I purchased a Quiktent thinking it was from Amazon, but it turned out to be from Brandline. After encountering a small rainstorm, the tent broke and had two holes. I reached out to the seller who agreed to replace the canopy. However, I misunderstood a message from Amazon about returning it first. I mistakenly sent it back to Exchange Logistics with their label. Upon re-reading the email, I realized I was supposed to contact the seller before returning the item. I am worried about being out $[redacted] plus the $55 postage fee. I've tried calling but haven't been successful. I'm feeling confused as I believed I was buying from Amazon. Good afternoon, I would like to address a concern regarding my account with your company. I am writing from San Felipe, Venezuela. I have been trying to reach out to you for several days regarding an issue I am experiencing with my account. Every customer service representative who has assisted me has been kind and tried to help, but I have not been successful in resolving my situation. I am having trouble accessing my account due to forgetting my password. When I try to log in on the Amazon website, I enter my email address but cannot input my password due to the aforementioned issue. I then click on "Forgot your password?" and enter my email again to receive an access code, which is sent to verify my account. However, during the security question to confirm my identity, I am asked for the phone number ending in 58, which I do not recall as it was stolen and is no longer in my possession. Additionally, I need to update my personal information as I have funds in my Giscard card and wish to make purchases. I have been unable to contact customer service via phone. I encountered complications trying to update my Amazon Prime account from my work email to my personal email since I lost my job due to Covid-19. Amazon claimed my personal email was previously associated with an account, despite me not recalling any such connection. Consequently, they wiped my purchase history and had me set up a new account with my personal email. Now, when attempting to add my phone number, I'm told it's linked to another account. This situation is frustrating as I cannot place any orders, all while still being charged for Prime. Customer support hasn't been accessible for further assistance. As a recently laid-off individual, this whole experience with Amazon is beyond unacceptable. I urge them to rectify this issue promptly.

I am experiencing an issue with my Amazon delivery of 4 Kiss nail glues. The tracking shows they were delivered, but I have not received them. At the specified delivery time, we were home, and after reviewing our security cameras, no delivery person was seen. I have been eagerly awaiting the package and even checked footage from surrounding days without luck. I did receive another product around that time, leading me to believe the nail glue may have been delivered to the wrong address. I kindly request assistance in locating my nail glue as I and my granddaughter are in need of it. On May 8, I returned two TWBB 3 Pack Face Cloth Covers to UPS for shipment, Order# [redacted]-[redacted]. I packed them in a sealed plastic bag; however, you only received one and claim the other is missing. It's baffling to me how they could have been separated when sent together. On June 13, I received an email from you regarding the missing item and the potential charge of $17.04 if not found by June 23. Similarly, on May 11, I returned 3PCS Unisex items to UPS in a sealed bag, Order# [redacted]-[redacted], and encountered the same issue. One item went missing in transit, although they were packaged together. On June 15, I received a notification about the missing product and the possibility of being charged $21.74 if it is not located by June 25. I believe it is UPS's responsibility to account for the missing items, and I appreciate your attention to resolving this issue.

I have been struggling to unlock my Amazon account. Despite sending multiple emails, I received either no response or just an automated one. Attempts to call were unsuccessful as the call center is closed due to COVID-19. I have tried to reset my password by requesting an OTP numerous times, but after entering my full name as it appears on my Amazon account, I am redirected to a non-existent page. Unfortunately, I can't use Amazon chat without being logged in, creating a frustrating loop. This issue arose after being overcharged for a recent Amazon purchase, leading me to involve my bank and have my debit card cancelled. Although I was refunded for the overcharges, my account has been inaccessible for nearly four months. Furthermore, a bicycle ordered for my son in March has not been delivered as of June, complicating matters further. I am keen to resolve these issues once I regain access to my account.

I ordered the 2 Pack Alumilite Amazing Clear Coat Resin 16oz boxes on June 8, [redacted] for $32.99. The package arrived on June 12, [redacted] with two damaged 8oz boxes instead of the 16oz ones I ordered. After cleaning the spilled resin, I confirmed my original order was for 16oz boxes. I contacted customer service, and a helpful representative instructed me to keep the 8oz boxes, refunded my credit card, and issued a gift card for a new order. She promised a replacement of the 16oz boxes at no charge. I'm now wondering if the second order has been processed and when I can expect to receive it. Thank you!

I tried to order 3 items - Ayur moisturizer, rubber bands, and a headphone, but the site wants me to update my address. I have successfully ordered from Grofers and Bigbasket before, receiving deliveries even during this period. Why is Amazon not accepting my order? I would appreciate a call to discuss the issue. Hello, I am having trouble accessing my Amazon account because the system is trying to send a verification to two old mobile phones. I recently changed my phone and now I cannot log in. The customer support line seems to be unavailable at this time, so I cannot get help over the phone. I have tried various methods to try and resolve this without success. Order # [redacted]-[redacted] was placed on the 11th with overnight shipping paid for. The order is still not received, although the status was updated to "Delayed, not yet shipped." Although the item was in stock when purchased, it was delayed, unlike a similar order placed by the wife. Attempts to cancel were unsuccessful as it was supposedly shipped, even though the status still says "Delayed, not yet shipped." Eventually, Amazon notified the shipping and a partial refund for shipping was processed but not reflected in the bank account. UPS also indicated delivery issues. The customer now wishes to cancel the order.

I have returned an item to Amazon with the tracking order number 1Z9E[redacted][redacted]. Amazon acknowledged receiving the return on May 8, [redacted], at 11 p.m. in Hebron, KY. Despite the proof of delivery confirming the return arrival on that date, Amazon has mistakenly charged me $42.75, claiming they have not received the return. I have been unsuccessful in reaching Amazon via phone, so this is my third attempt to communicate digitally. I kindly request a refund of the erroneous charge. Thank you for your assistance.

I have not received the chair I ordered. UPS created a tracking label but no progress has been made. UPS directed me to Amazon, Amazon directed me to Balance From. Unfortunately, BalanceFrom is not responding, and Amazon's automated customer support is unable to resolve the issue of my lost or undelivered item. They are requiring the return of the product for a refund, but I cannot contact anyone for assistance. There seems to be a lack of customer service available to help in this situation. It is frustrating; I just want the item I purchased or a refund. My Amazon.com order number is #[redacted]-[redacted].

On April 3, [redacted], I placed an order for 50 pieces of Disp PROPTMASK PRODELI 3 LAYERS, with tracking number YT[redacted][redacted] sold by WEIJD. The order total was $28.98 with shipping costs of $59.78. However, as of today, June 15, [redacted], I have yet to receive my order. Despite my weekly messages, I keep receiving the same response that a decision has not been made regarding a refund. This situation is unacceptable. I recently purchased the new iPhone SE and installed the Kindle app. When attempting to synchronize my phone with my Kindle library and devices, my iPhone is displaying zero books in my library. Despite downloading 9-10 books on my phone, following online reset instructions caused me to lose them. Furthermore, the books downloaded on my phone are not visible in my Kindle library on my Kindle Fire 8HD. Despite seeking assistance from Best Buy and the iPhone store, as well as researching online, I have been unable to resolve the synchronization issue for my Kindle app across devices. Access to my Kindle library is crucial for my travel needs, so any guidance would be appreciated.

I placed an order with Amazon for a battery-operated fan (#[redacted] [redacted]) scheduled for delivery on 6/16/20. Despite receiving an email claiming the package was delivered and signed for by "Williams" at 10:50 am, I never received it. After a frustrating hour-long call with UPS, they acknowledged it was delivered to the wrong address. They promised a follow-up call and email from customer service which never arrived. When I called back today, I was directed to file a claim. During the claim process, I was asked for the shipper's contact information in Fresno, California, which I don't possess. The package was wrongly delivered to UPS's location in Earth City, Mo. I believe a replacement fan should be sent without me having to trace the original one. I requested to speak to a supervisor but have been on hold for 45 minutes without any assistance.

I ordered a Sandisk SSD Plus for $[redacted].99 using my gift card balance and Amazon rewards card with [redacted] points. I realized I had the wrong shipping address, so I cancelled the order. When I tried to reorder with the correct address, my reward points were gone. I didn't complete the purchase, so the points should still be there. Now, my [redacted] points are missing. I saw an ad on Facebook for a sock shoe due to my arthritis, I needed something soft for my swollen feet. The image showed a sock attached to a solid base. However, the product I received was the wrong size and not as advertised in the picture. I ordered through a Facebook ad to be charged by a company, but was charged by an individual, and the package arrived from an Amazon fulfillment center. I am unsure how to resolve this issue as the item does not match what I expected. I am not sure if this is a scam or if I should contact Amazon since it was fulfilled by them.

I received an email alert on Sunday, June 14th, informing me that my account's email address was changed from a new device in China. This was not me, and I immediately contacted Amazon by phone. I spoke with a representative to report the situation since I can no longer access my account with the email I've used for 10 years. I was informed that Amazon would investigate and get back to me. However, I have not received any updates and I'm concerned about the status of my account. I have taken precautions by closing the bank accounts linked to my Amazon account. Unfortunately, I am unable to check for any fraudulent orders as I cannot access my account.
