return merchandise ... I ordered hair clippers on May ** with a June * promise of delivery. On June ** Amazon advised that I could apply for a refund but they foisted me off to the supplier Chicago*Store who did not reply. The clippers arrived on June ** and I am trying to return them but the supplier hasn't responded. I have stopped payment to Amazon.*How do I return the clippers, Amazon should send me a pre-paid address label so that I can return the clippers.
Amazon has not helped. Amazon relies on their automated system which doesn't cover this issue
