I ordered the new macbook pro w*upgraded processor, extra storage and larger display (about $*,***) then added on a few extras- a * yr apple care plan($***), charging cable($**), carrying case($***)**I proceeded to check out- selected the pay over time option, which lets you pay in installments, over a period of **-** months. In order to qualify for this, you need to have enough available credit to cover ***% of the purchase, and charges your card up front for the whole amount. *I didnt know you needed enough credit for the WHOLE PRICE!*When i read the terms, it sounded like each month my card would be charged the $***.** for ** months, until it was paid in full...*Well i didnt have enough room on my card, but the order was put thru anyways. *I received the charger a few days later, and also was charged for the apple care plan. Between these * items, my card reached its limit and no longer had any avail credit. THAT’S when i received an email stating there was an issue with payment. I still have the charger, and unable to return the apple care plan, which costed *** bucks. Im not sure if i can even activate*use this care plan w*another device, nor do i know how to get my money back for something thats not tangible!

GetHuman5257998 did not yet indicate what Amazon should do to make this right.
