I have been trying to access my Amazon account for the past two days. Yesterday, I successfully changed my mobile number, but when I tried to order something, the system required authentication. It said it would send an OTP to my old number, which is no longer in use. I am unable to receive any messages sent to my old number, so I cannot access my account. Amazon's help solutions are not addressing my issue, and I am frustrated with this process. I hope someone at Amazon can provide assistance, or else I will have to shop elsewhere. Several months ago, I placed an order on Amazon for toilet paper (Order #[redacted]-[redacted]) priced at $19.88. Unfortunately, the delivery is still showing as late, despite my numerous messages to the seller requesting a refund, which have been consistently ignored. Despite following the system's guidelines of waiting two days for a response, diligently checking my email, I have yet to receive any communication from the seller. I am desperate for my refund and find this situation frustrating. It appears the seller may be involved in fraudulent activities on platforms like AliExpress and Alibaba. I am experiencing difficulties viewing the image of the products I purchased. The Orabrush Tongue Scraper 4 Pack is no longer eligible for return as the window closed on July 18, [redacted]. Regarding the Olivia Garden Classic ProThermal Hair 1 3/4 Inch product, a refund of $20.26 was issued on June 23, [redacted]. The return was received on June 28, [redacted]. Despite this, the refund for the Olivia Garden hair product has not appeared. The details of the refund and product are provided, but I am still waiting to see the refund reflected.

I recently ordered a copy of the book "The Boiler Room and Other Telephone Scams" by Robert J. Stevenson, and received a confirmation email from Amazon. However, I was later informed by Amazon that the shipper did not confirm the book's shipment. The original estimated delivery window was from August 4 to August 11. Unfortunately, the latest email from Amazon did not provide any further details on the status of my order. I am eager to receive the book, which I have been searching for. I'm having trouble logging in as my phone is broken, and I can't receive the one-time password Amazon is sending. When I try to contact customer service through the link provided, it just takes me back to the login page. I find this situation frustrating. On August 4, [redacted], I purchased a Sona bra size 36 for Rs. [redacted] using my RuPay card. After requesting to cancel, I got a cancellation message, but no refund was given. The following day, I ordered two non-padded black Daisy Dee bras size 36 at Rs. [redacted] each, totaling Rs. [redacted], paid through RuPay. When I requested cancellation again, I received a refund of Rs. [redacted]. I then ordered two cream Daisy Dee bras at Rs. [redacted] each, totaling Rs. [redacted], and paid the amount. Once more, after requesting cancellation, I got a cancellation message but no refund of Rs. [redacted]. I kindly ask for your assistance in processing the refund. Thank you.

I received an Amazon gift card for Christmas. I added it to my Amazon Wallet on 12/31/19 with verification code [redacted]. Today, when I tried to use it, I couldn't sign in. I spoke to a woman representative at 1:30 p.m. EST and later a rude man named Patrick from the Philippines at 9:30 p.m. When asked about my previous Amazon orders, I mentioned buying Volumes 1 and 2 of "Bear in the Back Seat" by Kim DeLozier for $9.79 each. Patrick accused me of dishonesty and blocked my account. He claimed not to have a supervisor and seemed eager to end the call. I'm frustrated and just want to use my $50 gift card. The total amount was [redacted].00 for two items - Butterfly Smart Mixer Grinder and Butterfly Smart Wet Grinder in White with Coconut Scrapper. The mixer grinder was delivered on May 27, [redacted], but the wet grinder has not been received. I contacted customer care to cancel the wet grinder and was assured a refund within 7 working days, but it hasn't happened yet. HDFC bank requires email approval from Amazon for the cancellation. I have been trying to get a response for a long time with no success. I am disappointed with the lack of assistance as I am still paying EMI for the cancelled product. I urgently need email approval sent to my email address. It has been 3 months and I urge you to take the necessary actions promptly.

I haven't received two orders from Amazon. One was marked as delivered on 8/01/20, but never arrived, and the other couldn't be delivered because of the address issue. I contacted customer service but haven't heard back. The experience has been frustrating, and it's concerning if this is the new standard of service. Navigating to find help has been difficult, with links sending me in circles or looping back with errors. I value Amazon and am a loyal customer, but the lack of response and resolution is making it hard to continue supporting the business. Please provide assistance and improve the service quality.

I purchased three items from ROSELINLIN on July 22, [redacted], through Amazon. I have only received 2 items, which were incorrect, and I did not receive the third item, a dress. The total cost was $73. I have emailed Roselinlin multiple times, but they have been unhelpful. I will keep the items I received, even though they are not what I ordered, but I am requesting a refund for the dress or to receive it. Dealing with this company has been frustrating, and I will not make any future purchases from them. I'm Thomas Lee, and my wife is Michalene Johnson. We've had an account for years. Yesterday, I called to update our delivery and email addresses. After a long wait with customer service, I was transferred to the change department. Josh R asked for credit account information not available to me. Later on August 6, I got an email from Josh. Today, when I tried to reach the change department, they claimed I had requested a new account, which I hadn't, and now they won't talk to me. The service department disconnected my calls. Whenever I redial, I get an error message. This experience showcases poor customer service. When I asked for a supervisor, I was told none could be found. The call lasted over an hour. On Wednesday, August 5, [redacted], I received an email and a text message indicating that my Amazon purchase had been delivered. However, upon checking, there was no package to be found in my mailbox or delivery areas. This is not the first time I've experienced missing mail, and given the recent incidents of theft in our area, I reached out to the USPS Inspector General and the local post office for assistance. Hello, I purchased a Samsung M21 on July 28, [redacted]. Upon receiving my order on the 30th, I discovered that the package only contained the charger and pin, with no phone included. I reached out through your chat box for assistance and was informed to wait for an update by the 6th. After speaking with customer service on the 6th, I was assured a replacement would be sent by the 7th or 8th. However, my recent interaction with customer service indicated that my [redacted] payment was considered lost as the package was undamaged. I have video evidence of the unboxing showing the missing phone, as well as confirmation that I opened the package in front of the delivery person. I am disappointed with the investigation and resolution process. I purchased a gift for my adult son's birthday through Amazon Prime, a service I've used for years. Despite overlooking the fact that the seller was in China, the item received was a dash mat that didn't fit my son's car. I did not receive my paper towels. The tracking shows it was left in the mailbox, but my mailbox is too small for that to be possible. I'm in an apartment complex, and if the package was left anywhere other than my door, it might have been taken. Please resend my order as soon as possible. I believe Amazon should reconsider using the U.S. Postal Service for deliveries. It seems like every lost order is when they handle the delivery. Using UPS or FedEx might be a better option since they have done a great job in the past. I would like to know when I can expect the replacement for my paper towels. I would appreciate it if it could be expedited. N.R.

The delivery notification stated that my package was left in the "mail room," but there isn't a mail room at my address. After searching, I found my package, along with several others belonging to my neighbors, left in the shrubs in front of the apartment office. This exposed the items to potential theft. In the past, Amazon deliveries were left at my front door, so this was quite unexpected. It was concerning not only for my own package but also for the safety of my neighbors' deliveries.
