You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.

Order * ***-*******-******* I am being charged for this shirt, and I have returned it. I ordered another shirt at the same time, and I had to send both back because they didn't match a skirt I already had. I placed BOTH shirts in the same package - I didn't know I couldn't do that when returning since they both went back to Amazon. I PROMISE I returned the shirt! I am being charged over $** for a shirt I DO NOT HAVE. If you check my records, I have always been a faithful and honest customer. PLZ refund!
