Yesterday, I made a big order on Amazon that got split into multiple smaller orders. Shortly after placing it, I received messages to update my payment for each of them. I've done it multiple times now, but it keeps asking for more revisions. I'm concerned this might be a scam. Can someone assist me, please?

I have been waiting for 20 minutes on hold to request a refund for an item that was delivered broken and leaking. This is unacceptable. I am frustrated and just want the refund processed promptly. I am currently waiting to speak to a manager and do not want to be transferred to someone who may not speak English well. The product in question is two bottles of Peppermint Dr. Bronner's soap. Both bottles arrived damaged, causing leakage inside the package.

Dear Customer Service, I ordered a mobile phone tempered glass, and it was marked as delivered the next day. Unfortunately, I have not received the item. I contacted Mrs. Revathi from customer service, who promised to arrange delivery by Sunday, but I have not received any updates yet. This is not the first time such an issue has occurred. Previously, I ordered an external hard disk that was also not delivered and eventually got canceled without a reason provided. I've been facing unnecessary problems with my orders from Amazon. I purchased a Kindle Paperwhite in May [redacted]. Recently, I tried to download a book for which I was charged $14.99 but did not receive the download. At 88 years old, I found the Kindle to be of no use to me when I tried to use it for the first time. A few weeks ago, I attempted to purchase a pair of blue jeans, but my order wouldn't process. After contacting customer support, I was informed that my account had been compromised by someone in Austin, TX, who allegedly made a $[redacted] charge. They offered assistance for a fee to clear the issue and add protection to my account. While awaiting the call back, I confirmed with my bank that no unauthorized charges were made. Despite Lifelock showing no issues, the sheriff's office flagged multiple fraud cases linked to the same phone number. Taking precautions, I disconnected my computer, canceled my debit card, and blocked calls from that number. Although I've previously fallen victim to a similar scam, losing $[redacted], this recent experience has left me reluctant to use Amazon's customer service number or make future purchases with them until this concern is addressed. I am having trouble auditing my monthly statement from Amazon Chase. I recently ordered from P-Touch Direct and the items arrived with no accompanying paperwork such as order numbers or serial numbers. Additionally, the July statement period now starts on July 6th and closes on August 6th, whereas previously it started on the 11th of the month and closed on the 10th of the following month. This change has caused confusion. I believe the $59.00 item from PTOUCHMDIRECT.COM is the Brother PT-D400 Label Printer, with only a telephone number listed beside it. The two PT-D210 Refurbished Brother Label Printers I received are expected to appear on the next statement, beginning on August 11th and ending on September 10th.

Around 3 weeks ago, I placed an order for a phone on Amazon's Germany website. Shortly after, I received an email informing me that my account was locked due to suspicious activity. I completed the form provided when I tried to log in, submitting my current billing address and a picture of the debit card used for the purchase. Despite this, I received another email stating that Amazon could not confirm my information. I contacted Amazon's customer service via phone, and the representative assured me that the matter would be escalated. Following our conversation, I received a follow-up email with instructions on how to proceed. I have reached out multiple times to the specified email address and others found online, but I have not received a response. Order number [redacted]-[redacted] was expected to arrive between 8/19 and 8/24, but it unexpectedly arrived today while I was not home to receive it. Unfortunately, I had to unpack the delivered chair outside by myself, which was challenging due to my age. If the delivery came within the anticipated dates, I would have had assistance. I am disappointed by the early delivery, as it inconvenienced me greatly. Now, I have to wait for help to assemble the chair and hope it is undamaged. It will be difficult to return it in its original condition since I had to unpack it outdoor. I placed an order, but mistakenly used my work address instead of my home address. I am currently at work, and the store closes at 6pm. I am concerned that the parcel might not arrive before closing. I tried using the Amazon app on my phone to change the address or add a note for the delivery driver, but I couldn't find an option for that. I'm hoping to either update the delivery address or ensure that the parcel won't be left unattended. The item I purchased is valuable, so I prefer not to risk it being left somewhere.

I would like to arrange a return for a HU chocolate I purchased. The taste was disappointing, resembling grease with a hint of cocoa powder. I reached out to Amazon on August 10 and followed their instructions. The chocolate makers, HU, responded stating the return must be in brand new condition, which is challenging as I already opened the package. Sadly, after having others sample the chocolate without disclosing my opinion, they shared the same sentiments.
