I noticed two pending charges on my Amazon credit card from June 8th and June 9th for the following transactions: - Amazon Retail WA Seattle $13.56 - Amazon Prime Cons WA Seattle $[redacted].18 These charges are still pending even though I have already returned the Intex pool cover and received a credit for it. I did not order anything else, so I am confused as to why these charges are showing up as pending.

I purchased face masks from China. The delivery was delayed three times, and the tracking did not update for over six weeks. As a result, I requested and received a refund. Surprisingly, the package arrived a few days later. Now the seller wants me to return it directly without involving Amazon. I asked for a pre-paid mailer, but they suggested I send it back and they would cover the shipping costs afterward. I'm hesitant to proceed as their reliability is now in question. Any suggestions on how to handle this situation?

I need to return the blood pressure monitor once more. The initial one was faulty, and the replacement is also defective. I am having trouble selecting the "return by using UPS with just a code" option. I prefer not to have to package it up and attach a return label, as the previous return process did not require this. Earlier today at 11:00 AM, I received a call claiming to be from Amazon stating that my Prime subscription is expiring soon and $39 will be charged to my credit card. The recorded message advised me to press one to speak to a representative or cancel the subscription. However, when I pressed one, the call got disconnected. I want to clarify that I do not have a Prime subscription and should not be charged for anything on my credit card. Thank you.

I received a call from phone number ([redacted]} [redacted] regarding a $[redacted] Amazon order that I did not place. After checking my account, I found no orders pending for me or my sister, who shares the same address and phone number. The only charge on my Amazon card is around $[redacted] for the Seattle Opera. I noticed a charge on our account for an Amazon video on June 7, [redacted], titled "The Call of the Wild," which we did not order. The order number is D01-[redacted]-[redacted]. It's just my wife and me at home, and we haven't had any visitors since February. We are both in our 70s. Could you please credit our account for the unauthorized $5.99 charge? I placed an order with the number ORDER # [redacted]-[redacted] which included 3 items: 2 bracelets and a dog collar. The tracking information shows that it was delivered, but I have not received it. It says the package was left in my mailbox, but the items are too large to fit. In the past, my orders were delivered to the wrong address with opened packages. I need these items replaced promptly. I'm considering canceling my Prime membership and not ordering from your company again due to these issues. I live in an area where package theft is a concern, and I take precautions to prevent it. When a delivery doesn't make it to my house, it's frustrating. These items were intended as gifts, and now I face a delay. I would appreciate knowing how long it will take to receive replacements and if I can speak with a customer service representative.

Unfortunately, the delivery address was missing in the app. I had a frustrating experience when the delivery person called for directions but never arrived. The issue was with the delivery service, not the address. I am extremely disappointed with this consecutive letdown from Amazon. I feel it's unacceptable to have inaccurate information on the app. As a result, I have decided not to order from Amazon anymore. This experience has left me feeling very dissatisfied, especially since I had already paid for the order.

I have had difficulty reaching Amazon by phone recently, and it has been disappointing. I am a frequent Amazon customer, especially during Covid-19, and I would appreciate being able to speak with a live person rather than communicating only through email. Today, I received a suspicious call regarding a low-priced iPhone purchase supposedly made by Timothy, Maryann, or David Crawford from Jackson, WY. The call offered to connect me to Amazon if I pressed 1, leading me to speak with someone hard to understand amidst background noise. Unfortunately, I was unable to confirm the call's legitimacy with Amazon customer service since I couldn't reach them by phone. The call came from Princeton, according to the caller ID on our landline. I recently received an email from Amazon informing me that my Prime membership payment was declined and will not renew. I am confused by this message as I have never set up any membership payment with Amazon. I am requesting a customer service representative to contact me at [redacted] to clarify this issue. I am concerned about any negative impact on my credit score due to this error. While I have made occasional purchases on Amazon in the past, the last transaction was more than two years ago. I have been trying to contact Amazon Prime and Amazon digital because I have been charged for both these services monthly without my knowledge. I did not intentionally order these services, and if I did, it was accidental. Please remove these services from my account. I have a different Amazon account for the USB firestick. I placed an order online and paid using UPI through Google Pay. The delivery was taking too long so I canceled the order. Amazon is indicating they refunded the money through UPI, but I haven't received it yet. I have all the necessary evidence. It's possible they may have sent the refund to the wrong UPI account. I had a similar situation before where I canceled an order and the refund was quick. This time, it has been over 10 hours and I am still waiting for the refund. I need assistance in getting my money back from Amazon.

I made a purchase on Sunday, June 7th, and the website indicated I had sufficient credit for the payment. Today, I received what appears to be a scam email stating my order was not shipped, instructing me to follow a link which led to a suspicious red screen. When I tried calling customer service, I couldn't reach a real person after trying several numbers. The website doesn't show my package as being sent or any issues. This is the third time during the pandemic that I've ordered items and none have arrived. I'm nearly 78 years old and Amazon claims to assist the elderly, so how old do you need to be for them to consider you elderly? I would appreciate it if my mask order could be processed soon. I've had to request masks three times already. I'll be forwarding the suspected scam email for review. The purchase was supposed to be deducted from my Amazon credit.

Hello, my name is Pearlie T. I received an email about a fraudulent purchase on an Amazon account not linked to me. I spoke to a person claiming to be from Amazon's Fraudulent Team over the phone, sounding Asian. I suspect this interaction is a scam, as the individual requested Money Card transactions to halt the fraudulent activity on the account not associated with me.

I was attempting to enroll in the discounted Prime membership for Medicaid customers. Instead of the advertised fee of $5.99 per month, I was charged the regular yearly fee of $[redacted] and a monthly fee of $12.99. I received an email from Amazon on April 30, [redacted], notifying me of a request to change my account to a 2-step login process. I did not make this request and now find myself unable to access my account without the second step security code they provided. Additionally, I have received an unordered shipment, emails regarding a new Student Prime account (which I do not have), and an email stating that my account is linked to a company credit card. I am unable to contact Amazon via email as it requires access to my inaccessible account, and all the phone numbers I have tried seem to be unreachable due to the coronavirus situation. I suspect this may be the beginning of some fraudulent activity and urge Amazon to address this issue promptly before it escalates into a significant problem.

Order # [redacted][redacted] I recently purchased multiple items, including 4 Usi Electronic smoke detectors. Unfortunately, 2 of them have already failed. I had to hire a handyman to check, and he confirmed that they are defective and cannot be fixed. As a Prime member who is elderly and disabled, having functional smoke detectors is essential for my safety. I am disappointed that they failed after just 6 months. I'm hoping for a prompt resolution to this issue and believe the supplier should be informed. Please address this matter as soon as possible.

I suspect my account has been compromised. I received a call from someone claiming to be from Amazon saying there was a suspicious $[redacted] iPhone purchase attempt on my account. The caller, who was difficult to understand due to speaking quickly and having a foreign accent, wanted access to my computer and asked for my credit card details. Concerned, I quickly closed my computer to block him out. I am considering changing my account number for safety. How should I go about doing this? The phone number displayed on my caller ID was [redacted]. The caller disconnected as soon as I shut down my computer.
