The issue in GetHuman-sallyhow's own words
Order number ***-*******-******* was scheduled for delivery between **** and **** but it came today. I was not home as no delivery was expected. Upon my return I found the large box containing the chair that I ordered in my driveway. I had no one to help me get it inside so I had to unwrap nit in the driveway, which was not easy as I am an elderly lady. I would have had help if it came during the dates expected. *Why did it come so early? As an elderly person who does not trust online shopping anyway I am now convinced it is not reliable. *I now need to wait to get my help to assemble it and it better be okay as I can not rewrap it in its original packaging since I had to tear it apart to open it so I could at least push it into my garage.my*I am very disappointed. Sally Howlett. You should have my info in my order.
