Today, my Kindle started to malfunction. While playing a game and switching tasks, the screen turned black, and none of the usual buttons responded. Even trying to adjust the brightness or access notifications didn't work. After a few attempts to power off, I managed to restart it, but the issue persisted. Despite trying various troubleshooting steps, including using Show mode, the problem remains. Any advice on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your assistance.

I received a notice stating that I need to verify my billing information. In an attempt to use the remaining funds, I purchased a tarot card deck and later made another purchase, assuming an old gift card was being used. I am now being asked for a receipt which I do not have. If you are unable to deliver the additional items I ordered, please at least send the tarot cards as I am certain I paid for them. It is unclear if there was a glitch on Amazon's end that allowed the additional purchases to go through.

Order #[redacted]-[redacted] On May 21st, I placed an order with 7 Fision Art for a painting, but the colors did not match the picture. After requesting a return, they were uncooperative. I shipped it back via UPS, and they received it on June 3rd at 12:45 PM in Ontario, CA, signed by Leo. They charged me $53.99 plus $19.99 for shipping. Despite two credit card statements, I have not received a refund. I find it odd that there's no record of this purchase in my account. I have previously contacted customer service regarding this issue and have screenshots of all correspondence. I even have photos of the item packed before returning it, ensuring it wasn't damaged. As a loyal customer, I would love to continue hearing about the positive aspects of your company, particularly regarding the strong relationships you have with your employees. There seems to be a growing rumor among some employees that the company is no longer treating them well. Whether this is accurate or not, I recommend investigating the source of these negative perceptions and addressing any underlying issues promptly. It's essential to maintain the positive image your company has worked so hard to build.

On July 6, [redacted], I ordered an MSC boat cover from Summates Marine on Amazon with order # [redacted]-[redacted]. Unfortunately, the cover has torn and is within the less than 2-year warranty period. I have attempted to contact Summates via email and mail, but have received no response so far. I hope to find a resolution soon. Thank you.

For the past three months, I have been receiving two bottles of Krillwell Heart, with my credit card being charged $62.60 each time. Despite returning the items to Return@amazon, I repeatedly get emails from Amazon confirming a $62.50 credit to my Bank of America card. However, Bank of America insists no refunds have been issued after sending the products back three times. They advised me to dispute the charges, which I did, but now they suggest Amazon is stealing from me. Bank of America mentioned the only way to halt these unauthorized charges and auto shipments is to change my credit card number, a step I am reluctant to take. What is the solution to this confusion? If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will have to stop shopping on Amazon, my preferred online store. I possess all the necessary documents for verification. I am writing to express my disappointment with your hiring process. My son recently applied for a job and was given a tentative hire date of June 30, pending a background check and drug test. He has always been drug-free, so that was not an issue. He successfully passed a background check when he recently purchased a gun. However, due to a misdemeanor on his record, he was ultimately not hired. What frustrates me is that he had a set hire date, no drug-related issues, and had just passed a background check for a gun. He even resigned from his previous job in anticipation of starting with your company. Now, he is left without a job and no insurance. It would be helpful if you could be more specific about what would disqualify a candidate during the background check process. This experience has made me realize how backwards it is that obtaining a gun is easier than securing a job. I suggest not providing a hire date until both the background check and drug test results are confirmed.

We recently ordered a new TV remote control from Amazon because our old one was faulty. Although the model we received seemed to have all the necessary functions, it did not come with batteries. After purchasing batteries separately, we discovered it was not compatible with our JVC TV, despite being advertised as universal. Out of frustration, we ended up buying a new SHARP TV set with a remote included, using our own batteries, and it works well. We are returning the incompatible remote control with reference number AKB[redacted]8 and kindly request a refund as soon as possible. Thank you.

I placed an order for a Dewalt Router a few days ago with a delivery date of 7/6/[redacted]. Unfortunately, I did not receive the item as it was said to have been delivered to my front door according to Amazon. Although I am certain it was delivered to my front door, I never received it and suspect it may have been stolen from my porch. I specifically requested an Amazon box for discreet shipping, but it seems the item was not packaged this way based on the photo I received showing the yellow Dewalt box. I purchased a Kingbird Travel Trailer cover in May from Aloha RV in Albuquerque, NM. Due to delays, I only tried to cover my trailer now, as monsoon season is starting in Silver City, NM. The cover I ordered, size 30', does not fit our 29'-5" trailer with a spare tire. The tag on the cover states it's 30', but it's too small. I want to exchange it for a Mode 6, 33'. I will return the Mode 5 in the replacement box. One corner is damaged from the fitting attempt. The cover is under a two-year warranty, and I believe the manufacturer is at fault. Hello, I am Tamara B. I have been eagerly awaiting a package from Amazon that seems to have gone missing. In June, I ordered glasses stem ear covers to alleviate the discomfort on my ears. Regrettably, this item was not from Amazon directly, a mistake I won't repeat. I urgently need these glasses ear covers and am disappointed by the delay. I checked my order history today, July 7, only to discover that the item was supposedly delivered in June, which isn't accurate. Living in a rural area without nearby neighbors, missing deliveries is highly unlikely. I want to report a discrepancy with the delivery status. The seller was DNHCLL, and the order number is [redacted]-[redacted]. Despite them claiming it was left in the mailbox, I can confirm it wasn't received. I've had no luck canceling my order from Wunche for replacement clipper guards, despite multiple attempts and a phone call to Amazon. The order was significantly delayed, taking over 8 weeks to arrive. After trying to cancel, the package still showed up, but I no longer need it. When I asked for a return label and explained the situation, they suggested in an email that perhaps I had received it without realizing. I do not want the item; I simply want a refund.

Some months back, I attempted to buy toilet paper on Amazon. Although others were successful, I faced issues. After placing the order, I did not receive the usual notifications. Despite my lack of Prime membership previously not causing any problems, this time was different. Recently, I received a poorly packaged parcel without Amazon's usual identifiers. Inside, I discovered TEN very small rolls of toilet paper, much smaller than what I expected. To my surprise, the package was from China, which can sometimes lead to concerns about product quality. Upon inspecting the package, I noticed there was no indication of this transaction in my Amazon account.

I submitted a tax exemption request form as companies in Maryland engaged in research and development are usually exempt from sales taxes. However, when completing the Amazon tax exemption forms, they requested my 8-digit tax number, which I do not possess. In Maryland, the 8-digit number relates to collecting sales taxes rather than being exempt from them. The Amazon Prime account is under my wife's name, E. Tobin, and my recent order number is [redacted]-[redacted]. We inform other vendors of our tax-exempt status without a certificate or state-issued tax number, and most vendors acknowledge our exemption, resulting in no sales tax charges. Occasionally, we pay sales taxes and seek refunds at year-end, which can be costlier than the tax itself. I would appreciate any updates on the status of my exemption request. Thank you, Greg.

I previously used an HD Android camera AN98A with my Samsung Galaxy J3 phone, but after switching to a Samsung Galaxy A20, I'm facing connectivity issues due to the different USB connections. The J3 has a USB micro connection, while the A20 has a USB Type C connection. I need an OTG adapter with a USB Type C male to a USB Female micro connection. I haven't found the right adapter on Amazon yet. I found one on AliExpress but prefer ordering from Amazon. On July 4th, I placed an order for a Mi 20000mAh power bank and a Peon water filter cartridge together. The Mi power bank was delivered to my address on July 8th, but the water filter cartridge was not, with the reason stated as my address being "out of station." This is the second time this has occurred, and I am confused as to why one item was delivered to the same address while the other was not due to being "out of station." Could you please clarify this issue for me?
