Today is May **, ****. Please review my complaint about plants that I purchased, different varieties of Wisteria plants, that I was led to believe could be planted like people can normally plant in the Fall and see them survive the winter and grow into maturing plants by now. However, in the Fall of ****, and do so following very specific instructions. ***** days later, I can report that NOT ONE OF THE ** WISTERIA PLANTS I PURCHASED (at a combined cost of $**.**) on the same date (October *, ****), has failed to grow by this time, in the Spring of ****. **They began as sticks in the soil and have never produced the flower vines promised. **I WOULD NOT APPEAL TO AMAZON's A-Z GUARANTEE anytime before now since there was no way to know that the promise of "just follow these directions" and that they are "Easy to grow" was not true. **Your vendors offered products failed. But it was not because of our attempt to follow the sellers' instructions on how to plant them in the Fall. The only conclusion that I believe is reasonable is that (*) The planting instructions were inadequate, or (*) The plants should have arrived with certain notable precautions that one would have to pay attention to in order to have success. **The items purchased on the same date (October *, ****), and subsequently the items purchase included **- $**.** paid for "Pink Ice Wisteria Vine * - Year Live Plants."*- $**.** paid for "Chinese Species Blue Wisteria - Vine -Tree - Fragrant - Flowering - Bare Root - * Plants." *- $**.** paid for "Decor Flower - Wisteria Vine Saplings Bonsai Upscale Vegetable Plants Flower * Pcs Easy to Grow." **Please note that in the description of the last item mentioned, the "* Pcs" are represented as "Easy to Grow." **Given the fact that I could never tell if any one of these items was going to grow within ** days of my purchases, but had to wait until the Spring of **** to see success, will you recognize that I should have had success, even partial success by today?**Therefore, I appeal to you to honor your A-Z Guarantee promise and refund the $**.** I paid for these items?**Doug Ehrlich
