My return status on your website shows that it still is in transit.*UPS code *Z**Y*V***********. The items where received on separate dates. I waited for second to arrive to make the return together. Your status report shows one item complete, the second as in transit now you sent a reminder for the one in transit. How can that be I returned them together?*got separated after I dropped it off at UPS store. Please find the item in your return warehouse or bill me again. I await your response.
