Hello, I hope you're having a good day. I recently purchased a 55-inch TV from Amazon. I'm a bit disappointed because the delivery was scheduled for today, but it seems that there was an error with the delivery service, and the TV will not be at my house for another two days. If I decide to cancel the order, when can I purchase another one? I returned a TV for being the wrong size on May 27, [redacted], and was told to wait for two weeks for a refund. I'm considering whether Amazon can offer me the same model from a different seller. If not, I will explore other options. Thank you.

I believe I may have been a victim of fraud. My name is Marcia Turner from El Paso, Texas. Although I don't have my own Amazon account, my adult children in Tucson, Arizona have received two unordered packages from Amazon recently. After speaking with Amazon, they linked the packages to a Mobile account under the name Marcia Turner with phone number [redacted], which is actually my landline. The packages were sent to Matthew and Karen Roberts at [redacted] Magnolia, Tucson, Arizona [redacted]. Additionally, there are five unfamiliar charges on our American Express ending in [redacted], ranging from May 19th to June 7th. These charges don't show up on my husband's Amazon account associated with [redacted] It appears someone has used my personal information to create this fraudulent account. I request that this unauthorized account be closed as I am not involved in its setup.

I purchased 3 grab bars for my new shower - two 18" and one 24". Unfortunately, the 24" bar arrived with a chip in the finish, and one of the 18" bars is all scratched up. I followed the replacement instructions, and UPS will be picking them up. I received a phone confirmation that replacements will be sent on Saturday, 6/13. However, they are sending me black ones instead of bronze. I tried to send a message to correct this but I am unsure if it went through as it didn't go to a phone number. As I have a flip phone, I am not familiar with this process. I urgently need the correct bars as the contractor is here. I attempted to contact customer service but had no success. Any help from Amazon would be appreciated. The message was sent to [redacted].

I recently received an email claiming to be from Amazon stating that there is a hold on my account due to billing information discrepancies. The email requests me to update my information, including my social security number. The email goes on to mention that failure to verify my details within 12 hours will result in my account being permanently locked. It also includes a link to supposedly unlock my account. I'm concerned about the legitimacy of this email. It's crucial to stay vigilant against potential fraud attempts.

I am reaching out regarding my account that was recently placed on temporary hold due to suspicious activity. The problem arose from a friend who had his credit card linked to my Amazon account for occasional orders. Unbeknownst to us, my own card, associated with digital services and monthly Prime payments, was deactivated by my bank because of a data breach. Consequently, Amazon started charging these services to my friend's Discover card. He didn't recognize these charges, leading to a dispute and funds being withdrawn by Discover. Amazon then closed my account due to this perceived "suspicious activity." My friend has resolved the issues with Discover, and the refunded charges should reflect on my account. However, I am facing difficulties accessing my account. When prompted to verify, the OTP text isn't reaching my phone to input the code. I need assistance to resolve this matter promptly and regain access to my Amazon services. Thank you for your help. - Brian

I am having trouble logging in to my account. I am unable to reset my password. I believe the email I received might be a phishing attempt. It is as follows: Subject: Account Security Hello, Your Amazon account and pending orders have been put on hold due to a mismatch in billing information provided with the card issuer's records. To resolve this, please verify your billing details including name, address, and telephone number linked to your payment card. Update any recent changes with the card issuer as needed. Verify Now » Failure to complete this verification within 3 days will result in order cancellations and restricted account access until resolved. Please refrain from creating new accounts as it may cause order delays. Thank you for your cooperation. Sincerely, Amazon Services I also experienced a login attempt from Jakarta, Indonesia, prompting me to change my password. Despite this, no suspicious charges were made on my Chase credit card. Could my account be blocked due to unauthorized access? How can I address this issue? Best regards, J.A.G.

I recently made purchases using both my Amazon Chase Visa card and my Discover card for seeds and books, but the charges appeared on both cards due to my Discover card information being saved in the Amazon system. Discover promptly reached out to Chase regarding the duplicate charges, but Chase has not responded yet. The current Chase bill shows a charge of $12.53, which includes a $0.15 finance fee. Due to the confusion, I held off on paying $12.38 from the previous month. Now, Chase is threatening a $39.00 past due fee unless paid by 6/28/20. Frustrated by the lack of communication and accessible customer service from Chase and Amazon, I reluctantly made a payment of $10.59, subtracting a $1.94 credit. Despite the issues, Discover has been helpful and responsive throughout. Once this is resolved, I plan to cancel my Amazon Visa card.

Dear community members, I have been a loyal Amazon Prime member for quite some time, but recently I encountered a frustrating issue with a few of my orders. Order number [redacted]-[redacted] was placed on March 24th with an expected delivery date between May 5th and May 27th. It is now June 11th, and I have not received the package. Despite contacting the seller twice, I was informed that the package was lost, and they are unwilling to provide a refund. Additionally, order number [redacted]-[redacted], placed on the same day with a similar delivery window, faces the same issue. I have made it clear to the seller that I do not require these items anymore and simply want a refund. Another order, number [redacted]-[redacted], had a delivery window of April 14th to May 4th, but I only received the poor-quality product on June 8th, after the return/refund period had expired. I kindly request assistance in resolving these matters promptly. Sincerely, OJ.

On May 12th, I emailed you about processing unlimited music for the account ending in [redacted]. There was a $13.87 charge taken out of my son's account (William C.) that needs to be credited back. I can't see that account on file now, so please credit it. I also noticed you've been charging me $13.87 for Amazon Prime, which I didn't sign up for. Please credit this to his CC# ending in [redacted]. I recently placed an order using CC# [redacted]. Please issue all credits to this credit card. In April, I didn't have a credit card on file due to fraud, which prevented me from continuing to get unlimited music for $4.99, yet now I'm being charged $13.87 a month for something I didn't agree to. I request to have the unlimited music back at $4.99 a month.

On May 6th, I purchased a massage chair from the Cavalier Store on Amazon with order number [redacted]-[redacted]. The expected delivery dates changed multiple times, causing delays. After numerous attempts to contact the company, I was given promises of delivery on June 2nd, which did not happen. The tracking number indicated discrepancies, and following a long wait, I lodged a complaint with Amazon on June 3rd for a refund of $[redacted]. Despite being told of a decision within a week, as of today, June 11th, I have yet to receive any update from Amazon. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I have been locked out of my Amazon account for two weeks. I contacted customer service, and after speaking with a representative, I was informed the issue would be resolved in 24 to 48 hours. It has been almost a week now, and my account remains locked. The reason for my account being locked was due to suspicious charges on a credit card I had cancelled. I discovered that the charges listed from "AMAZON BOOK STORE" were not books but rather various other items I did order. During a chat with a representative, I learned that Amazon charged a different card without notifying me. This led to confusion with the original card issuer, who marked the charges as fraudulent. Despite following the instructions in an email to provide new payment information, my account remains locked, and I have not received any communication from Amazon. As a long-time and frequent Amazon customer, I am frustrated with the lack of resolution and the impact it has on my daily life, such as running out of essential items for my pets and struggling to water my garden manually due to a delayed hose delivery. This situation is unprecedented as I have never encountered being locked out of my account before.

My return was handled by UPS store #[redacted] in Florham Park, NJ on Monday. Unfortunately, the agent did not remove the original label when processing the return, causing the package to be sent back to the sender. The package containing the KOHROS square polystyrene wall mirror bound for James Pefanis at 6 Warren Dr in Morristown, NJ is now in limbo or lost. Despite contacting UPS, I was informed that only Amazon can initiate the claim process. The tracking number for the return is 1Z9E[redacted][redacted], with the order #[redacted]-[redacted] costing $62.91. This was a replacement order due to receiving the incorrect mirror size twice. I seek assistance in resolving this issue promptly. Thank you, Peter Pefanis.

On April 23, I contacted Amazon to request a refund for an item purchased for my 92-year-old mother. I had a conversation with a person claiming to be from Amazon who suggested refunding the money to my Citibank account. However, upon checking my account, I discovered four unauthorized transactions through Zelle that withdrew a total of $[redacted].00. The transactions involved $[redacted].00, $[redacted].00, and $[redacted].00 to individuals named Rodney Burns and Karl Burns, whom I do not know. I am unfamiliar with Zelle and never authorized these payments. I attempted to reach out to Amazon, but they have blocked my number. I am a retired 69-year-old with MS, and I cannot afford this financial loss. I urgently need assistance to resolve this issue.

My Amazon Prime trial membership was supposed to end today. I visited Amazon.com today to cancel it because I recently lost my temporary part-time job on Friday. Due to my current unemployment, I cannot afford any monthly charges for an account or purchases on Amazon right now. However, Amazon has still charged me $12.99 today. I urgently need a refund of the $12.99, as it is all the money I have in my bank account at the moment. I attempted to contact Amazon via phone, but only got a recording stating they are unavailable. I also tried their live chat, but it was not functional. At this time, I am unable to reach Amazon directly, but I am in desperate need of a refund due to my financial situation.

I recently received a phone call on my landline from a recording claiming to be Amazon about a purchase I didn't make. The caller ID showed "Amazon" and displayed a customer support number of [redacted]. The message instructed me to press #1 or wait for a representative, but since it was a recorded message, I couldn't respond. When I attempted to call the customer service number, I only reached a recording stating they couldn't take calls due to Covid-19. I couldn't find a way to speak with a live person over the phone or through the Help section on their webpage. I'm considering checking for a chat option, but I doubt one exists. I suggest Amazon updates their contact information to inform customers there is no live phone service available and no option to leave a message. It would be helpful if Get Human can provide another phone number.

I placed an order today and received a notification stating it was paid for. However, I then received a text instructing me to open my Cash App, which I did not use for payment; I used my debit card instead. When I tried to rectify the issue, I noticed the incorrect amount listed as $[redacted].44 when it should be $[redacted].69. I suspect a scam as the email and text were linked to my other Gmail account with the wrong amount. I have verified with Amazon that everything on their end is correct. I unwittingly opened the email associated with the incorrect amount before realizing it was a phishing attempt. I am concerned and seek guidance from Amazon on how to report this issue effectively, as I am cautious about further email attachments linked to my Amazon account. Thank you for your help. - Mary G.

I am requesting a refund from Amazon and lodging a complaint against the seller for misrepresentation and tampering. ORDER # [redacted]-[redacted].
