I have been trying for weeks to log into amazon to place three items that are in my shopping cart* for some reason unable to continuing ordering amazon products. I tried many times to log into amazon by entering special characters as they appear on the screen still no luck. i do not remember my password - amazon continues to send a OTP number to my email to entered as my password still unable to log into amazon and I am not able to contact anyone at amazon company by phone.
