I have a problem with being charged a for free books, received from you daily.lists of books from BookBub. *. I lost all coverage and rely almost totally for what small release I can find from my health issues by the literally hundreds of free books I have obtained from you., for which I will be eternally grateful.*However, I have a real problem with being charged several times when I downloading Free books from my daily books lists but on the final click, a price is charged. So I have to stop ordering until it can be corrected as I cannot afford these costs.* So, To explain: As an example, I clicked on e-book bargains for Wednesday and on**Brothers in Exile*By Joe Vasicek*..........*Free! $*.** no buy on on click button but this message: Kindle titles are available for CA customers on Amazon.ca. Continue shopping on the Kindle Store at Amazon.ca. **I went too Amazon.ca** Brothers in Exile (Sons of the Starfarers Book *)*by Joe Vasicek * Sold by: Amazon.com Services LLC**.* out of * stars*Kindle Edition*CDN$ *.***Buy now with *-Click * *Even free books require a Buy With One Click to “purchase” and as I, literally, have clicked to down load it hundreds of books from you, it has become routine. I did not notice the price change until AFTER one click!*Why is is that I deal with Amazon.ca and BookBub.ca who provide the lists of your books ,all the time with no problems, but now am being re-directed to a site that slips in a price on a free book? Not for the first time, apparently.*I have had similar results many times and sometimes, apparently, not noticing the change, have been charged for "Free" books I did not “buy” and never received?. I now have several purchases showing up on my latest Mastercard account from Amazon.ca downloads.*All in ****. Ie: April ** - *.**. Refunded (without request) May ** charges May *- *.**. no refund* May * - *.**. No refund. May ** - *.**. I have no record of making these purchases and no books to account for them. Total $**.***I am sincerely hoping this is a simple error that will be easily corrected..BookBub. If this problem is not of your concern, can you forward this to Amazon.ca, or tell me how to do that. I'd like to restart my book supply as soon as I can.**Suggested remedy: I have temporarily suspended my Master card pending the solution of this problem, If you agree the charges were an error, please make the **.** a credit to My Amazon.ca account.
