i ordered quiktent -i thought it was an amazon product*it was a product from brandline- it was delivered- we had a small rrain storm- tent broke on one side and there were * small holes in tent*iwrote seller and they want to replac the canopy - i got a email from amazon saying i coould return it- i didnt read the message thoroughly - where it said to contact seller first.* i sent it to exchange logistics with your label - then came home and read your email more closely and realized i was to contact the seller again-*now i dont know what will happen- and i will be out ***.** and the **.** i had to pay postage- i am so confused about this -as i thought i was buying something from amazon- i have tried to ta*lk to someone on the phone- but they aren 't doing it now- please respond to this email and let me know if there is anything i can do now to get my refund on tent from seller thank you . sincerely, marge mitcham
