I received an email offering me a $10 Amazon coupon for writing a positive review about their spin mop. I complied, but now the sender, Alex from [redacted], is asking for a screenshot of the review's content and date on the website. Despite sending the screenshot, I can't find my review when checking the product. The item details are: ORDER PLACED: June 11, [redacted], TOTAL: $40.84, SHIP TO: Lynne T., ORDER #: [redacted]-[redacted]. The product is the Aootek Upgraded Stainless Steel Deluxe [redacted] Spin Mop & Bucket Floor Cleaning System from Mixtele-US. I am wondering where my review went and if it's legitimate to provide an Amazon gift card for a positive review. Thank you.

Dear Customer Service, I want to report that order number: [redacted]-[redacted] for the 'Gent-X Piston compressor Nebulizer with complete kit' placed on March 11, [redacted], has not been delivered. Despite the website confirming delivery in the 'your orders' section, the product never arrived. We opted for a return, and the delivery person promised to collect it, but the status remains 'delivered' with no refund after 3 months. I have contacted customer care but have not received a response. As a loyal customer disappointed by this experience, I am considering giving a negative rating to the app and escalating the issue to consumer forums and social media.

I spoke with the intended elderly recipient and the front desk receptionist on duty at the time. The birthday gift item did not arrive as indicated in the tracking report ID TBA[redacted]01. The item was not recorded as received on June 8 at 4:44 p.m. or around that time. My order number is [redacted]-[redacted] for the hardcover book "What It's Like To Be A Bird," originally priced at $27.07. As of now, the price has increased to $31.50 plus tax. I am a Prime member. However, all Amazon phone lines do not accept calls and disconnect after a recorded message. I would like to replace the gift and have it shipped to my father, who specifically requested this item for his 92nd birthday on June 8 at the same New York address, which remains correct. I kindly request to do this with no additional cost. Please provide guidance on how to receive proper assistance from a representative. Thank you, JC in MA.

I have noticed that $14.03 has been deducted from my account every month since last August for a Prime subscription. I never applied for Prime, and even though I realized the charges today when my account was overdrawn, I have never used any Prime benefits like movies or videos. I've had this account for 30 years and never had any overdrafts until now. I request you to review your records and demonstrate to me that I actually signed up for Prime because I have no recollection of doing so. I have another account that my daughter uses for Prime, so it doesn't make sense for me to have my own subscription. I checked this morning and found I have never accessed any Prime services. I urgently need evidence of my supposed Prime subscription that I never knowingly signed up for.

On 6/21, an unauthorized purchase was made on my credit card through Amazon Prime. The transaction was for $13.08, and the last four digits of my credit card are [redacted]. I contacted Amazon Customer Service, who then directed me to their Tech Service team for further assistance. I spoke with a representative named Steve Walker at Amazon (Phone: [redacted] ext [redacted]) and received Case #[redacted]. Steve Walker asked for remote access to my computer to investigate the issue related to the unauthorized purchase. However, after a few minutes, he advised me to purchase a McAfee program for $[redacted]/year to fix my computer. I declined as the issue originated from an Amazon Prime account, not my computer. After he returned control of my computer, it displayed an error, and I had to seek external repair for $[redacted].50. I believe Amazon should reimburse this cost as their website's security was compromised.

A few months back, I sent a check for $[redacted], with a note at the bottom indicating it was for my Prime membership. I got married and divorced in [redacted], changing my name from Gloria Cook to Gloria Huskey and now back to Gloria Oneil. Even though my checks still have the Huskey name, it is not linked to his account. I see I am being charged $14.95 per month again for Prime, which I had paid for in the past. I reside at [redacted] Tumbleweed Trail, Knoxville, Tennessee, while he lives at [redacted] Mcphearson Lane, Sevierville, TN. We have separated our accounts, so please rectify this issue. Thank you.

I recently received a call regarding a $39.99 membership fee. The caller requested I fill out a form on my computer to cancel the membership and submit a $40.00 refund. Unfortunately, the amount was altered to $[redacted], and they threatened to charge me for this amount. After a confusing conversation with multiple individuals, I realized it was a scam. I prevented any further actions by deleting the links they had added to my computer. This was a concerning experience, and I advise others to be cautious of similar fraudulent activities. It's crucial to report these incidents to prevent others from falling victim to such scams.

Hello, I placed an order on May 6th for 50 Pieces of Face Cover Hygiene and Protection from seller HuldaqueenCA. Originally, the delivery was expected by May 25th. However, it did not arrive. The new estimated delivery date of June 18th has also passed with no sign of the package. After reaching out to the seller and being asked to wait an additional 7 days until June 29th, I am still without the masks. If they do not arrive by then, I kindly request a refund. I would like to bring to your attention some concerns with my recent orders. I bought a total of 3 water lawn pressure units with backpacks. The first unit arrived without proper packaging, and the brass fitting was damaged due to the lack of protection. The second unit was delayed and upon arrival seemed tampered with, possibly delivered to the wrong address. The package was open and badly damaged, with no proof of delivery from UPS. The third unit was carelessly packaged, already showing damage on the top corner. This type of service is unacceptable. I have always had good experiences with Amazon, but this situation is frustrating. I now need to return all three units and still purchase a new one. Due to health concerns and time constraints, I request a complimentary UPS pickup service or for Amazon to cover the cost if charged. I also ask for prompt refunds for all three units. Returning them is a challenge due to health concerns and work commitments. I request a UPS pickup for the returns free of charge and prompt refunds for all three units. If these terms are not met, I may have to reconsider shopping with Amazon in the future.

I am having trouble with Amazon's authentication on my PC. It keeps prompting me for verification but my phone is broken, and I cannot receive the code. Meanwhile, I was supposed to have two return packages collected two days ago but no one arrived on Monday or Tuesday. I have evidence of a conversation with an Amazon Customer Service representative confirming that I would not be charged for the two items. Additionally, I am unable to track a third item that is on its way.

I'm having trouble logging into my account on my PC because it's not recognizing my computer. Despite using this PC for the past 2 years, the system is asking for "Authentication required" and only shows options to send a code to my phone number, which is broken. I had ordered 2 defective phones, each over $[redacted], and arranged for them to be picked up by UPS for return and a refund. When nobody came as planned on Monday, an Amazon customer service representative named Mary assured me in a chat that I wouldn't be charged twice and that the order returns were in process. I have screenshots of our conversation and her promises. I wish there was an option to receive the code via email instead, which I can access easily.

Hello, I wanted to share my recent shopping experience during the pandemic. I placed an order with Amazon for bulk items to reduce risks and maintain safety. My order included 4 units of 2L Ariel Matic washing machine liquid, 2 sets of Colgate Max toothpaste (150g each), and 1.5L of Savlon Liquid. I paid in advance for quicker delivery. However, upon delivery, I received completely wrong items with the weight listed as 12.65 kgs, but the actual package weighed 7.[redacted] kgs. When I contacted the delivery outlet, they mentioned they hadn't weighed the box before delivering. I am attaching pictures of the received items and the package's actual weight for your reference. I placed an order on May 26th with Order ID: [redacted]-[redacted], expecting delivery by June 8th. The seller's responses have been frustrating, asking for the order ID repeatedly despite it being provided. The order was for a Max Tech digital thermometer, costing [redacted] INR, with all details available in the email. The lack of customer service is disappointing, and I hope Amazon can intervene before losing a satisfied customer.

I recently made a purchase on Amazon that was supposed to arrive in a few days.
