I purchased an American Eagle phone case for my Moto G7 Power. Despite the delivery confirmation stating it was left in a secure place, the package was not on my doorstep when I got home on a rainy and windy day. I checked with neighbors, but no luck. The company won't refund me until I return the product, but I never received it. Fedex attempted to leave a return label, but it fell off my door. I need help getting a refund as I cannot return an item I never got.

Hello, I am having trouble accessing my Kindle account on Amazon. I tried to log in to read a book, but it required an authentication code to be sent to my email. However, my email linked to the account has been disabled due to inactivity (I recently moved) for over six months now. As a result, I am unable to receive the OTP needed to regain access to my account. I am worried about losing access to my extensive collection of books. Whenever Amazon delivers an order, it's consistently sent to 33 Oak St., Trenton, NJ [redacted], instead of the correct address at Robbinsville, NJ [redacted]. This issue has occurred five times already, causing me to waste time and experience delays while it's being sorted out. Today, once again, the delivery is marked as completed, but I've checked and it isn't at my doorstep. Additionally, it seems like the same front door picture is being used for each delivery. Having been assured multiple times that this problem would be fixed, I've taken the initiative to update my zip code with the extra four digits to prevent further errors. Please ensure that this order is delivered correctly this time. I've noticed that using an alternate delivery service doesn't encounter the same issues.

I recently changed my password but I'm still unable to access my account. I've been a long-time customer. Unfortunately, someone in California used my credit card, prompting me to order a replacement card. While waiting for it, I'm using my husband's card with a different password. The bank and account remain the same. I'd greatly appreciate a call from customer service for assistance. I recently ordered two large print books, *The Testaments* and *Where the Crawdads Sing*, from Amazon. Upon receiving them on May 4, [redacted], I found that they were not the large print editions I needed. I returned both books in the original package via UPS from Bay St. Louis, MS on May 11, [redacted]. Tracking shows that Amazon received *Where the Crawdads Sing* on May 18, [redacted] ($10.28) and *The Testaments* on May 20, [redacted] ($18.33). It seems odd that they were received on different dates considering they were sent back together. It's now May 30, [redacted], and I have not yet received a refund. I would appreciate an update on the status of my refund. Thank you.

I purchased a pair of speakers on March 4, [redacted], and unfortunately, they stopped working around May 24. After contacting the seller, I was informed that the refund period had expired. However, when speaking with an Amazon representative over the phone, I was advised that due to current circumstances, a refund could be issued. Several days later, I received a notification from Amazon that a refund was being processed. Suddenly, I then received a request to return the item through the A to Z program. As a disabled veteran who heavily relies on Amazon for 90% of my purchases, I was under the impression the matter was resolved. It's disheartening to be told conflicting information from both Amazon and the seller. I seek a final resolution as being held accountable for a product that only lasted 60 days without a refund goes against my experience with Amazon. I kindly request a callback to clarify this matter as soon as possible. Thank you.

I am extremely disappointed by the lack of responsibility shown by one of your delivery drivers. I was shocked to find a perishable package left in the middle of my driveway exposed to the rain, instead of being securely placed on my porch. This not only puts my deliveries at risk of being stolen but also in danger of damage due to the weather, especially since I live in South Florida where it rains frequently. I urge you to ensure that this driver no longer handles my packages, as their behavior is unacceptable. As a loyal Prime member who places frequent orders, I expect a higher level of service and security for my deliveries. This incident is inexcusable and has made me question continuing to do business with your company.

I recently received two MasterCard bills dated April 26 and May 26 for Amazon Prime, each charging $12.99. I did not authorize this service. Today, I received a letter from Prime Video stating that I have not used the service. I recently subscribed to Netflix, and I am unsure why I was enrolled in Amazon Prime as well. I have not utilized the Amazon Prime service and do not wish to subscribe. I am seeking a refund for these charges. Thank you, Mary

I wasn't able to receive the product as the shipper was out of stock. They claim to have refunded the $53.98 through Amazon, but I have not seen the refund on my end yet. I am frustrated right now. I am trying to make a purchase with your company, and I have been online for over an hour. I keep getting told that my password is incorrect, and then they send me temporary login details that never work. After inputting the set of letters and numbers correctly, they keep sending me more sets to input. In the past, I have spent a significant amount with Amazon, where I simply clicked "place order" and it went through without needing to re-enter my credit card information. Amazon even prompted me to use my Discover cash back balance seamlessly. This level of difficulty is new to me, and I am currently very upset with your company. Please address this issue promptly.

I understand the shipping delays caused by the current situation with the coronavirus. We have been getting emails stating that our items were delivered, but we have not actually received them. When checking on the Amazon website and clicking on "track package", it indicates that the package was delivered to our address. However, the photo provided shows the box at a location that is clearly not our house. We made orders on March 16th, April 12th, 13th, and May 29th. Out of all the items we ordered, 20 items have not been received yet. We have been loyal customers of Amazon for nearly 18 years. Unfortunately, due to this ongoing issue and the lack of resolution when trying to contact customer service, we are considering canceling our Prime membership and refraining from placing any future orders. The situation is frustrating, both in terms of waiting for packages and not receiving them, as well as the financial aspect of this situation.

I understand that there have been shipping delays due to the current situation with the coronavirus, but I am experiencing issues with several orders that were marked as delivered, yet never reached me. The orders/items I haven't received are as follows: - March 16th: paper towels - April 12th: soil tester, 4 composition notebooks - April 13th: Books: "Bread Baking for Beginners," "Pursue the Intentional Life," "Feeding Your Soul," "A Year Without Grocery Store," "Trump's Unfinished Business," 2 packs of A2 envelopes - May 29th: 2 water shaker bottles, 2 cans of pork lard - Pending delivery from May 29th: Emergen-C and a reorder of the book "A Year Without Grocery Store" As a loyal Amazon customer for almost 18 years, I am frustrated by the lack of communication and the possibility of not receiving items worth $[redacted]. We are considering canceling our Prime membership and refraining from placing future orders.

I am inquiring about the whereabouts of my package. Today, I received an email stating that my package was delivered to a secure location. However, after checking thoroughly, I could not locate my package. The delivery address is correct, and I have confirmed it. I provided specific instructions for the delivery method, but my package is not with me, my neighbors, or at the door. Despite receiving an email confirming delivery to a safe place, the package is missing. I am requesting assistance in locating the package, showing me where it was left, and either refunding my money or resending the order. I am disappointed in this experience as I have always trusted Amazon's services. The tracking information indicates the package was delivered in Boulder at 12:51 pm today, but I have not been able to find it. I urgently require a response to this matter. Thank you.

The problem started with the payment method; I used my stepfather's American debit card for the purchase. Shortly after placing the order, I received an email asking me to confirm the payment method, which led to the suspension of my account. They requested the name displayed on the payment method (I used my stepfather's name as it is his card), the phone number (uncertain if it's his linked to the card or mine linked to the Amazon account), and the billing address (unsure if it should be our house address in Mexico where we live or the one used on the card). I bought a size 9 black and blue wedding ring set using my card ending in [redacted]. Unfortunately, weeks later, the charge was declined, and I never received the rings at the address I provided. I spoke to a very rude man last night who called me names. He mentioned an e-gift card of $50, however, I didn't receive any email about it nor a code for the purchase. My husband and I are in a tough situation, being homeless and relying on our stimulus checks to afford these rings. We've been married for 8 years and never had rings, hoping this time would be different. Unfortunately, due to the issue with the card and the missing gift card details, we're unable to purchase another set.

Hello @amazonIN, I would like to address an issue regarding the return of a Borosil Lisba Glass Set, [redacted] ml (Order # [redacted]-[redacted]) which was supposed to be picked up on May 26th. Instead of the expected product, I received a different item labeled as "Fun Cool." After contacting the seller about the mix-up, they agreed to process a return and refund for the incorrect item. Despite the seller scheduling a pick-up for the wrong item on May 26th, COSMOS AND MORE has yet to send a representative for collection. It has been five days past the scheduled date, and I am still awaiting the collection of the incorrect product in order to receive my refund. Tracking number 1Z55AY[redacted]66: This package was mistakenly picked up by UPS instead of an Amazon return. I quickly contacted Amazon to rectify the error and requested the package to be returned to me. Despite several attempts since May 21, the issue persists. This package contains a Lenovo laptop that must be returned by June 5, [redacted]. Currently on a call, the representative can only submit another form, marking the fourth one already. I requested to speak to a supervisor for more effective assistance, but was informed the representative was the highest point of contact. This limitation is frustrating, leaving me without proper resolution. The last representative, Jose R, also submitted another form, adding to the redundancy. Urgent action is needed to ensure the return of the laptop to Costco by the deadline. Thank you.

The UPS accidentally picked up the wrong package meant for an Amazon return, causing delays since May 21. Despite multiple form submissions, the issue persists. The Lenovo laptop needs to be returned to Costco by June 5, [redacted]. When trying to add a payment card to your account, you are encountering an issue where only the card number and expiration date fields are available, and there is no specific option to select "Mastercard." Good morning, I purchased a 9x12 rug on Amazon on February 25, [redacted], order number [redacted]-[redacted]. When it arrived, it did not match the description. Despite being labeled as Natural and Gray, it was only Natural. I later ordered a Natural/Gray runner on May 24th, order number [redacted]-[redacted], which confirmed the discrepancy with the original rug. I would like to return the Natural 9x12 rug and exchange it for a Natural/Gray one at no extra cost. Since the rug is too large for my car, I will need a UPS pick-up for the return. I am a loyal Amazon customer, and I believe this issue was due to a mislabeling error that was misleading.
