You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.

Good afternoon I have been charged * different fees within the last week. I want full reimbursements of all these charges that will not authorized by me. My Prime membership is incident with my phone plan but yet I was charged I need to speak with someone to make sure that these charges are not we are currently I have a total of approximately $*** that needs to be refunded to my account immediately!
GetHuman-ladydai did not yet indicate what Amazon should do to make this right.
