I placed an order for a *-in-* baby doll swing and carrier. When My order arrived it was a bamboo bread board. I called amazon and spoke to a man named Anthony. I explained the problem to him. He did a replacement order for me. He ask me if I me if I could ship the item back he would send be a shipping label,. I explained to him the original package was sent to my granddaughter’s home and I would have to ask her or her husband to do it. At that point he said I did not have to send it back. Now I have received an email that says if I don’t ship it back I will be charged again for the doll swing. Problem *, I don’t have a doll swing to ship back, it was a bread board. The one and only one I received was given to my great granddaughter for her birthday. Problem *, Why should I be charged or inconvenienced for your companies mistake? I do a lot of business with you guys and if this is how you treat your customers, then I will pay off my account and take my business elsewhere.
