Also I purchased a DVD on **** for $ *.** ( last part of order * was ******* that was Amazon combined with a SEPARATE book s order in an oversize, loose package that broke the case and severely damaged the disc. CALLED AMAZON CUSTOMER SERVICE SEVERAL TIMES (***-***-****) BUT THE RECORDING WON'T ALLOW TALKING TO A CS REPRESENTATIVE
