Dear customer service, I recently purchased three books from your website. I received two of the books, but the third book, "Research Methodology," was canceled without my approval. I have not received a refund for this book yet. It has been 4-5 days since the cancellation, and the refund has not appeared in my bank account or Amazon account. I kindly request your prompt assistance in resolving this issue and processing my refund as soon as possible. Thank you.

I contacted customer service today regarding my refund being issued to an Amazon card instead of the credit card I initially used. The second representative I spoke to mentioned that my account was flagged. Both representatives stated they could assist me, but requested access to my computer, which I am uncomfortable with and would not approve. I believe that verifying my identity through email or phone would be a safer method, as done by banks and security companies. I have confirmed my name, email, and credit card number, but they seem unable to proceed without computer access. I have requested to speak with someone from security and was informed they would contact me within the next half hour. If necessary, my contact number is [redacted]. I am seeking assistance to resolve this refund issue without compromising my computer security.

I contacted today regarding an issue with my refund being sent to an Amazon card instead of the originally used credit card. After speaking to two representatives, I was informed my account was flagged, requiring computer access for assistance. I am uncomfortable granting outside access to my computer. Usually, banks and security companies verify customers via email or phone codes. Despite confirming my details, they insisted on computer access. I requested to talk to a security specialist, and was promised a callback in thirty minutes. I simply want my refund to be credited back to my original credit card.

Hello, I recently received gift cards from you as a reward for my earnings on September 18, [redacted], totaling $[redacted].48. My Associate ID is drill008-20, and my account is linked to the email [redacted] However, upon trying to order a Watch set on Amazon, my account was suddenly suspended pending verification of the source of the cards. Amazon is requesting the credit card or bank account information used to purchase the cards, which I never did as the cards were earned through affiliate commissions linked to the same email address. Despite explaining this to Amazon for three days, they insist on the card details to lift the hold on my account. I urge for your assistance in resolving this matter promptly, as I have not attached any credit card to this email. Dear Amazon Customer Service, I am writing to address an issue with my Amazon account. I am a long-time member since [redacted]. However, I encountered a problem last June [redacted] after trying to shop on Amazon Italy. My account was suddenly put on hold due to suspicious transactions. Despite multiple attempts to provide the requested credit card information, I have not received a response from Amazon. I have updated my account with a new address in Stone Mountain, Georgia, and a new phone number. I have also used various shipping addresses, with the most recent one in Sarasota, FL. Despite creating multiple accounts with different email addresses and payment methods, my attempts to purchase are still being put on hold. I kindly request the restoration of my original [redacted] account to access my Kindle books, Amazon Prime movies, and resume online shopping. I made a Prime Wardrobe "try before you buy" order #[redacted]-[redacted] on 9/7. After promptly returning all items, I am being wrongly charged for a Diesel Men's Hero Swim Lycra Boxer in X-Large for $47.27, which I did not keep. Despite contacting customer service and being transferred to Prime Wardrobe customer service, the issue remains unresolved. The resolution team sent a generic email asking me to wait two weeks for processing, but it has been almost three weeks. I purchased 6 books for my classroom, received 3 in separate shipments, but did not get the final shipment of 3 books: "School is Different This Year" for $9.32, "Mixed Blessings" for $12.99, and "D is for Diversity" for $8.99. Although the tracking shows it was delivered to a secure location, unlike the others that were at the post office or in my mailbox, these are missing. I bought a pair of Dan Post Milwaukee Boots on Amazon Warehouse. The tracking showed they were shipped, but they never arrived. Customer service promised a refund and said I could keep the boots when they arrived. They never did. After contacting customer service via chat, I was told Amazon isn't responsible for Amazon Warehouse items, contradicting the policy. I don't want to pay full price for the boots, but asking for a discount on a new pair seemed fair. The rep got annoyed, calling me "Buddy" and offering a $5 credit. As a Fedex Ground driver, I explained the absurdity of such a small compensation for a big mistake. I just want a reasonable resolution.

I ordered the Exotica Orchids Brunei King Mango on September 16, [redacted]. The order number is [redacted]-[redacted], and the total cost was Rs. [redacted]. Unfortunately, when the plant arrived yesterday evening, it was completely dead. The leaves and stem were dried out due to poor packaging during transit. I provided feedback and shared photos with customer service, who acknowledged the issue and agreed to process a refund. However, I am still waiting for the confirmation of the refund.

On September 28, [redacted], at 10:45 a.m. MST, I would like to request the cancellation of our Amazon Prime account with the number M447D10C2. We would like to keep our regular Amazon accounts under the names of Richard Huesby and Mary Ann Huesby. About a month ago, I contacted Amazon to cancel the Prime account, but a charge of $14.17 is still appearing on our Bank of America credit card statement. Today, we spoke with two individuals who claimed to be Amazon representatives, both with similar Indian accents. They mentioned a $[redacted].00 charge for cancellation. One person even asked for access to my computer, but I declined as it felt like a scam. I recently purchased anti-bacterial soap from Amazon, but unfortunately received commercial dish sanitizer instead. After contacting the seller, they initially requested that I cover the return shipping costs, which I found unreasonable. Eventually, they provided a return shipping label. I returned the product as requested, but to my disappointment, I only received a refund for 66% of the order. It seems I indirectly covered the shipping expenses despite their initial stance. In summary, SAMZ ONLINE, the seller, is expecting me to rectify their error.

I purchased two kurtis from Amazon on September 9th. I kept one and returned the other on September 10th due to the neck not sitting properly and the holder being open on both sides. I am disappointed with Amazon's service regarding the Jevi print women cotton printed straight kurti in orange, valued at [redacted] Rs. I emailed Amazon about the issue, but my account got blocked. I tried to reinstall the Amazon app, but my purchase history and refund details did not transfer. Despite contacting Amazon customer service multiple times between September 14th and 27th, the problem persists. They advised me to change my email address, but even after doing so, my refund amount is still not reflecting. Amazon's service has been poor, and resolving the issue has been challenging without a proper Amazon contact number. My original email was [redacted], and I now use [redacted] The constant request to update contact information is frustrating. I am dissatisfied with Amazon's service.

I placed an order on Amazon for a mattress, and I had it scheduled for delivery today. I woke up early to wait from 6 am to 9 am, only to find out at 8:58 am that the delivery was delayed and the item had not even shipped yet. When I contacted Amazon, they mentioned they were waiting for a shipment plan. The customer service representative informed me that the item was in stock but couldn't confirm if a carrier had been assigned. Amazon's suggestion was to wait a few more days to see if the shipment progresses.

Hello, I am facing an issue with individuals in New Zealand who are unable to buy my e-book on Amazon. I have reached out to Kindle and outlined the relevant correspondence for reference. SUMMARY OF MY REPORT: I have received a complaint from someone in New Zealand stating they are unable to download my Kindle book, only able to purchase the paperback. Could there be an issue? Why can't they download the Kindle version? RESPONSE RECEIVED: I have been informed that individuals using iOS devices may face restrictions from Apple, making it impossible to place orders or download books through the app. Additionally, if their credit card doesn't support international purchases, they may encounter difficulties. They are advised to contact their bank in such cases. Contacting Amazon directly for further assistance is recommended. UPDATE FROM NEW ZEALAND FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS: After trying to purchase the book from Kindlemobilestore NZ, it redirected to Amazon then suggested going to the Kindle store in their country, leading to no success. I received an incorrect delivery from Amazon addressed to JOANNE MARSTON at my residence: Willow Farm, Stonham Aspal, Stowmarket, Suffolk IP14 6AX, UK. This individual has never lived here, as I have been at this address for over 40 years. I promptly contacted Amazon through their online chat service and provided them with the reference number QA[redacted] for the 0.2kg package, which also has a barcode spW7P1092t. Despite assurances from Amazon, a pickup by Hermes has not been arranged, and I have not received the promised return label via email. I have encountered difficulty reaching out to Amazon due to changes in their verification process, which now requires a touch facility not available on my non-smart phone. I am an Amazon Seller experiencing an issue while trying to restock products. I am unable to select a pick-up date for my cargo because the system states "NO PICK UP SLOTS AVAILABLE" for this and the next month. Even when I try to choose another date, I cannot proceed to print the box labels. This is the first time I have encountered this problem. Normally, I send my products through Amazon Services to the warehouse. When I opt for other couriers, I can print the box labels, but I prefer to use FBA pick up by the ATS. I have already emailed about this yesterday. I would appreciate your guidance and assistance with this matter at your earliest convenience.

I recently ordered a 2-in-1 baby doll swing and carrier from Amazon, but received a bamboo bread board instead. I contacted customer service and spoke with Anthony. He processed a replacement order and asked me to return the incorrect item, but it was already gifted to my great granddaughter. Now, I received an email threatening to charge me for not returning the doll swing, which I never received in the first place. I do not believe it is fair for me to be penalized for the company's mistake. I have been a loyal customer, but if this issue is not resolved properly, I may have to reconsider continuing my business with Amazon.

I'm having trouble logging into my Amazon.com account. I need to update my credit card information. When I tried to reset my password using my email address, a new account was created with no history of past orders or saved credit cards. One credit card is expired, and another will expire in November. Amazon should help me access the original account linked to my email address [redacted] The Kindle address associated is [redacted] I require access to this account to update my credit card details.
