messages. As I try to access my account with my password, I keep encountering a prompt to link my phone which I am unable to do. Can someone advise me on how to resolve this issue?

I need assistance with my recent air purifier order from Amazon. The delivery has been chaotic, with the item bouncing back and forth across the country, arriving at various locations but not making it to me in Baltimore, MD as scheduled. The tracking shows it traveling from Texas to Oregon, then back to Kentucky and finally to Maryland. This delay has left me skeptical if it will arrive as now the expected delivery window is September 16 - 17, but I am not confident. My other item from the same order, a Honeywell purifier, arrived early. I have tried to communicate with Amazon without success. Please reach out to review the tracking details and help resolve this issue. Thank you.

Dear Customer Service, I am currently experiencing difficulties with logging in, as I am unable to approve notifications on my old Nokia E65 which lacks internet access. Transferring the SIM card to a different smartphone is not an option due to the Nokia being fixed with a broken backplate. After contacting your representative, I was assured a call back shortly, which has not happened despite several hours passing. Although I reset my password using the authorization email, I am unable to follow the link prompt on my Nokia device. Kindly add my new number, +[redacted] 91 [redacted] [redacted], as it's associated with my Huawei device and enables me to approve logins. I am Robert Alston, and back in June, I placed an order on Amazon, having it delivered to my work address as usual. Unfortunately, despite the tracking indicating it was delivered and signed for, I never received the item. I have been trying to get a replacement or a refund for months with no success. Despite my repeated attempts to contact Amazon over the past few weeks, no resolution has been reached. Last contact was made roughly a week ago. The item in question is the RIDETECS Men's 6" Motorcycle Boot in size 10.5 W US, ordered on May 25, [redacted], with the order number [redacted].

I have been locked out of my Amazon account due to supposed suspicious activity linked to my Amazon/Chase credit card ending in XX. I have been using this card successfully, including as recent as April [redacted], and it is entirely paid off. Despite multiple attempts through calls and emails with Customer Service, I am still unable to access my account to understand the issue.
