You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.
The issue in GetHuman-mscialdo's own words
Charges made on ****** for $**.** and ****** for $**.** which I did not make. I received text messages but no email message. Checked with my email provider and no filters or other changes made to my email settings. It looks like they have gotten access to my credit card listed on Amazon. Can you stop them making these purchases.*More charges being made even though I removed my credit card. I don't know what to ask you to do. How are they charging my card when it is gone. Plus no email notifications from Amazon. They are smarter than the system it seems. The only reason I know is that I get text messages.

GetHuman-mscialdo did not yet indicate what Amazon should do to make this right.
