You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.

My husband and I have different last names and email accounts. We've had an amazon prime account for several*years.Under my name. My husband received a gift card from his family on his email *****@***.com. So we started a new account for him in order to cash the gift card. It came with the prime membership trial for $*.**, which we didn't want. Because of COVID ** we were unable to reach you by phone. Please reimburse us for the $*.** trial offer and*also take off the recent charge of $**.** that I see on my credit card statement that already has the charge to our household for $**.**(my account). I will also contact my bank if I don't hear back promptly from you. Thank you, Jackie Gzsanka*Because of COVID**
