I made a purchase on Amazon on June 26, [redacted]. The order number was #[redacted]-[redacted]. According to UPS, the package was delivered to my address and given to a resident. I reside in a Senior Living facility with approximately [redacted] residents. The office mentioned they did not receive it. I am requesting a refund for the missing item. When attempting to address this issue through the usual channels, I did not find an appropriate option. How can I prevent this issue in the future? Kindly process the refund for me.

I received a Himalaya baby cream of 200ml yesterday, but the expiry date is illegible, appearing to be before [redacted]. This situation is concerning, and I am disappointed to receive an expired product from Amazon. I kindly request a replacement or an immediate refund for this item. Alternatively, I may have to escalate this matter to the Consumer Court to prevent such issues from affecting other customers in the future. Dear Amazon, I want to report that my order with tracking ID [redacted]72 has been showing as delivered, but it hasn't reached me after 5 days. It's disappointing and suspicious. Please deliver the item in the next 24 hours or refund my money. I might have to take legal action under the consumer protection Act if this isn't resolved. I placed an order for 2 pairs of sandals in late April. Unfortunately, the pair intended for my daughter-in-law was too small. I finally tried on my pair of Sketchers sandals and I adore them, but the ankle strap is excessively large. I missed the return window and am hoping for an exception. I purchased a bottle of Vegemite from Amazon. Unfortunately, the bottle arrived broken. I left a negative review, but it wasn't posted. I'm dissatisfied and have been unable to get it returned or replaced. I attempted to contact the seller with no success. I would like a replacement in a squeeze container to avoid breakage, or a refund so I can buy locally. The seal is still intact on the bottle, as I mentioned in the review. I recently received a package from Correos Express León that was meant for me, Marisol Aparicio Burón. However, the contents were incorrect. Instead of the items I ordered, I received "1 Economy XL Vacuum Cleaner Bags - 10x + 1 filter for Siemens / Bosch," which I did not purchase. The tracking number for my correct order should be [redacted][redacted][redacted], and it was supposed to be delivered today. It seems like there was a mix-up with the address labels on different packages. I'm unsure how to proceed to receive my correct items and return the vacuum cleaner bags. I placed an order for a cajon on June 27th. Due to the lockdown and government regulations in Assam, there has been a delay in delivery. The tracking information shows that the parcel has reached its destination. With courier services set to resume tomorrow, July 10th, I am hopeful to receive my package soon. My Amazon account got blocked for no reason, and I need to reach out to them by phone. One trick is to create a new account using a VPN from the same country and wait for them to call you. This way, you can discuss the blocked or closed account situation with Amazon Support. Don't fret about the new account; Amazon support will grasp the problem. I tried this approach, and it was successful. Now I just need Amazon to unlock my account.

I have been a loyal Amazon customer but encountered a disappointing experience recently. I purchased a "Fitkit FT100 Series 1.75HP (3.25HP Peak)" treadmill for my wife's birthday, and it arrived with a malfunctioning display and was overall unsatisfactory. Despite my efforts to contact customer service, I was unable to receive assistance and was directed to the seller for a replacement after a long wait. Feeling deceived and disregarded, I reluctantly opted for a replacement. This incident has left me thoroughly disappointed, and I have lost trust in Amazon's service. I am contemplating escalating this matter to the consumer court as a result of this mistreatment. I have decided to cease using Amazon in the future due to the lack of respect shown to customers.

I got 3 of the items I ordered on 7/4, but the main thing I needed, Arteza Acrylic Quilters Rulers (set of 4 different sizes) with the Non Slip Rings, didn't arrive. I recently requested a password change with customer service on Tuesday. Although the representative successfully updated my password, I encountered an issue during login with the password box filled with dots that couldn't be removed, preventing me from logging in and locking me out of my account. Even after three days of troubleshooting with representatives, the problem persisted. I had to seek assistance from a Computer Specialist, who was able to resolve the issue for me.

I have been trying to return an item for the past month. I initiated an A-Z claim against the seller, who requested a photo of the defective part. I explained that I am unable to provide a photo, but the seller is insisting. Additionally, the seller wants me to pay for the return, which is unreasonable. The Amazon associate assured me they would help by having the seller send a prepaid label, but I have not received it yet. The quality of the item is very poor - the wicker is falling apart and the cushion keeps slipping off. As a long-time Prime member, I expect better customer service. I just want a prepaid label to return the item and receive a full refund. I am struggling to access my old Amazon account as I forgot my password. I believe I am registered under both "[redacted]" and "[redacted]" I've been trying to purchase a Sony remote control from your website for two weeks. The issue arises when I receive temporary passwords, like the recent one "[redacted]," to use in my order. However, by the time I return to my order, the details vanish, and the password is no longer valid when I attempt a new order. This is my final try to purchase the item. I am looking to return a product I purchased on June 29, [redacted]. The order number is [redacted]-[redacted]. It is a Best Choice Products 9ft Portable Heavy Duty Steel Hammock Stand. Upon opening the box, I discovered that the hardware was missing, and the box had a hole on the side due to damage. Despite reaching out to Best Choice regarding the missing parts, they informed me it was out of stock. They provided a return label, but as I bought it through Amazon, I am unsure how to receive a refund. If I return it to Best Choice, will I get a refund? I appreciate any assistance with this matter.

I received a notification stating that my package was handed to a resident, but I believe it was delivered to the wrong address. The delivery was noted at 4:55 pm, but our office was locked by then due to the receptionist leaving early. I spent two hours searching tonight because the package was marked as delivered, but no one received it. As it is a business address, the recipient should have been someone from our company, not a resident. I suspect it might have been given to someone transient. Unfortunately, I now have to visit nearby businesses tomorrow to track it down. I prefer using UPS or FedEx for deliveries as they tend to be more reliable.

I had a frustrating experience with Amazon.in. Every time I log in, it repeatedly asks for my Login ID, password, and phone number without allowing me to update my information. I can't find a way to report this issue directly as every click leads me to the same page. Unfortunately, Amazon.in lacks proper customer support options. It's disappointing that such a large company offers such subpar customer service, with only a single customer care number available for emergencies.

I purchased an HP 14 7th Gen Intel i3 core laptop and an HP Express 27 liters 15.6-inch laptop bag as a combo on 7/7/[redacted], with order ID: [redacted]-[redacted]. On the 06/07/[redacted], I received multiple confirmation emails for orders placed on 05/07/[redacted]. I contacted Amazon through a call forwarding company (charged 75€ for exceeding subscription). After 3 calls, my Amazon account was closed. They assured me they would forward my case to the fraud department. However, to date, I have not received any updates. I immediately reported to the police and cancelled my bank card on the morning of 06/07/[redacted]. The police informed me that Amazon was compromised. I suspect I am not the only victim. I successfully blocked the delivery of the goods by contacting Amazon. Nonetheless, the orders amounting to [redacted]€ were debited from my account. Since the goods were not delivered, I am requesting a refund from Amazon. However, they are currently unreachable.

Last night, I received a dubious call from someone claiming to be from Amazon Customer Service. The caller mentioned a purchase of an iPhone Eleven Pro worth $[redacted].00 made through my Amazon account, set for delivery within 24 hours. They flagged this as suspicious and provided a number to call back at [redacted] if I didn't make the purchase. Since I didn't make that order, I tried calling the number but got a message stating no one was available. Consequently, I am reaching out to Amazon via email to address this issue. I refuse to pay for something I didn't authorize.
