We disputed a payment and now want to make payment to settle the dispute.*On the charge-back alert I followed the instructions and gave the last two digits of my credit card two different times. The last time was four days ago.*My account is still locked and we cannot get in to purchase anything. We have spent thousands of dollars in the last two months with your company because we are building a guest house and buying products to fill it. This is not a good way to treat a long time customer. The transaction was for $***.** on april **nd. The order ID: ***-*******-*******. Purchase ID: ***-*******-*******. Please have an English speaking person call: ***-***-**** immediately. You should be ashamed at the way you are treating the elderly.

GetHuman-jaeckel did not yet indicate what Amazon should do to make this right.
